I am rejecting this response because: No one drove the vehicle except me. I do not have a daughter!!! No one inspected the vehicle with me when I turned it in. Someone called me several hours after I turned it in. I did not see the vehicle until the following day when I went to pick up something that was left in the vehicle when I dropped it off. That is when I saw the damage to the vehicle. I also did not smell anything in the vehicle. The response is a total fabrication.

company, but we feel we've done our best to rectify the situation.  [redacted], the Preowned Sales Manager, met with Mr. [redacted] last week and delivered his vehicle to him, with all the requested work completed.  We hope this alleviates his concerns and we also hope that Mr. [redacted] will continue to do business with us.  Thank you.

After having spoken to both the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and the Service Manager regarding Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we believe that Mr. [redacted] has not been truthful in his statement to the Revdex.com.  Additionally, Mr. [redacted] made several statements to our management team that were inconsistent with the actual condition of the car.  We have made every effort to work with Mr. [redacted] and to be fair with our customers, but Mr. [redacted] refused to understand our position.  We believe we are at an impasse with this customer.

When the work was finished on my vehicle yesterday they were going to charge me about $1,000.00. When I spoke with the manager, he reviewed my warranty and was able to drop the bill down to $200.00. By the end of the evening I paid nothing out of pocket and my car was repaired. I would like to...

My time that I was suppose to be there I was correct, Mr [redacted] never informed me that he was unclear of my appointment time, also he never discussed the cost of the ax and also they never made me a priority. I am disgusted that a company would lie, what about mr[redacted] being rude to me again, I want to be reimbursed for 144.

reimburse Mr. [redacted] for any out-of-pocket expenses, we would need a copy of the detailed invoice from the New Hampshire dealership. Additionally, we will have the sales consultant that worked with Mr. [redacted] send him a copy of the Car Fax report and the pre-owned certified inspection.

Thank you for bringing the concerns of Mr. [redacted] to our attention. We have reviewed this complaint and it has been resolved with the customer.  ELCO has agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] the $650 that was charged to his credit card.  Our recent phone conversation with him resolved this complaint to the satisfaction of both parties.
