Review: On Sep 5th 2015 I placed an order via efaucets.com for a door bell that was listed in stock. Order# [redacted]

The amount of $72.99 was deducted from my Credit Card. The item was listed as shipped on the efaucets website.

A week later I sent an email to the customer support inquiring about my purchase. I was told the item was not in stock and it would be shipped on Oct 15th. I requested cancellation of the order. I was told that the cancellation will take 3-7 business days. I waited 10 business days and contacted customer services again. They asked for 3 more business day. Again I heard nothing. Few more emails were exchanged. On Oct 8th I was told that the item was cancelled and a refund was issued. The item is listed as cancelled on the website but no refund has been issues and no comments back from efaucets.Desired Settlement: Get my refund from efaucets

We ordered a tub & surround from efaucets on 1/1/14 It is now 3/28/14 and we still are waiting. It has been shipped to us 3 times and all 3 times it arrived broken in some form or another. I have tried calling several times asking to speak to a manager none is ever available and they never return a call. The customer service and products are just awful and this company should be put out of business.

Review: On 10/27 I placed an order for a toilet. On 11/19 I called to cancel order because it was on back order until feb.Never received refund despite calls

I placed an order for a Kohler toliet ($402) on 10/27. I did not hear anything from the company so I called on 11/19/14. The customer service rep said that the toilet was on backorder until Feb.I canceled the order and asked the rep to send email confirmation. She informed me that it would take 7-10 business days to refund. An email was never sent so I contacted the company again who confirmed the order was canceled 11/26 and sent an email stating the order was canceled. The money has yet to be refunded 21 days after the order was placed.Desired Settlement: full refund of product
