We regret having received this complaint by [redacted] as there was an extremely large quantity of work performed on her behalf during her enrollment[redacted] has an extremely damaged credit report that she retained our firm to assist with as the report features items she requested that we challenge on her behalf for accuracy comprised exclusively of collection accounts and charged off accountsDuring her enrollment we issued on her behalf batches of data to the bureaus demanding investigation into the compliance of the data as reported in an effort to achieve the maximum amount of available corrections and deletions as determined by the required investigation process and the facts behind each disputed accountAs for customer service during the enrollment of [redacted] we have sent emails, we have spoken with her as well as her Mother different times on the phone and as a courtesy we even prepared a letter confirming service here with our firm that she could use for employment purposes as proof that she is aware of the issues and is proactively taking actions to work to address the issues present on her reportWe regret that despite the significant quantity of actions taken and what we feel to be excellent customer service provided that [redacted] is dissatisfied with the services that were provided and as such will issue a full refund as she has requested despite all work having been fully and properly performedThis full refund will be issued to her card ending in and will post to her account in 3-business days depending on the policies of her financial institutionWe wish [redacted] the absolute best and encourage her to continue the efforts that are required to work to address the issues present on her reports as it takes persistence and patience to work through the complicated issues and required processes to maximize the corrections and removals that can be earned through the dispute process as information is proven to be noncompliant with the required reporting criteria

I transferred to a another school and I had to buy my own books took all my money I called ecredit attorney yesterday they didnt get back to me till today I explained to the manager my circumstances he was nothing but rude to be when I asked for a refund

We have received this complaint from Ms*** and we regret that she was not pleased with the services providedOur firm did in fact take all available action on behalf of Ms*** having had multiple sets of investigations performed on her behalf with each of the credit bureaus covering the
accounts Ms*** approved to be included in her custom dispute programUnfortunately based on the responses issued by the credit bureaus regarding the investigations performed the accounts that were disputed were proven through the investigation process to be accurate as reported and as a result by law will remain on Ms***'s credit report.All agreed upon work was performed however based on the expressed dissatisfaction of Ms*** as well as the fact that our efforts were not able to produce positive results we will be happy to issue a full refund of all fees paid to Ms*** as the satisfaction and success of each our clients are our primary concernsThe full refund is being issued to the Visa she placed on file with our firm during her enrollment and will post to her account in 2-business days depending on the policies of her specific financial institution.The full refund amount is $as Ms*** made payments of $to our firm during her enrollment. Review: I have been a member with this company for around 5 months now. Since joining I have yet to see one single result of their works, neither positive or negative. Their road map says they have done some minimal work to my case, but I have had zero response, good or bad from those they have supposedly contacted. I know that the quality of the results are not guaranteed and can vary from case to case, but I suspect that receiving no results what so ever, even if not the ones I hoped for, are not what this covers. I have contacted the business about the services and my concerns before and thought this would maybe get them rolling, and then waited a couple more months for something/ANYTHING to happen and still Nothing! I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my life and I have spent quite a bit of money on monthly memberships with them, that I now just wish to recover. Their customer service is completely lacking and their team seems very incompetent.Desired Settlement: For my membership to be cancelled, and for my membership fees to be refunded along with the extra money spent to have my case expedited, as I do not see almost 5 months worth of no results as an expedited situation or the fact that the last set of letter haven't even been sent yet.

My name is [redacted] and I started the service of ECREDITATTORNEY as of 04/22/2015 with the hopes, as stated on their website, of starting to repair some of my credit issues. To this date (09/21/2015) , nothing has changed with my credit scores or within logging into the ECREDITATTORNEY website showing their actions on my behalf. I have repeatedly tried to e-mail them about getting an update with my file or any progress, I also said I would take further action if not attended to, as I have been paying for a service with NO results and no one to inform me of any information. After two weeks one of my e-mails was responded to but nothing was said about my situation, just that they had tried to call my phone and had left me voicemails which I have not received. I then e-mailed them back telling them my method of contact was e-mail due to my working schedules. I still have not heard anything back from that email which was sent one week ago today. My problem is that nothing they stated on their website has resulted in any kind of results for my credit, even though I have paid them every month. I also have a problem with the customer service they are providing as not getting back to their customers seems typical.Desired Settlement: I would like for all the installments of $29.99 that I have paid for services be refunded to my account. And for them to cancel me from their services as to avoid the EFT of $29.99 each month they ask to provide their service. A full refund and cancelation from their services is what I desire.

Review: They have made my credit worse I can't access it, and the accounts that I wanted to be removed first are still present. I wanted the [redacted] accounts and the [redacted] account for $5382 removed. They have unlimited deletions though I can't even access my credit reports or score. I tried to contact the company several times by email and called last week. No response. They didn't give me a credit score update, though I'm very frustrated, they wanted to take another payment though haven't provided me that they did work on my credit repair, I was denied credit from [redacted], I figured that they didn't do anything to improve my credit repair. They also have testimony of scores improving in two months, and unlimited deletions - hasn't happened with mine.Desired Settlement: I signed up with ecredit have been with them for about 1 mon 1/2. The first month is free. I tried to call. My credit score hasn't improved. I recently tried to apply for a [redacted] card, and I can't access my credit reports to dispute items myself. I wanted the [redacted] and [redacted]session accounts removed, and old accounts deleted. Advertise unlimited deletions, though I emailed and called the company and they haven't responded, only to say they couldn't process payment. I'd like them to complete the job they started - having been with 1mon and 1/2 I find my credit worse with a thin report not improved. I'd like them to correct and make deletions old accounts [redacted] and [redacted].

Review: I started with eCreditAttorney in July of 2014. I had high hopes of attaining a better credit score. I started with them on a 30 free trial and it was fine at first. My credit score did go up, but upon further investigation, it had nothing to do with anything they did. I had paid of some bills and my score increased by itself. I kept their services to see if they could removed some credit inquires on my account. The progress of my credit repair has been the same since July. It just says "Letter sent". The letter has been sent for over 6 months now and nothing has helped my score. This turned out to be a scam and so when I went to request to cancel my account and get a refund, no one answered the phone. I left 4 messages over the span of 2 weeks and I wrote an email regarding my case. I am a very unhappy customer. Review: My husband [redacted] and I enlisted the ECredit services to remove two items on my credit report as well as a few on my husbands report. The two items on my report does not belong to me, and a couple on my husbands report doesn't belong to him. We informed the company of this from the beginning. After over three months of service and absolutely no results, we asked for an evaluation. No one contacted us back, so we contacted them. The lady whom we spoke with was very rude, so we asked for a refund. She told us that we should have paid for the items that was on our report in the first place. We explained that the items on our report did not belong to us, but she persisted that they verified the information, so therefore they must be ours. At that point we asked for a refund based on the fact that nothing could or would be done. We than asked to have our account canceled. We were told that they would cancel it, and a confirmation email would be sent out in which we have not received to date. We were very disappointed with the service.Desired Settlement: We both made three payments of $29.00 which is $87 each for a total of $174.00.

Review: I started this in Aug 2014 and ended it in Jan 2015. It states on their website that they have a PERFORMANCE BASED REFUND POLICY and when I ended the policy I requested a refund I purchased 3 credit bureau reports which I emailed them and made sure that they got them which they said they did and they said they would give the refund process to some people to take a look at and get back to me and that has been 2 months ago and I emailed them recently and they won't respond. It was a monthly fee of $29.99 and the first 30 days was done first before they took payment and total I paid $119.96.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the amount that I paid for because didn't change anything on my credit reports.

Review: I signed up for the eCreditAttorney service on June 9th 2014 to remove negative information from my credit report. since starting the program they initially sent off dispute letters and I received a reponse from the credit bureau that some items were removed. That was a good start. after updating them with the response letters in August of 2014, there has been no activity. I have spoken with the representative [redacted] several times to update and pay the monthly fee of $29. and have asked several times for an update or proof that action is being taken, since I have not received any follow up letters from the credit bureaus since last year.Desired Settlement: please refund all money paid since August of 2014.

Review: I hired ecreditattorney.com in early August, 2014 to remove old and inaccurate information from my credit report. I received several phone calls from them and was assured they would be able to handle my request. As of today, ALL of that information is still there. I have called, I have emailed with very few responses from them. They also promised me letters from the attorneys should I need them, which I did, and it took over a month to get a very badly written letter from them sent via email.

I have been calling, emailing since December 15 trying to get some information on just what they are doing. I have yet to talk to anyone. I have been calling and emailing this week on average of 4 times per day trying to get someone to respond. Nothing!!! I want to cancel this service and I want a refund for all the money, including the “expediting fee” they charged.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel my dealings with this company and I want a complete refund. They should be put out of business.

Review: I began using ecreditattorney's service December 1, 2013. I have tried to contact them to find out the status of my account and to verify when letters were sent. I have called them and been forced into a voicemail after being told I was holding, I have emailed them numerous times, I have received no response at all. I am still paying them to provide a service that I do not believe they are providing.I cannot even contact them to ask where my case is and if they are not doing anything I would like to take advantage of their refund guarantee, but I cannot find anyone to help me settle this issue at all, all my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like proof that they have been doing the job I hired them to do, if they cannot provide that, I would like a full refund of the money I have spent with them which has been approx. 30 dollars a month since December. That is now around 150 dollars.

[redacted]t enrolled here with our firm in 12/1/13 as an expedited client. He provided to our firm his credit report on 12/2/13 and his expedited review and creation of his custom program was completed that very same day and posted to his client central account for his review, modification and approval at 7:42 PM PST on 12/2/13. Within 10 minutes of our firm notifying him of the publishing of his road map he reviewed the road map online via his client central account and approved his program. The custom program that [redacted]t approved contained 24 accounts to which he indicated by approving his road map were being reported in an inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading or untimely fashion. The 24 accounts he approved to be included in his program included a bankruptcy, many collection accounts and accounts with late payments being reported.
