Wonderful business. They responded to my call very quickly and their representative Cody H. was very efficient and friendly. He took care of my problem fast. I signed up for an annual maintenance agreement because I am completely impressed with their service and integrity.

Our EDS AC technician, Edmanuel H., was outstanding. He was extremely professional and took care of our situation expeditiously. A great gentleman that we hope we see again!

Hector A. came out to perform routine maintenance on our A/c unit. He did a great job, very knowledgeable, and quick. Hopefully get him back for next maintenance checkup, or any other issues. EDS is lucky to have him as part of there staff.

I am very satisfied with my service tech Danny F. for this maintenance service. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was considerate and polite and a pleasure to have in my home. EDS he's a keeper!

The first technician who came out only spent like 20 minutes total and did an obviously superficial cleaning. You don't need to be an AC expert to know when a job is not well done.
Fortunately for me the AC unit stopped working again within one day. I called EDS, it sent a different technician (Hector) who was completely professional, methodical and thorough.
Hector took his time, checked everything, explained everything, and thoroughly and deeply cleaned the unit.
The first tech was like paying for a $15 cheeseburger at a prime steakhouse and they bring you a fast food burger. The second tech was prime Kobe beef. Well worth the price.
The sign of a good company is not that it doesn't make any mistakes, but that it assumes responsibility for its mistake and makes things right.
My hat is off to EDS.

I've been using EDS for a/c maintenance for several years. Our a/c unit is aging and I've had several emergency calls in the last 2 years. Today, when the temperature in the house was matching the outdoor temperature, I called the office and asked if they could send someone this afternoon/evening. At 6pm a tech came and quickly diagnosed the problem as being in the outside unit. He came back in awhile later and showed me pictures of the corroded pieces. He said he could do a temporary fix, but it's time to talk about replacing the unit. Fortunately, we've been preparing for this expense and we'll get it done very soon. EDS has been very responsive and has techs who are very competent and able to communicate with a non-technical person! I highly recommend EDS for AC maintenance.

Don C. came to my house when I had an issue with my AC. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He was able to correct the issue and explained what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable. He remained until he was positive the issue was corrected. I would definitely recommend EDS for your AC and plumbing needs - you will not be disappointed.

Kenny was great. We had a water leak on the side of the house. Within an hour he had it completely fixed with new pipes and at a very reasonable price, especially as we called after hours. Thank you so much. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.
