Customer brought vehicle in on 03/17/Repair Order# [redacted] with 52,miles on it: The customer stated that all of her warning lights were displayed on the dash except for the check engine light, we scanned the system and found several codes, found code 17-left rear wheel speed sensor circut malfunction , connected to Honda computer and found no data readingsinsected vehicles left rear wheel speed sensor and determined that the code was present due to the fact that the wire was severed (cut Clean) The vehicle is covered under Hondas factory Warranty but the warranty only cover repairs caused by defective parts or faulty workmanship, it does not cover repairs caused by outside influences such as cut wires that could be caused by road debris or any other outside damageThis repair is not a warrantable concernThis would be an Insurance claim.Thank You Tony T***Fixed Operations Director [redacted]

Blue Ridge Rural Water in no way retaliates against any customer for any reasonsThe customer in question was disconnected on November 8,and a $nonpayment fee was applied because of the disconnectionA payment was received during that same day in the amount of $139.23, which was the amount of the past due bill and the new bill that was not due at that time, and the water service was restored on that dayThis however did not include the $nonpayment fee, which is the result the customer being disconnected today and an additional $nonpayment fee was appliedI have spoken to the customer and explained the reason the fees have been applied to the accountAs a result of the conversation I agreed to remove one of the $nonpayments and the customer pay the $fee that was not paid in the prior month to restore the water serviceIn turn the customer agreed to pay the $fee and the new bill which is not due at this time, for a total of $The payment has been made by the customer and the water service has been restored

Ms [redacted] was already not charged for clean up charges for her pet defecating in our grooming trailer times during the grooming process, nor a cancellation fee The customer became confrontational during the grooming visit when a paper towel blew out of the sack that we sat outside the door of our trailer containing all the dog feces, until we could dispose of it properlyWe cannot leave the dog unattended in the grooming trailer for safety reasons, nor can we leave feces in the grooming trailer for sanitary reasonsWe were trying to make the best of a very stinking and messy situationWhen an owner becomes confrontational, our policy is to finish whatever we are doing at the moment and then exit the client/provider relationshipAnd that is what we didWe take great pride in our business and serving Indy's best since We have 1000's of customers throughout Indy that we love and appreciate

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThis is only after countless efforts trying to communicate between ibs and Tower and right now, I'm tired of wasting more time wrestling with these two on this matterI still feel that there are some simple ethical issues that they could address

The homeowner has already completed a series of treatments based on the recommendation from our Bed Bug Pest Control company we have worked with repeatedly There are numerous ways to treat bed bugs, and while heat is proven to be one of the effective treatment methods, it is NOT the only
effective method The home was inspected prior to occupancy, as well as had no prior incidents with bed bugs prior to occupancy by Ms *** When our Bed Bug company first arrived at the home to inspect, confirm and treat the issue, Ms Jones had already gotten rid of mattresses (the most common source of bed bug infestations) and the source of the infestation was unable to be determined As a result, the homeowner agreed to pay for the treatment as recommended by the pest control company If Ms Jones would like to complete a heat treatment of the property she is welcome to complete it at her own expense The homeowner has already invested quite a bit financially into the treatment of the bed bugs and will not reimburse for the additional treatment, the homeowner is also not willing to "exchange" rent for the additional treatment The homeowner has also offered to let Ms Jones out of her lease if she wished to no longer occupy the home as a result of this incident We asked to have a decision provided to us by July 1st (the next rental due date per the lease agreement), and based on previous conversations with Ms Jones our company was under the impression Ms Jones decided she would be responsible for the rent from July 1st through July 7th and would vacate the premises by July 7th If Ms Jones would like to still pursue this course of action, an addendum to the existing lease agreement would need to be signed prior to an adjustment being issued for the rent

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Blue Ridge Water was too quick to Turn off my families water over a $late fee that we were not told to pay on 11/8/nor had we been billed for nor was past due I have two infants and a diabetic wife There is no excuss for the there actions We have been a customer of Blue Ridge water for over years This is completly unacceptable Not to mention there was only two people in the entire office (one who was on vaation) we were told that could approve the reconnection on 12/6/ I would have accepted the response if Blue Ridge water even slightly agreed that they needed to look into there billing sequences and ways they could improve the quality of there billing services so that these types of mistakes or oversights did not occur in the future. This is not about receiving a credit for a past due fee or reconnection feeThis is about how Blue Ridge Water decided to handle the situation They completly mishandled the situation and now Bliue Ridge Water assumes the matter is resolved by not charging us an additional fee for the fee they never told us we owed on 11/8/when we called to request the balance to be paid.It appears that Blue Ridge water has forgottent they are providing a service and we are a customer.

Business states that the complaint issues were forwarded to the main office and dealt with accordinglyAt this point , business believes the customer issues have been resolvedThis is very common occurrence with consumersCards are not actually charged until after the gas is pumped

I do not see how Lanie the property manager can advise me that the homeowner stated himself he does not want me in his home , which they couldn't take action on that ( wrongful eviction ) but yet they are asking for a weeks rent They are advising the company was under the impression I would be vacating July 7th , that was never agreed on nor did the property manager reach out to me to speak over that I received assistance to move into the home in the first place so offering to let me out of the lease and mailing me my deposit back PLUS requiring that I pay the first weeks rent in the home is unrealistic and I do not know anyone who can come up with 2k to move AGAIN in a weeks time This is a unrealistic company who lacks communication and does not reply professionally to any concerns However , due to finances I willnot be vacating the home I will file a separate legal claim They also advised they have a track record of replies to my emails and concerns HOWEVER , I sent 3-emails with no replies until ALEXIS the receptionist finally replied after I called and complained about no replies

Blue Ridge Rural Water in no way retaliates against any customer for any reasons. The customer in question was disconnected on November 8,2016 and a $35 nonpayment fee was applied because of the disconnection. A payment was received during that same day in the amount of $139.23, which was the amount...

of the past due bill and the new bill that was not due at that time, and the water service was restored on that day. This however did not include the $35 nonpayment fee, which is the result the customer being disconnected today and an additional $35 nonpayment fee was applied. I have spoken to the customer and explained the reason the fees have been applied to the account. As a result of the conversation I agreed to remove one of the $35 nonpayments and the customer pay the $35 fee that was not paid in the prior month to restore the water service. In turn the customer agreed to pay the $35 fee and the new bill which is not due at this time, for a total of $95.96. The payment has been made by the customer and the water service has been restored.

Rent is still expected per your lease agreement.  You may proceed with the heat treatment at your own expense.

We highly recommend the Clearwater International Diamond Center. Michael H[redacted] (Sales Manager) and Amanda L[redacted] (Diamond Consultant) were excellent!

Clearwater International Diamond Center is worth your time and investment. These two employees are worth high recommendation!

Had new gas furnace and on-demand water heater installed in Oct. Currie's went above and beyond my expectations. The installation was done in a timely and excellent manner and workers cleaned up everything. Am very satisfied with the furnace and water heater and would highly recommend Currie's for any of your plumbing or heating needs.

To whom it tmay concern:Delaney Honda has been in contact with [redacted] and has resolved the issue in question. Delaney Honda did mistakenly cash [redacted]'s check by mistake before the agreed upon date due to the fact that Mr P[redacted] failed to notify our office to not cash the $6000 check....

We sincerely apologized to [redacted] and have agreed to provide her with our polysteel protectant for an area of her car that was damaged. This was done at no charge along with Delaney covering the cost of an antifreeze flush that was requested by [redacted]. I personally have spoke to [redacted] and she assured me that everything was handled in an acceptable manner and that she was very happy with the way everything was addressed. Again, we apologize for our error in cashing her check earlier than the agreed upon time. We hope that this resolves this matter and will continue to follow up with [redacted] to make sure that everything is satisfactory.Barre B[redacted]General ManagerDelaney Automotive Group

The first time the customer contacted us, we advised them that they needed to contact Tower Administrative Services for any information concerning their account.  He said he contacted Tower Admin and was unable to get the information he was requesting.  That is when we advised him that we do not provide Amortization Schedules with the Bi-Weekly payment service, and gave him other options to obtain one. We are glad to hear the customer got the information he was seeking from Tower Admin and that this matter has been resolved.  For the record, the amount of money our company makes on a customer’s account is miniscule compared to the savings they achieve.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Raintight General Contracting.... These guys did an awesome job on my roof .... Sometimes Being a single woman dealing with contractors and mechanics can be stressful and challenging but Jody Hudson from Raintight, made this whole process a dream. He met with my adjuster made sure everything was covered properly , dealt with my HOA and was on site the day of the job... [redacted] , owner of RGC , delivered as promised without delay.. He even offered to help with my Christmas lights NC. I would highly recommend dealing with this company.. Can't say enough good things about them!!

We have corresponded with the Customer to address their questions.  We followed up with 2 emails to make sure their questions and concerns were addressed to their satisfaction but have yet to hear back from them on the follow up emails so we assume their questions and concerns were addressed...
