Hello Mr ***, [redacted] reviewed your message left on Monday 10/24/and had a manager contact you to resolve and help, which you requested in the message After leaving you a message, the manager requested the refund for you We never heard back from you after Monday, and then subsequently received this complaint on Tuesday Oct You have been refunded the dollars for months which you were with us and we have also cancelled the agreement with you signed with us on 8/1/2016.That said, we want to touch on a misconception provided in this complaint We take proactive efforts in our process to make sure everyone understands we are not your loan holder nor do we work with the department of education – we are a document preparation company and help with identifying qualifications, enrollment challenges, form fills both in the initial consolidation and repayments plans with ongoing support all based on individual circumstances and goals We clarify this in triplicate within our process at enrollment with 1/advisor 2/on the agreement you signed (pg 4) and 3/ thru a verbal voice verification required in our on-boarding process.So at this point everything has been cancelled with EDU, payments of $have been refunded We hope this was helpful in clearing things up and wish you the best of luck in the future.Sincerely,EDU Compliance Team

This company solicits, through third party companies I believe, relentlesslyI have asked the solicitor multiple times for them to stop the calls and emailsNothing happensBut if you take the call, or return it, it goes to this company They charge you $to fill out a form available online for freeThen, they charge you $month to maintain the paperwork and review your situation again in a yearIt's really sad that people can be taken advantage of this way Unfortunately I doubt this review will last very long because they have an "A" rating with the Revdex.com, which effectively means nothingIf their rating goes down they can simply dropout in which case the Revdex.com loses revenue

Hello, First off, thank you for describing in detail your experience with the rep whom was helping you We do have measures in place with the signing process to clearly articulate our service, what is available to you and terms of service We are deeply concerned to hear this I have pulled the call and will be reprimanding rep, [redacted] , for not doing his job properly Being a distraction in the signup process is definitely a violation of our policy We here at EDU Support Center take our work very seriously and again thank you for bringing this to our attention Let me further put you at ease in saying, your application has not been approved as nothing was finalized or submitted to the underwriting department We have deleted the forms from our database for security purposes and no payments will come out of your account from us Once again, thank you for being vocal about your experience Kind Regards, [redacted] Manger 858-381-

Complaint # [redacted] has been resolved, They called me yesterday afternoon and gave me a refund

[redacted] from EDU called this morning stating that he wanted to resolve this issue but all he really wanted to was get out of refunding me my money. Even after me explaining the entire situation, from bad info to bad customer service, he continued to lay all blame on FED LOANS. He took no... responsibility and defended his rep. As the conversation went on, I told him that I wasn’t interested in any other services and the only thing I wanted was my money back. I’m a single mom, who lives pay check to pay check and that $400 was a HUGE sacrifice and for me NOT to receive what was promised and in the end be scammed is NOT ok. ***, then kept trying to talk over me, raising his voice and pleading his case. I continually told him that I was at work and couldn’t keep going around and around and pretty much begged to just return my money. [redacted] was stuck on the fact that they provided a service and again was over talking and refused to hear me so I ended up hanging up the phone. [redacted] made an already BAD situation WORSE!!!!! [redacted]

Greetings ***,First let us say that we appreciate feedback from all clients We take all complaints very seriously and took it upon ourselves to review with each person you spoke with at our organization regarding your file After speaking with you it sounded like there were random issues at different touch points throughout the entire month process, some of which were not related to us directly Certain cases unfortunately have more issues than others and are not as clear cut However, we thank you for making us aware of this situation and we are using this as a learning experience on how to improve on some of those points moving forward In good faith, we have refunded your document processing fee and you are successfully enrolled in the IBR program with a plan change scheduled to REPAYE after your first payments We wish you the best of luck in the future.Sincerely,EDU Support Compliance Team

To quickly review for this post, your consolidation funded on 11/23/15 and you were placed on the PAYE repayment plan that offers 10 year public service loan forgiveness.   Your loan payment will start end of the month and we will match the payment dates so everything can come out of your account on the same day for budgeting purposes.  We did refund $78 back to your account.    We look forward to further serving you.

This company solicits, through third party companies I believe, relentlessly. I have asked the solicitor multiple times for them to stop the calls and emails. Nothing happens. But if you take the call, or return it, it goes to this company.
They charge you $500 to fill out a form available online for free. Then, they charge you $40 month to maintain the paperwork and review your situation again in a year. It's really sad that people can be taken advantage of this way.
Unfortunately I doubt this review will last very long because they have an "A" rating with the Revdex.com, which effectively means nothing. If their rating goes down they can simply dropout in which case the Revdex.com loses revenue.
