If they treat all customers as well as they have me, they won't be a small business for long They actually do what they say they are going to at the time they say they are going to do it I couldn't be more pleased

My Girlfriend and I recently had the DISPLEASURE of having Wright Das our "Property Manager"
The House that we rented looked great on the outside but that's where the good experience ended
Less than a week after moving in the Kitchen sink was not draining properlyWe were told to try flushing it with a commercial grade Drain cleaner which did not help
After we hired a plumber he found that the pipe was blocked from years of overgrowth and build up(The house was apparently a Foreclosure for a few years)
They WOULD NOT reimburse us for the expense of the plumber to fix the problem that was there before we arrived ($350)
That's not where it ends
The dishwasher stopped working they did not careWe were stuck dealing with that by ourselves as well including missing work for the service call
Several other problems occurred during the rental but I will skip to post rental
A WEEK after we moved out the property was inspected and then Charged us $to mow the gras
I live out of town and had to find a property management company I could trust, someone who would handle my property like their ownWrightDavis has far exceeded my expectationsThey provide top-notch communication and serviceI like how they notify us with an email alert when a maintenance request is submitted and provide status updates for approval, they direct deposit monthly payments and have an online owners portal with detailed income statements, lease documents and moreOverall a great company to work with!
