Review: This is concerning the 2011 [redacted] VIN [redacted] purchased from eimports4less was advertised on [redacted] under item number [redacted].I received and inspected the car on 3/24/2014 in [redacted] Texas to discover apparent deep scratches confirmed by the truck driver who delivered in the bill of lading. It was obvious that the front end and the right rear door area and the rear bumper were damaged and then unprofessionally repainted. The rear tires are worn out and bald. (None of this was disclosed to me)I took the vehicle to the [redacted] local [redacted] dealer. They discovered that the quarter panel and rear bumper and front end were unprofessionally repaired and painted over dust, dirt, chips and scratches, hair are now part of the paint job. None of the above was disclosed or reported to me by this dealership before the purchase.This kind of defects are unacceptable on a vehicle that cost me over $50,000.I purchased this vehicle only because its condition was reported Excellent on [redacted] and eimports4less website.I have called this dealership and the personnel will not cooperate and claim to know nothing about what this car looked like, and that this is not their decision. The general manager [redacted] or president [redacted] are not available to talk to me and have not yet returned my calls. I consider this being a big fraud.Never during the purchase process any of these defects were disclosed or mentioned. This is outrageously deceiving a buyer in this kind of way by misrepresentation of product, fraud and lies. This car was misrepresented on [redacted] as well. [redacted] motors buyer support has offered to provide all needed details and help at [redacted]. I want to return this damaged vehicle and demand full refund of purchase price and shipping cost that I incurred. Please issue RMA to return this vehicle ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want to return this damaged vehicle and demand full refund of purchase price $50049 and shipping cost of $900 that I incurred. Please issue RMA to return this vehicle ASAP.

This vehicle was sold "as-is". It was described as an "as-is" purchase and the customer signed the appropriate "as-is" documentation. There is no return policy for as-is used cars.

I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle was advertised as "In Excellent Condition" and that is why I agreed to purchase it. It was advertised covering damages that are way beyond normal wear. I have provided all evidence. Please advertise this complaint on your website as you see appropriate.It will serve to educate future customers on what to expect when dealing with Eimports4less auto sales.

I'm sorry but we do not have a return policy for used vehicles. All vehicles are sold as-is and all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
