Elan electric has a valuable asset with Jimmy. Took the time to explain everything to me along with being very polite.

We had Jason and Aaron install wiring for our shed. I complained about the price and Jason explained in detail why the charge was high very politely and courteously. Even though I still think the price is too high, they did a good job, very professional.They had to come back due to loose wire, but they were friendly and fix the wire in 5-10 minutes.

TJ did an outstanding job, looks like I found my new permanent electricians. Polite courteous service plus extremely knowledgeable what more could you ask for. Thank you Elan Electric.

TJ was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed a light switch problem, replaced it, tested two switches controlling the overhead kitchen lights.

I had a lighting upgrade in my M/B closet. It was a birthday present, so I wanted perfection. I contacted Service Manager Jeff, who responded the very next day and gave assistance developing a plan and prepared the estimate. The price was right/fair, and work was quickly scheduled. Two electricians (Jason and helper) arrived on the date/time prescribed. Both were very customer considerate/friendly. The finished job was as wanted/expected and passed the "Wife Test" to perfection!.

We had a QuietCool fan and a ceiling fan installed on the front porch. Jimmy and Nate were in and out of the attic all day in 97 degree heat - not complaining once. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt, respectful and the kind of people you want working on your house.

We had 2 transfer switches installed. From the very start they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns. The quality of work is awesome.
