limitation as to how the exterior finishes can be done.  Please refer to the picture attached # 1, aluminum capping (white border) on the back of the house could be done so because there is stucco finish on the house. J-trims on the front of the house (picture # 2 and 3) are part of your original structure and were left, as such, intact. Since Ecoline Windows is not a siding company, it cannot be held liable for your original j-trim or how they look before and/or after the installation. [redacted]. If you decide to take this further, please hire a licensed window inspector and have him perform all necessary examinations, moreover, a written report must be forwarded to our email, which is [redacted] If the inspector finds that windows are indeed too small, Ecoline windows will rectify any shortcoming. If you do decide to go with window inspector, you should notify us in writing about the date and time of that appointment, so we can send our inspector and installer as well, otherwise, the report will not be considered valid. The way we stand right now, everything has been done up to the contract, signed between yourself and Ecoline windows on June 7th, 2016 and there are no outstanding WINDOW issues.

We recently had the windows and exterior doors in our home replaced by Ecoline Windows, Calgary. Having a variety of Windows chosen to meet our needs we are very pleased with the quality and look of the final product. Installation was done quickly,efficiently and professionally.

Our installer, Igor and his assistant Nikolai, we're both courteous and respectful of our belongings.

Interior cleanup exceeded our expectations but the exterior cleanup would have been more thorough if a dumpster had been available.

The final inspection by Marko revealed a couple of deficiencies that were noted and handled immediately with a service call scheduled by the end of the month.

Based on our overall experience we would highly recommend Ecoline Windows, Calgary for all your replacement needs.

Complaint[redacted]Had 6 windows installed in my house. The installers took out all my windows at once and left the openings uncovered on a hot day allowing heat and bugs to enter my home. The 4 windows in the upstairs were no problem, but the downstairs 2 were made too big. They then had to cut the openings in my home bigger, leaving a huge mess. They didn't cover up anything, and it took professional drain cleaner to clean out my sink as one of the windows was directly in front of it when they had to cut the opening larger. The dining room had cuttings left all over my carpeted floors as well as dust everywhere. They used a masonry bit to cut wood and had smoke fill my house to the point of me having to disable my smoke detector. They cracked my wall horribly. The installers left that night at 10 without cleaning anything. My husband and I spend hours cleaning up after them. The next day the installers returned to finish the job. They mudded my cracked wall, and put the window trim on. I was away for the day and when I returned my house was completely covered with dirt again, as their shop vac threw out more dirt than took in. They also threw my 100 year old window mouldings out which they didn't have to touch, leaving gaping holes in my walls. They came back to try to fix them and put in nothing but press board at probably a cost of $50.00 or less. [redacted] They left a scratch on my hardwood floors, foam insulation everywhere, as well as wood chips and debris from when taking out the windows. [redacted] I had spoken to the Regina supervisor on numerous occasions while all this was taking place, and I demanded a deduction off the bill which was over $7,000.00. He took off $450.00. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.Desired Settlement[redacted] I want $1,000.00 taken off my bill.
