Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and...

have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted] they say they are working with me but it is going on three years and  I call the DMV. and filed a complaint with them also.. it shouldn't have to take three years to get the right title.. they don't answer my calls or call me to let me know what is going on.. I have heard nothing except they are working on it.. that is all I have gotten from them in last three years..

Business states they are currently working with the consumer on this issue. The DMV is aware of the situation, and they ultimately are responsible for forwarding the correct title.

Review: I bough a new Lund boat from EDS boat sales in 2014 and I have contacted them several times about a 5 yr warranty I was promised, and they knowingly gave me 3 yrs. also owe me money. To extend the warranty to the full 5 years, Mercury marine wants 1850.00.Desired Settlement: My Mercury warranty is extended to the 5 yrs I was promised , and a 200.00 rebate check sent to me.

Thank you for allowing Ed's Boat Sales this opportunity to respond to the claim submitted by Mr. [redacted] to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin. The additional warranty coverage referred to in Mr. [redacted]'s complaint was part of a Dealer’s Choice Promotion at the time of purchase. Our records indicate that Mr [redacted] chose not to participate in the Dealer's Choice Promotion but did receive promotional discounts for USAA and Lund Spring Catch. Furthermore, the $200 rebate check being requested is for a re-power rebate that Mr. [redacted] was ineligible for at the time of purchase. Mr. [redacted] signed and agreed to these terms on his purchase contract dated 3/13/2014. Should you need further assistance, please contact me at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Central Time. Sincerely, [redacted]

During the 2016 Milwaukee Boat Show I found myself in the market for a boat. During the process (which lasted a few weeks) I was able to contact Ed's Boat Sales in Appleton, WI. While my initial impression of the sales staff was less than positive I decided to continue working with them as they were the preferred dealer for my area of the state (meaning I wasn't in the other dealers geographic area). The boat, trailer and motor generated a sale for Ed's of approximately $90,000. During the transaction there were several mistakes made by the sales and financing staff. We redid the paperwork 3 or 4 times to get it accurate - hand written notes on the side of a sales agreement is not acceptable to me.
During the time the boat was being manufactured I received several calls: one to say the boat was done, one to say it wasn't, one by a staff person who couldn't even describe the state of the boat - this was complete disorganization.
After the boat arrived at the dealer they promised they would review the boat for any defects and water test it - they said they water tested it and I have no reason to believe they didn't - they did not however, review it for quality defects. There was some polished metal on the hull towards the stern that was completely scratched. How is it that after having the boat in their possession for several weeks that they didn't know this was scratched. In addition, they didn't have anything ready when I arrived at the location for the prescribed meeting time - it was completely disorganized.
I have purchased vehicles, property, etc and this was by far the most disorganized unprofessional group of staff and finance people I've ever dealt with.

I've spent quite a bit of money at Ed's Boat Sales but will no longer be a returning customer. For the first time I spoke with the owner, Roger, and requested to correct a problem on their end and instead he made rude comments to me and didn't resolve the issue. VERY unprofessional!!! Will NEVER return!

Review: We bought our camper in 2013 . We were suspose to get a 2013 but ended up with a 2014 one but ended up with wrong titles to it .vin numbers don't match .so we have been going around and a around with them . They say it's up to the dmv . But I called dmv . They sent wrong papers . We have wrong title for our camper . I can't figure out why it is almost taking them three years to straighten it out . I call them but get no call back . I am at the end of my rope with them. I don't know what to do .Desired Settlement: Get on to them about getting this cleared up as soon as possible
