Greetings [redacted],After receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com we contacted you directly to try and find a resolution to your complaint. After speaking with you, we were able to address your concerns and come to an agreement in which we will both be working with one another and moving forward in...

a common direction. We additionally offered you 10 articles to be posted once a week for the next 10 weeks. At this time, per your acceptance to our response, we consider this matter resolved and look forward to speaking with you soon!Thank You!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I am willing to settle the matter by the company returning my payment of: 1,800.00 and them still keeping other payments I had made for over 1,000.00

other complaints. This company does NOT answer their phone, but asks for my phone # which they do NOT return.  In their advertisement they claim to lead you along with training......but that is not true. I got 15 minute' training' through on person, but  all of a sudden he told me that that he had to hang up.....but would call back in 15 minutes. I never heard from him again.   They collect the monies and after that you are on your own with the program which you don't understand......

The last person I spoke with claims to be the owner. I demanded $1,800.00 payment back and told him that he could keep the other $1,000.00 . What is the next course for me to collect?????

Please help. My wife has had several strokes and 5 operations in the last 2 1/2 year. WE ARE BROKE FROM THE EXPENSES and this program sounded as a possible help........

Greetings,We are sorry to hear this matter is not resolved. After reading part of [redacted]'s response, "I have received and accepted eDesignGlobal's response;" (Which was later edited by Revdex.com staff to not include the italicized wording) and after going through great lengths to offer additional services as well as providing excellent customer service along with outstanding professionalism towards [redacted] himself, we are not willing to offer additional services in addition to what we've already offered to settle this matter. If [redacted] is willing to accept, our current offer still remains. We have irrefutable evidence that several of the concerns addressed by [redacted] in his complaint against us are fabricated. We also believe his complaints were fueled by ideas given to him by a representative of the Revdex.com who had spoken with him a day prior to the day his complaint was actually filed. It is to our understanding the Revdex.com serves as an neutral intermediary. We feel this was not the case in this incident and taken the correct measures to address this as a separate situation. At this time, we've addressed [redacted]'s complaint, attempted to continue a professional relationship with [redacted], and offered a resolution to his concerns. All of the services purchased by [redacted] were completed in the time frame outlined in the Statement of Work. There is no refunds that are offered for our custom web services as they are specifically tailored to one individuals likes, interests, and ideas. Our refund policy was submitted in our last response and can also be found in the Statement of Work signed by [redacted].  If [redacted] is not willing to accept what we've offered, there is nothing further we are willing to do and consider the complaint resolved. Thank You.Best Regards, Support TeameDesign Global [redacted]

Ms. [redacted], please understand we are not the ones who promised you thousands of traffic as this is unrealistic and not possible to guarantee any sort of traffic. We research keywords optimized to your niche based off competition levels and integrate them into article content. In return search...

engines will recognize this content and pick up these keywords and place you in their index accordingly. The company who contacted you, was a fraud based out of [redacted]. Out data based was hacked and comprimised. These scammers are requesting from our clients checks by mail or money orders/wire transfers. In the mean time we've done everything we know to do to increase security measures and now require all of our clients, past present and future to set a 4 digit to their account for security purposes. A mass email was sent to you and all of our clients informing of these events. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to ask. Thank you.

Greetings [redacted], Yes, we have completed your website and we have trying to contact you to conduct a walkthrough and training of your website and have not been able to. We will ask the same thing we ask in the emails we send you. Please respond with the best number to reach you at so we...

can move forward and provide you with a walkthrough of your site and services. Thank You!

We are sorry to hear you are displeased. We have been in direct contact with you every single day for the past week even before this email was sent by a former employee of ours. You spoke with the owner personally last night, 9/26 and were happy with the resolution offered. Please understand, there...

are no refunds offered on custom services. This policy is outlined in the Statement of Work signed by you. This was also mentioned when we spoke with you last night. There is however a grace period for the first 72 hours of your initial payment, but in this case, the 72 hours has passed and you have since waived off on all the work, agreeing that all services were completed to your satisfaction. Remember all correspondence between our company and our clients is documented closely for quality assurance purposes and instances such as these. We ARE NOT a business opportunity type company. Please keep in mind the email you received was from a disgruntled employee who was fired due to his lack of professionalism. Further we highly suggest you not speak with him, as any information you release to him will not be protected under our client confidentiality policy due to him no longer being an employee of ours. With that said, we are a full service web development firm and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. All services offered have been completed to your specifications and we choose to exercise our right to longer host your websites on our servers. You will receive an email within the next 48 hours containing all of your sites content and files. You will be responsible for hosting your own websites from that point on and will not be charged the monthly hosting fees from us any longer. Any questions you have regarding this matter should be directed towards our Customer Service Department.Thank You.

Greetings [redacted] We are sorry to hear you are so displeased with our company. However, we are still trying to understand exactly what it is you are so displeased with. Therefor in response, we've conducted a very thorough investigation into all correspondence, documentation, and work...

performed, etc. between our company and yourself. You state very clearly that we have "told you nothing but lies". [redacted], we can assure you this is not the case. Everything we have spoken with you about has been documented.  For example: Yesterday, when [redacted] mentioned [redacted] had removed our F Rating it was because before she placed our account under review it showed online that we had an F Rating and after she placed our account under review, our account listed online "No Rating." Therefor meaning our F rating was indeed removed, even if only for the time being. This was not a lie. As a matter of fact, we did not have an account or any rating whatsoever with the Revdex.com.org until you reached out to them. And with hundreds of clients, we had ZERO complaints with the Revdex.com until you had formally made your complaint a few days ago. We would also like to note that we feel [redacted] made her decision to classify us as a Business Opportunity and give us an F rating with 0 complaints, based solely on what you told her. Not factual evidence. She did not contact our office directly, prior to making her decision and publicly listing us online as a "work from home" business. When in fact, we are a full service Web Development Firm.  Now, in regards to your complaint addressed by the Revdex.com, the statements included in your complaint are completely false. Mr. [redacted], did in no such way "talk you into" purchasing Custom Web Development services from our company. He took over three hours fully educating you on how search engine optimization works and showed you behind the scenes of what people actually search for on search engines. He also educated you on the number of times people search for the specific phrase, "top-jazz". You seemed to follow along quite well and were very interested in what we had to offer. Please remember [redacted], all telephone calls here are documented for quality assurance and training purposes. Your complaint then goes on to state that we "are in violation because it is not a registered telephone solicitor with the Secretary of State of the [redacted]". [redacted], we took the liberty of contacting the Secretary of State's office here in [redacted] and were told very clearly that we ARE NOT required to obtain any sort of registration, licensing, documentation, etc. to conduct our business in the state of AZ. In fact the representative we spoke to, [redacted], asked for us to let you know you can always call her directly. Which is highly advisable, instead of contacting the Revdex.com to inquire about licensing requirements in the State of [redacted], as they are not a Government Organization, however the office of the Secretary of State of [redacted] is. Even when we had asked [redacted] of the Revdex.com to please inform us of any license requirements that need to have, she wasn’t able to. Yet, she emailed the Secretary of State and "Senior Abuse" stating there must be some confusion in regards this matter. She did say she would look into this and email us with an answer. We have yet to hear from her. [redacted], please contact the Secretary of State’s office directly before you slander our name with incorrect information in the form of a complaint with the Revdex.com. The direct phone number to [redacted]’s Secretary of State Office is [redacted]. Next your complaint indicates we had lied about contacting you when indeed we did try to contact you. [redacted] himself called and left you a voice mail in regards to the email you had sent our company requesting a refund. To assist with remembering, this was only an hour or so after you were thanking [redacted] for our company having outstanding customer service and that you were pleased we were moving along quickly with your website. You claim you were coaxed into purchasing this website. Yet you had also sent us an email in the following days after signing up, suggesting a specific color scheme that you would like integrated into your website. Remember [redacted], all calls are documented for quality and training purposes.  Your complaint also states that we essentially plagiarized your signature on an electronic document signing program, [redacted]. We are very concerned with this as this is a very serious accusation that we will not take lightly. We would like for this to be very clear [redacted]. In no possible way whatsoever did we plagiarize your signature on any documents. After seeing this accusation we immediately contacted [redacted] and they will be providing us with, again, irrefutable evidence that will explain exactly where the contract was signed location wise. Meaning they will have be able to identify the IP Address used along with the Internet Service Provider.  Lastly [redacted], you state that there is no refund policy in the documentation that was signed by you. Here is an exact, word-for-word, excerpt from the contract that you signed outlining our refund policy: Refunds & CancellationThere are no refunds offered for custom work and/or custom packages. If a payment plan has been arranged for the total balance due and the client fails to keep that arrangement, the client’s site will be removed from being published on the World Wide Web (internet) until payment is made in full. Client may also be subject to collections for failure to pay. eDesign Global reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel a client’s membership at any time, thus resulting in cancellation of the client’s website.  [redacted], you ARE the sole owner of [redacted] Keep in mind you purchased a service from us. Upon payment, we purchased the Domain Name on your behalf so we could then build and develop the website accordingly. Thus the WhoIS records will show the Registrar of the domain name, "eDesign Global." Upon completion of the website and it's training, we transfer all rights and ownership to you, [redacted]. Also to address your claim that the site hasn't changed ownership since February, we did indeed purchase this domain only last week after speaking with you and have irrefutable evidence of such; a receipt for payment from [redacted]. Plus please understand [redacted], that according to the contract that was signed by you we have 7 to 10 days to complete all work once started, which includes but is not limited to, transferring the said domain name into your name.  In regards to your statement in your email this morning, no one here has tried to "induce" you to view your website. We are only contacting you to inform you the work has been completed and to offer training and a walk through of services and your website. According to the contract signed, we have to do this by law. Please do not shun us for doing our jobs. [redacted] sir, we've attempted to show you your website and offer training twice now by phone and each time you've refused service. You've also stated clearly in your email, you wish for us to no longer phone or email you and to direct all correspondence through [redacted]. Reluctantly, we will respect your wishes and no longer phone or email you. We will however need to change the status of your account with us to "Refused Training". This is something we do not wish to do with any of our clients, and just in case, we will hold off on this for the next 72 hours if you decide to change your mind.  In regards to [redacted], her name is not listed on your account as an authorized. Therefor we cannot share or disclose any information pertaining to your website with her any further. However, we will be talking with her in regards to the complaint you issued with the Revdex.com and to possibly become accredited with them sometime in the near future. In the end [redacted] we do strive to make all of our clients happy customers. There are no hard feelings towards you from anyone at our organization and we’ve always treated you with the utmost professionalism and we plan to continue to do so. As far as your desired settlement, [redacted]; at this time a refund of services is not possible due to the work already being fulfilled and as there is no refunds on custom web development due to the nature of the work being custom tailored to what you personally requested; similar to other companies even in other industries that offer custom work of some sort. However, to appease your concerns and frustrations with our company/services we are willing to offer you 6 months of free web hosting as well as further SEO (Search Engine Optimization) development at no additional charge. If this is acceptable to you, please let us as soon as possible.

Best Regards, Support TeameDesign Global [redacted]

Please note: Due to [redacted]’s complaints being fabricated and completely false. We would greatly appreciate if this complaint be removed from our online profile on your site and we would also greatly appreciate being re-evaluated in becoming accredited, based off the false complaints directed towards us.

Review: [redacted], from E Design Global connected me for making money on internet. He told me that they would set it all up and all I had to do was sit back and collect the money. He also said he would set things up with [redacted] and when someone went on my site and they would click on one of there adds that the would pay me 50.$ for each click. Then he also set it up with [redacted] and said I would get a percentage. of the sales that come off my web site. He told me I had to buy a domain name and said he had one that would be good for me and said it would costme 5000.$and adavise me to put it on a credit card. After he convenced me I would get all my mone back in a very short period I did so give him my card number. As soon as he got the money he turned me over to [redacted]. [redacted] said he needed another 200.& to get me more followers. He no longer works for them. I fell like they just ripe me off . Any way I have yet to see any income at all for my investment. Any help you can give me I will be very greatful. Thank you. Jacqueline StadeDesired Settlement: refund and all interest on my money I had to pay on credit card

Review: I get lots of work at home phone calls for web service offers. This is one of them. At first, I was looking into developing a weight fitness website. So, when they called, I thought I could use them. They claimed they can build a money making website for me using adsense. I cancelled before the 3 days, then their sales rep called me telling me its going to be money making. Since I needed to create one for muscle fitness, I told them to go ahead. They created a website about a blog on cooking. I told them to cancel and I could not see how I can make money with the website. I have other blogs and the income from adsense is very small. I told them they can continue with the website for their own use (since its money making) and just refund my money. Obviously, they closed the website since its NOT money making. I instructed them to send me a check since I did not want to provide my card no. I was giving them time to send the refund check but never received it. In addition, the sales rep told me there was a one time fee. In the end, they were telling me I had to pay hosting feesDesired Settlement: For the amount paid for of $299, refund check to [redacted].

Review: I was "given" a free website package (aparently an $1800.00 value), as part of signing up to answer surveys online. the "basic" package included the original development of the site but I had to purchase the domain name (I think that is what it is called). I had to purchase this right away. After I paid for it, someone else now called me to know what I wanted in it and he made a presentation that was somewhat interesting until he told me he wanted $8500.00 for it! I obviously declined and he was getting pushy until I told him to stop or I was going to cancel the whole thing. I told him I wanted to make money on line to pay some bills, not spend the little that I had and go bankrupt. I stressed that I needed to make some money with this before I could invest any more into it. He kept saying that to upgrade it later was going to cost more but I kept declining. I sure am glad that I did. This web site has only cost me money to the point that I stopped paying ($9.99/mth) to have it posted.Desired Settlement: Just close the website and refund me all my money. I realize I can't get the $9.99/mth back.

Regards,

Review: On July 24 2014 I contracted with E-design Global for a Website and agreed to an upsell for $4995. I was told that my website would be up and operating within 7 days. And by buying the deluxe package I would be able to be found on numerous search engines.

I forwarded my [redacted] adsense and [redacted] Associates passwords to them to incorporate into my website in august. They never got my website on any search engines. And they did not incorporate any ads. Then in November they called me about lack of activity on my website. I advised them of my problem, and was advised it would be taken care of. I resent my passwords. Then I received a call stating they had not received my signed agreement and they would need it to continue. I checked my email on Nov 14 and found an agreement that looked like it was agreeing to an additional $4995. I called them and told them my concerns, they assured me they had all of my deposits and no charges would be charged to my account. I signed it. Then I received my bank statement and an additional $4995 was charged to my account 7 Days prior to my signing the 2nd agreement. I immediately called and talked to [redacted] and he tapped danced around the issue and agreed to call me back on Tuesday 11/25 with an accounting and to please bear with them and it would be worth it. No call back on Tuesday. I left a message on Weds stating I wanted a refund for the unauthorized charge. After numerous messages and no call backs, I received a call again from a website specialist on 12/2, I again stated my complaint, he hung up on me. I called on 12/3 and talked to [redacted] in Customer Service who agreed it was obvious they charged my account without authorization on Nov 6 and then got an agreement on Nov 14. He said he had to talk to management and he promised a call back by 6pm Mountain time on 12/3. No call back. I left a message at 630pm MST. I called them again today 11/4, no call back. I have disputed this charge with my bank. I have received no answers or resolution from them. They are now not returning my calls.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for at least the last $4995 charged. I should be granted a full refund for them not honoring the original terms they agreed to, and fraudulent practices.

This company failed to give satisfaction to their promises and I WOULD NOT recommend that you do business with them.

Review: I was having e-Design Global build me a web-site for which I paid them $600 to do and which they have not done.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
