Review: I joined Ecreditattorney for credit report repair several months ago. I signed up online and picked them because they say they have a team of attorneys that will fight your inaccurate credit reports. I have many inaccurate things on my reports especially Experian. There are items that appear on Experian that do not appear on Transunion or Equifax as they are not accurate. This is killing my credit score. Example I have 640 plus at Equifax and Transunion and 555 at Experian.... My first bad experience was when they put the credit road map up and it did not include a lot of the negative items on my credit that needed disputed, so I had to make a call in and after awhile they did add the other items. That did not set well as how can a professional company miss a detail such as this? Now comes customer service, every person I talk to is so uncaring and does not seem to like their jobs or care about my business. The worse was the lady that called me a day ago after I sent in two emails about my disappointment in the company so far. She was the most condescending and nasty woman I have ever talked to at a business and acted like I was bothering her. She also repeatedly said that the credit bureau says the items are accurate and have been investigated and there is nothing more they can do. I asked her why then they were taking my money every month if there is nothing they can do and she had no good answer. She just kept repeating her answer like a robot. That is funny cause the reason I hired your firm was to fix these inaccurate items. I even pointed out the fact that Experian has a Target Credit Card as included in Bankruptcy still and I even sent your company a current statement showing that it was open and current and not included and she again repeated the same sentence. She had no answers, no empathy, and no service skills at all. Furthermore there has been no movement on my credit reports at all and they still contain the same inaccurate information I started with.Desired Settlement: If they are not going to do the work that I paid them to do and do so with good customer service skills then I would like a refund of the amount paid to them.
