do you need? I purchased a product. It was not in stock. Your company policy is to refund as store credit instead of refunding the original purchase method. That is unreasonable and shouldn't be allowed. I will not be doing business with your company because of this policy and customers should know about it.

Revdex.com:Although as of Monday, ** September 2016, I never received a response from Adorama to my Revdex.com complaint, the last email ad I received from Adorama <[redacted] was on Thursday, ** September 2016.I'm not sure if this was because on ** September 2016, after...

receiving the above mentioned ad, I logged into my Adorama account and changed account email address (the one ad emails were being sent to) to a "dummy/fictitious" address, which the Adorama email ads could not reach and would have bounced from / received delivery failure notices on, or if Adorama's web team coincidentally resolved my issue.At any rate, I'm glad the almost daily and sometimes multiple times a day Adorama email ads have stopped.Ms. Helen O[redacted], Adorama Camera Customer Service Ambassador, did respond in a timely and courteous manner to my several emails to her regarding the email ad receipts and my complaint about what appears to be or what may have been a "broken" Email Preferences web page, which would not implement my choice on that page to not receive any emails from Adorama.She acted as a go-between me and the Adorama web team, and I have nothing but praise for her efforts to resolve the problem.
