Review: I began using ecreditattorney's service December 1, 2013. I have tried to contact them to find out the status of my account and to verify when letters were sent. I have called them and been forced into a voicemail after being told I was holding, I have emailed them numerous times, I have received no response at all. I am still paying them to provide a service that I do not believe they are providing.I cannot even contact them to ask where my case is and if they are not doing anything I would like to take advantage of their refund guarantee, but I cannot find anyone to help me settle this issue at all, all my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like proof that they have been doing the job I hired them to do, if they cannot provide that, I would like a full refund of the money I have spent with them which has been approx. 30 dollars a month since December. That is now around 150 dollars.

He provided to our firm his credit report on 12/2/13 and his expedited review and creation of his custom program was completed that very same day and posted to his client central account for his review, modification and approval at 7:42 PM PST on 12/2/13. Within 10 minutes of our firm notifying him of the publishing of his road map he reviewed the road map online via his client central account and approved his program. The custom program that [redacted]t approved contained 24 accounts to which he indicated by approving his road map were being reported in an inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading or untimely fashion. The 24 accounts he approved to be included in his program included a bankruptcy, many collection accounts and accounts with late payments being reported.
