I emailed Ms***? and informed her that her account was sent back to ***? Financial on May 17,

account and was informed that she made her final payment on and that her Paid In Full letter was emailed to her *** account today at 2:45pm.? It is advised of Ms*** to check her SPAM folder as well as her inbox.? Also, upon receipt of the Paid In Full letter Ms*** must fax a copy to *** * ** ** *** *** *** with her original account number.? If Ms*** has any further questions she may reach me at ***

I contacted the consumer on 8/2/2016.  I informed the consumer that Chebat Portfolio Management does not collect on debt, only place debt.  I also informed the consumer that we sold his account as of 3/5/2015 to [redacted].
