I contacted the consumer on 8/2/2016.? I informed the consumer that Chebat Portfolio Management does not collect on debt, only place debt.? I also informed the consumer that we sold his account as of 3/5/to [redacted] ***
Hello, We spoke with Ms [redacted] Friday afternoon, 12/8/2017, and responded in regard to her concerns, I believe this has been resolved Please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted] , if this is not the case

Christy - she contacted consumer by email direct him who to contact regarding his issue
I emailed Ms*** and informed her that we were having technical difficulty with our admin email that was recently addressed. I also informed her that her account was out on lease and provided Ms*** with the information for the collecting agency. Ms*** also has my
direct email address for any further questions or concerns

I spoke with the Ms*** on March 23, at 4:pm. I informed Ms*** that we do own her account and it is outsourced for collections. I provided Ms*** with the collecting agency's name and phone number for follow up
