Excellent service. Our technician, Bob R[redacted], could not have been more professional. He was "on task" the entire time. The entire process took about an hour and a half. We especially like it that Bob cleaned up the work area after he was finished.

Bill S[redacted] was over yesterday to repair my leaking A/C. What a nice and wonderful man. He kept me in the loop as to what was wrong and how he needed to repair my A/C. He was honest as he pointed out something installed incorrectly by one of your other service technicians. He worked diligently and I truly appreciate this quality. He is outstanding service technician.

When my air conditioning stopped working on one of our 100+degree days, I was amazed to hear that a repair man would be at my house on that very day, Jason H[redacted] was prompt and courteous, located the problem quickly and fixed it, and fully explained the situation to me. My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday morning. Efficiency Mechanical was able to come fix it by 10:00 am. [redacted] was very efficient and got the AC working in no time. He was very polite and I would recommend this company and [redacted] to my friends.

I purchased an AC unit from them several years ago, dealing with Matt G[redacted]. The entire process could not have gone better. Matt was responsive to questions and professional all the way. I've had a service contract with them for the past two years. Rob R[redacted] has serviced the unit for me and, again, professional and good service. Yes, I would recommend this company.

I have been using Efficiency Mechanical for all my HVAC needs for about 13 years. This includes annual Spring and Fall tune-ups as well as replacement of the original (1991) units with more efficient and reliable ones. This was my first time with [redacted] who met the high standard the company has always provided.

[redacted] completed a difficult assignment and took the time to carefully explain to us what he had done and what additional measures he recommended. I can keep on extolling [redacted] virtues and the stellar fashion in which he represented his employer..but I think you get the point. For my wife and me, this was a most enjoyable experience.
