Happy with initial contact and then not happy.
Jim did not tell me they were going to take away the fan they came to repair. "We trashed it for you" is not what I expected. They should have included "haul away" in their service quote and I would have instructed them to leave the old fan at the property.
The non-working fan is in fact, my personal property, not theirs. The fan doesn't have a remote control anymore but the LED light works beautifully; I suspect my gorgeous non-fanning fixture is being installed at someone's house right now...

Work was done on time and very efficiently.

Andrew and Joseph text communicated when they would arrive to begin work (in 20 minutes); they showed up on time, we clarified what needed to be done and they started - no messing around. They installed a new 120v outlet/dimmer switch and two ceiling cans plus fished a line for future work. Professional, accurate, clean and respectful of my home. Price was reasonable and presented to me immediately via email. Paid, shook hands and we were done! Good guys.

We've previously used Elan Electric to replace an existing ceiling fan and they did a very professional job of it. Now we replaced the other five ceiling fans in our home and the two gentlemen who did it were, again, very professional and kept their presence as low key as possible so as not to get in our way. Afterwards they put the boxes the new fans came in and the former fans out in the garage for us. Then they vacuumed up any mess they made and that was that. I would highly recommend Elan Electric for their professionalism and promptness.

You folks are the best

We called on Monday for a smoke alarm problem and Jimmy gave us an appointment for the same day. He said our service man Nate would be here between 3-5P.M. and he arrived promptly at 4:440 P.M. The job was done in about 1 and 1/2hrs. No mess no fuss. We have used Elan before and were very happy, thus the return business. Would recommend them highly.

Jim, of Elan Electric, was extremely helpful when I initially called to make an appointment to have them come out to install some ceiling fans for us. I had a lot of questions regarding the wall units I needed for them. TJ and Aaron, the technicians that installed the fans, were very professional and installed our ceiling fans with minimum noise and intrusion. TJ also took the time to explain a couple of issues we're having with some of our other fans which was very helpful. The total cost was very reasonable - I plan to use them again when I replace my other fans. I plan to use them again when I replace our other ceiling fans and any other electrical issues that may pop up. Thanks Jim, TJ and Aaron!

I used Nate and he was the best, you will be happy. I used to use Jason but he has moved on but Nate is much better.

Excellent company to do business with, fair prices , The technicians were polite professional clean and did excellent work.
They cleaned everything up and the work was performed as addressed in the contract, we have a new home and we added outside lighting on the patio ceiling fan in the garage and a light over the kitchen sink the work was done in a very timely .
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company sends an email confirming your appointment and they arrive right on time. I am very happy with their work and their prices. I have had them out for two projects and they completed the jobs in a short amount of time. They also charge by quarter hour, so you don’t pay for unused time. Best of all, they even clean up! I will definitely call them again.

Jason arrived within 20 minutes of my call, replaced two bad breakers and solved my problem within fifteen minutes of his arrival. Excellent and responsive service.
