I am personally very familiar with this situation.  I met Mr [redacted] about a year ago as I was leaving the dealership at the close of the day.  He had come into service, which was already closed for the day, with a re-occurring issue with his 8.4 UCONNECT system and numerous other...

electrical glitches.The dealership went above and beyond to assist [redacted] with the service documentation needed for a Lemon Law claim and getting all service records and technician notes and did our part.  We only discussed a new vehicle after [redacted] and his wife asked  to see if it was something we could get them approved for..Which we were not able to.The dealership doesnt have a roll in decision making on lemon law that is stricly up to the manufacturer.

I am rejecting this response because: They are not willing to complete rust work on the two driver side door panels. The salesperson clearly understood where rust was present. They are not doing all the rust repair that was negotiated and promised. I showed the salesperson on multiple occasions where the rust was present and it was clear between all parties what needed to be repaired. This is a good sales tactic by the dealer. They sell cars everyday, so easy to take advantage of customers this way. They are not trustworthy people. They do not honor their word. Fix the 2 other panels as was negotiatedor refund money equivalent quoted by a third party body shop.
