Review: this company is showing me as a contractor doing business as a remodel and i'm a licensed landscape contractor and do not do remodeling nor did I give them my information to post on the web. I'm renewing my insurance and my insurance and my insurance company notified me of the link - I expect them to delete this from the web.

one of the listings is from eHARDHAT. They take my information from my website with my company name and license number and phone number. only the phone number has the last 3 digits blocked out so you cant call my company. They are appearing to be listed as my company and then promoting their ads for competitive contractors.

This way of getting there ads to appear is so unethical as far as I'm concerned.Desired Settlement: They need to stop stealing other contractors information and use only their own information.

It very deceptive what they are doing and I hope the Revdex.com can tell them to stop. And if they don't stop, their Revdex.com Rating need to go to "F" for Fraud.

Review: Without our permission, eHardhat wrote and posted a false profile of our business. It is presented as though it was written by us, which it was not, and lists electrical services which we do not provide. We are not a general electrical contractor and do not perform AC panel work or AC business upgrades. It also falsely states that we don't provide financing or accept credit cards. Generally, the profile is written in a bizarre and unprofessional manner (i.e. stating, nonsensically, that [redacted] is a "fantastic place" to raise small children and own a home). We have no desire to be associated in any way with eHardhat.com.Desired Settlement: We demand that eHardhat remove the false profile of our business immediately. By presenting information as though it were submitted by the profiled business, the site is inherently deceptive. They are likely doing the same thing with many other businesses and should not be Revdex.com accredited. It is also no excuse to claim that they compiled the information from publicly available sources - that's baloney - no public source states that we perform general electrical contracting work or AC panel or wiring work. Our motto has never been "we get projects done." eHardhat is simply making things up.

[redacted] never contacted us through our site to correct or remove his profile, which we would have happily done had he done so. Upon receiving this complaint we have removed his profile from our directory and he is no longer appearing on our site.

At this point we have removed this profile from our site altogether, and consider the matter closed.

Review: I was a licensed building contractor in Oakland Ca. My license is expired. I am not in business nor am I seeking business.

Despite this Ehardhat has-without my consent or knowledge- created several profile/websites using my name and

and license# making it appear as if I am in business and have an association with ehardhat. Both things are false.Desired Settlement: I want to be completely and permanently removed from Ehardhat's data base.

I want all Ehardhat profile/websites about me, to be shut down and removed.

I wish no future association with Ehardhat or its affiliates.
