We had our new windows installed after waiting four months. They look great. We were told by the salesperson that the windows would open far enough to clean the outside as we have a two storey home, This is not the case however. We are also waiting a call back
as we noticed that a seal is damaged. Another thing is that when the window is open a little and it is windy the window moves a little hope this does not going to be a problem

First time we have installed windows with Ecoline. Had three of them done, and were completely satisfied with their process of providing an estimate (Alex is very helpful and took lots of time to ensure we had a complete understanding of everything to consider), the professionalism of the installation crew, and their after installation attention to ensure complete satisfaction. Their vinyl oak veneer was virtually an identical match for our existing frames, and you would have to look very hard to detect that they weren't the original windows. We have since made the decision to have further work done (both windows and patio doors), and have had no hesitation whatsoever about hiring Ecoline once again.

2 Doors and 14 triple paned windows. The sales process both pre and post installation was attentive, engaged and focused. Alexey provided personalized correspondence was timely in responding, and followed up and met all agreed upon deliverables. The installation (Alexander and team) was effective, efficient, above grade. They installed in winter, get the mess and dust to almost non existent. Financially came nearly 20% less then their competitors. Above average customer service, and worthy of a recommendation.

I replaced all of my windows and 2 doors. The installation went very fast and the installers answered all my questions during installation. I will certainly use them again for my final door install.

This is the second time I have used Ecoline windows, and they have done a great job both times. I got quotes from three vendors and Ecoline was substantially cheaper *** I visited the showroom and found the windows were very good quality, and matched the other vendors in efficiency ratings. The installation went smoothly - nothing was left open for any length of time, and they repaired a few chips to the exterior stucco so they do not show. I was really impressed by that since the stucco is 30 years old, and they were able to match it no problem. They had one window show up cracked and they replaced it immediately. No questions asked. We've had the windows in place for about 8 months and they keep the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter, just as promised. All in all, we were very happy with the results.

I recently had 12 windows replaced by Ecoline Windows and as of now I'm very satisfied with their product and the installation. From start to finish I was kept informed and well looked after. The installers were very hard working and professional and they delivered within the time frame they quoted me. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled away all the old windows and parts.
I was very nervous about making such a big decision and whether I had selected the right company but now I know I made the right one and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Very professional and hard workers!
I had to replace two bathroom windows and a large bedroom window. The trim around the windows is beautiful and the glazing on the twobathroom windows mean I do not have to put up curtains!.
I have the awning style for the bathrooms and I don"t have to worry if we get a rain storm and they are left open!
I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

We were extremely pleased with the performance of both sales and installers of our window updates. Both were prompt, polite and answered any questions freely and knowledgeably. The installation was completed on time and the clean-up was efficient. The windows had now been subjected to two heavy rain storms - no leaks! We have had several compliments on their appearance, both interior and exterior.
We have recommended their services.

I made a purchase of new windows from said company. The windows were damaged before and during installation. The property was also damaged extensively during installation. The company wanted full payment and we mutually agreed I would pay roughly 8000$ including the downpayment and withhold the balance roughly 2500$ until the issues were corrected and completed because there were so many problems. I have dozens of emails to the company requesting service be completed and still not resolved coming on 18 months. I have somewhere in the neighbourhood of 85 unreturned phone calls as well as the emails. Now the company has demanded payment in full before they will address the service issues. This was the very reason we withheld, at their agreement, the outstanding balance. They have sent service crews 3 times and all 3 times they showed up, said they were misled about how much work was required and left without doing any work at all. All 3 times the company picked the date and time of the service appointments and all 3 times I was there and allowed them access expecting things to be fixed. The company has since sent a worker over 3 times, again at their choice of date and time, to complete the job and it's still not done. I have windows that are leaking water and have provided video and photographic proof of this to the company all without anything being done. We had a kitchen cupboard we couldn't use for 6 months due to the original installer mis measuring the window before it was ordered. It actually took 6 months of requesting daily through email and phone to get this issue addressed and it's still not completed. The company requested pics and video of remaining items to be completed and once they got the information they stopped speaking to us?

I was looking for a company that provides window and installation. Read the people reviews on those companies that do windows replacement. When came to make my final decision I've chosen Eco Line Windows. The reason why because they do have an excellent site professionally presented and it was that much easier for me to make my decision whom I am going to hired to replace windows in my residence. The salesman Alex was very professional, he explained my insecurities in regard what to expect and what kind and quality windows I am getting for my money. He went ahead of things and eased up the decision when I was asking questions. (This was a first time that I was replacing the windows). I wanted quality and durability as well. He gave me the booklet with all kinds of windows showing the functions on pictures and also in videos. I agreed to purchase from Eco Line eight windows for my home. The installation went very well. The Installers were very professional and hard working. In two days, they removed the old windows and installed new windows. They did the cleanup as well. Need to mention that I had roll-shutters previously installed on five windows and did not want to lose the comfort so with additional amount they agreed to reinstall my roll-shutters. I am very happy with all the work that was done in my home. Eco Line Windows Company cared. The project was finished in two days and my windows looking great. Good morning, I placed an order for 2 Basement windows that would be 24 inches high and would meet egress standards for Alberta building code. I was promised to have the job commence Oct/Nov. 2018. I kept phoning and they kept saying the windows were not built yet and then later said it was too cold to cut the concrete. When I would go to their office there it was locked and no one there. *** I kept calling them till they promised to cut the cut the concrete on April 26. When the contractor came I asked him why the hole was only 24" by 39" he showed me that this was what he was ordered to do. On April 27they came to install the windows and I told them it was not what I ordered as it was only 23" high and there was a 2" high gap on top and also a 2" gap on the bottom and did not meet egress standards (which say the opening must be 543 sq. inches) and this actual screen opening is 16" x 32" which is 512 sq. Inches ***.I was told to get a discount ( on the contract I wrote this was not what I ordered and paid for). I contacted *** and disputed my paying for something I did not orderI want 2 proper size egress windows.When I finally got through to Alex he said he would get back to me by Friday but I have not been contacted ***. Ecoline Windows did an excellent job installing two large pictures windows and a smaller bedroom window in my home. Their consultant explained all the options to me and was very knowledgeable on their products. The installers efficiently installed the windows and did a good job cleaning up after the install. The windows are of high quality construction and I am sure they will last as long as the house is standing. I am very pleased with my purchase.
