Very pleasant and fixed the problem

[redacted] came to repair an issue with our thermostat yesterday. He was prompt, courteous and even suggested some ways to prevent future problems. I was extremely pleases with our service.

Efficiency mechanical was great and [redacted] our technician was absolutely awesome. He was professional, kind, and worked very hard to resolve our problem as quickly as possible.

Have used Efficiency Mechanical and their ESA Gold service plan for two years and have found them honest, and their technician, [redacted], professional, on time, and very competent.

We have used this company for several years now and thought they were ethical. We pay them an annual maintenance fee and they check our HVAC twice a year, change filters, maintain all units etc. The last 2 years, within 1 week after their "maintenance check" one of our AC units suddenly goes out. They do a free service call (included in our annual package) and state we now need major service. What is needed suddenly is not something they could have seen during their maintenance. They have stated both times, it is very unusual - hardly ever see this ... We had a second opinion and had someone else do the repair who stated (without knowing our prior vendor) that could be tampering.

Great customer service, and a thorough explanation of what they need to do. Also nice to get recommendations on what they think is best for upcoming preventative service. Very honest with no hidden BS.

Jason H[redacted] was our service technician; he was on time, polite, careful about wearing protective coverings on his shoes, and quick to solve the problem we were having with our air conditioner.

Efficiency provided excellent service as always.

With all our thanks, we are writing a commendation specifically for Expert Technician Bill [redacted], as well as for the entire staff of Efficiency Mechanical.

Our duplex home is very complicated, with a complex seven unit HVAC system, with special guardian air filters and humidifiers, that Efficiency Mechanical brilliantly installed and has just as brilliantly maintained for ten years. Mr. [redacted] has surpassed all others in maintaining our HVAC, and we are grateful.

I have always found the service providers to be timely, cooperative, and willing to explain their findings in a clear and understanding way. Bill S[redacted] is the present service provider and does a very detailed review of my systems. Bill is very customer friendly. Bill cleans up the equipment and leaves no mess behind.
