[redacted] : # [redacted] We have spoke to [redacted] the custom order customer several times in regards to his chronic complaints Since he has joined the fowl / derogatory social media pages and perpetuates defamatory & libel information to deter business fromour company his activity online leaves our company to make a decision to deny his order.Currently this activity with these individuals including Mr [redacted] is under investigation.We will be refusing the right to provide service to him and selling the equipment ordered to returnthe funds minus FEES, unless in the event he once again changes his mind to wait for his amplifiers to be shipped with the speaker cabinets that were completed Our All Sales Final policy which explains that our company does not do refunds due to the nature of the Hand Made Custom Built orders and is congruent with Washington State Law on "refunds" and with the other States in the USA including INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ELECTRIC AMP Innovations USA LLC does not mediate with it's customers through the privately owned company known as The Revdex.com

[redacted] received his speaker cabinet in April of 2014, then he files a complaint with the Revdex.com months later,the end of July We have explained to him what it takes to replace the entire baffle in order to replace the LOGO badge.The Logo Badge does not affect the sound quality or construction quality of the speaker cabinet at all[redacted] has been known on FB forums to be very disgruntled and spread many libel and defamatorystatements about our company We find his attitude to be negative and unworthy of continued service Now in January of he continues to complain and uses the Revdex.com system to perpetuate his negativecomments about our company, the same as his forum affiliates ALSO found on the medium of the Revdex.comwhich tolerates such manner and have such erroneous emotional outbursts and rants online We reserve the right to refuse service This individuals name comes up often online in reference to hisnegative rantsFurthermore, we find that the Revdex.com tolerates such behavior without validation prior to publishingmany erroneous statements Money Magazine & CNN reports as of September illustrate the problems within the Revdex.com and the bias nature.Consumer Reports Online, Consumer Affairs Online and TIME Magazine Online and TIME Magazine haveall provided the world and the USA with exposure of the corrupt nature the Revdex.com and what it tolerates, especially ifyou are not a PAID FOR Member of the Revdex.com Our experience with the local Revdex.com Office on Jefferson Street in Spokane has been negative, bias and our comments filtered.In fact the password supplied to our account on January 13th, was changed by the Revdex.com on January 19th, 2016which prevents us from viewing our entire profile, company information and prevents us from responding directonline to the six other erroneous complaints, which are from the very pool of individuals that write libel and defamatorystatements to deter business on a Face Book page using our trademark images and slogan including our URL This matter with [redacted] is CLOSED with prejudice He was banned from our company when he wrote ussuch hostile and negative emails in

Mr [redacted] ’s amplifier was completed in July and since he wanted his funds back, it was sold and his funds were provided in full with a cashiers check in the amount of $2,on August 3rd, I spoke to [redacted] in Germany via telephone on January 19th, and confirmed that he had received the funds he requested to be paid to [redacted] *** [redacted] confirmed everything was resolved and wished me a happy new yearI also spoke to [redacted] on January 19th, and he confirmed that he received the funds in August on behalf of [redacted] and everything was indeed resolved He also stated that two weeks ago he was contacted by [redacted] via email and he responded that it was ALL RESOLVED

Thank you for the notice of complaint filed by [redacted] .The statements made in this complaint are erroneous.ELECTRIC AMP, USA has made over high quality pro audioitems which have satisfied it's customers 100%.We are a very small company that is known for the extendeddelays with our production time and very very slow deliveryduring these times This has been public knowledge since 2004.The statements made by Mr [redacted] in regards to amp modelsdisplayed on our many websites and the particular disgruntled technicianthat was TERMINATED are extremely erroneous.The out of state disgruntled amp tech assistant that was terminated in has been the primary source of many customer related problems whichare libel and defamatory Electric Amp, USA is legally taking care ofthis situation direct with this ex-tech assistant located in Georgia.I understand and appreciate [redacted] 's concern with the delay in receivingthe amplifier he ordered It has always been our policy that our customamps are pre-paid and that we have a no refund policy which is standardin the custom & boutique amplifier / music industry Once an orderis placed the funds are used to purchase the materials for the particularamp unit and assembly is then later completed once the amp reachesit's designated time on the audio bench.This has been explained to Mr [redacted] several times including the changein our staff and the changes that we had to pursue in order to source theexact same parts which also caused delays in production Our commitment to excellence to maintain high quality and build ampsin the same fashion year after year is the entire reason folks come to ourcompany and order However, it is also the very reason that makes our production so slow Electric Amp, USA does not build around or attempt to accommodate it's customers recording studio session time schedules, tour dates, birthdays or commit to other delivery demands.This includes high profile professional musicians to the common player that seeks ourproducts for their own personal/private enjoyment Each amp unit is given 100% attentionand focus to maintain the high quality that we are known for These type of complaints on internet / WWW Forums, FaceBook pages and othertypes of media including the Revdex.com are understood, however not valid based onour known company practice and reputation of being slow with delivery.Thank you for forwarding this complaint to us We have already corresponded with [redacted] prior to the complaint and since a copy of his complaint was received[redacted] will receive his amplifier the same as all of the customers prior and thefuture of customers pending that are also waiting through our public known extended back order status that is explained at the time they order

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Joel indeed handed me some pictures but, only of the half of what I paid in 2013. To this day, he refused to ship half of the products paid. (Thoses who are completed) As agreed in 2013 via email. All this under the pretext that I made a complaint to the BBB. I think a client should not be punished for exercising his right by making a complaint through the BBB wesite. In an email sent jan the 16 in 2013, Joel wrote '' Our customers Know That They pay up front, Then wait up to 40 working days for a cab and anywhere from 6 months to a year for an amp. '' To date, I have not received any products and I have no evidence that my products exist beside 2 or 3 pictures sent months ago where I can see 2 cabs. The cabs that he refused to ship like we agreed. Later, I wanted to go ahead with him and try to make it work again.. He asked me to wrote an email stating that I withdraw my complaint, which I did. Before the approval of the latter with BBB, I said he needs to send me a tracking numbers for the cabs (wich as he said was completed and ready or almost ready to ship). He refused. Everything is on hold for now. I even tried again and again to make things work and delete my complaint if he sent me the cabs (40 days of wait in 2013). He wont. Through all this I tried to get my money back several times, The period of wait for the cabs is now 27 times higher than that I heard before paying and over 4 times for the amps. I'm now over 3 years and 1 month of wait, which is in no way comparable to the course period he said to me in 2013 before I paid him full ! For all these reasons, I reject that answer and I ask once again my money back because of his inability to deliver the products. Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] 's complaint is erroneous from the very first sentence.He states that he paid in full $in July of 2012.This is 100% as he has added an entire YEAR to his orderAND does not include that he made payments over a month period[redacted] first contacted our company in and asked manyquestions about the order process and the wait time.It was explained to him that ALL OF OUR CUSTOM ORDERS are PAID IN FULL[redacted] made a DEPOSIT VIA PAYPAL on JULY 21, in the amountof $for his CUSTOM MADE MV-in GREEN.At the time I explained to him that we do not do payments.He pleaded and described that the balance would be paid the following week.His next deposit arrived via PAYPAL on AUGUST 7th, in the amount of $725.He attached a statement that the remaining balance would arrive at the end of August.His FINAL payment of $arrived on DECEMBER 1st, 2013.His order went into our production schedule January of and his invoicemarked PAID IN FULL is dated, January 7th, In [redacted] filed a dispute with PAYPAL to attempt to have his fundsreversed PAYPAL explained to him that he had ordered a CUSTOM BESPOKEitem from our company and it is their policy ALSO of no REFUNDS Since then [redacted] has been affiliated with several online individualsthat are under investigation for attempt to deter business by making publicdefamatory and libel statements about our company[redacted] has also filed a complaint with the Washington State AttorneyGeneral which is also just as misleading as this complaint.When his amp unit is completed, it will be sold and his funds will be returnedminus the PAYPAL fees that were deducted from his payments

We have had a lot of correspondence with *** ***.As stated in our initial response this JANUARY 2016,Mr***'s complaint was not true with his statementthat he paid in full on July of 2012.Our detailed records illustrate he made a payment on JULY 21, for $1000, then another on AUGUST7th, 2013, then the final on DECEMBER 1st, 2013.His order date is from DECEMBER which it wasthen entered into our production schedule.Last week we offered to settle his complaint in the manner that he paid us. In three payments, howeverhe demanded payment in full. Also, Mr***'s involvement with *** ** ***who was shut down last year for INFRINGEMENT onour Intellectual Property, Copyright and Tradename[s]is also taken very serious.View the image that he provided in his complaintthat we have attached to this response, you will see that the headerillustrates where he posts and perpetuates his correspondence,which is altered and false. VIEW THE HEADER OF THE ATTACHMENT.Mr*** is involved with a group of "Cyber Bullies"and is affiliated with the derogatory FB page *** MAILwhich hosts the crimes that infringe on ELECTRIC AMP INNOVATIONS USA LLC.Currently we have successfully had three IMPOSTER FB pages shut down,INFRINGING AUCTIONS and EBAY STORE SHUT DOWN and various other illegal online activities eliminated.His involvement with these communities and specific individuals is why we baseour decision to REFUSE SERVICE and pursue legal action.This very response will more than likely be distributed to his affiliatesand posted on his Community Facebook page that he is involved with

*** ordered his 4xspeaker cabinet on April 30th, and it was shipped out tohim March 31st, His order for a Electric Amp 4xin the color green with our copyright trademark GREEN logo was changed to an ELECTRIC logo in the color greenbecause we were out of the GREEN badge logos
at the time his amp was built. I contacted *** to verify if he wanted to wait another month for our engraved logoson order from our supplier, or if he wanted the cabinet shipped with the ELECTRIC logoin the color greenWe agreed to send out his cabinet built per spec, with exception of the logo GREEN being substituted for the ELECTRIC logo in green.Once these badges are installed, it would damage the grill cloth to remove so they arepermanent, unless the entire baffle was replacedFour months later we received a copyof his complaintWhen we contacted him he was rude and unpleasant I have no furtherdealings with this individual and he also has been banned from ordering in the future. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I respectfully disagree with Mr*** respose.First, I have informed Revdex.com as well as the Spokane County District Court that I have recieved my $2,back I never tried to deny that However it was not simply offered back to me I had to wait almost years, in which he repeatedly claimed doesn't do refunds I would not call this a refund when product could not even be provided All I got were lies I also spent a large amount of personal time related to this matter, including but not limited to my lawsuit During this period of years I repeatedly was promised proof / photo of my amplifier Even when faced with court this could not be provided I challenge this amp never existed, or in the least was ever complete I challenge Mr*** to tell myself, the court or Revdex.com to show proof of said amp, who it was sold to, receipt and confirmation of shipping (I do not need to know this info, let Revdex.com or court have it) I was called on Nov 26th Thanksgiving at close to midnight, (I have the call documented on phone records), and harassed by Mr*** He insists i'm behind this campaign against him, yet of all the Revdex.com complaints only person do I know Not only that ! other customer I know and speak to has never filed, doesn't quite fit the accusations does it?? I told him I did not believe the amp existed and would see him in court, then hung up the phone It was only after this he sent the check After all his "i don't do refunds", I do not believe for one second that without my filing with court that any money would have been sent It took me a lot of time and work to do this You can see the level of ego Mr*** has in his last response saying "i have been banned from ever orderng", Are you kidding me?? Why would anyone who was put through this ever order form same person again? sorry never going to happen There is also his latest "reserve the right to refuse service" yes you do, however that is when you don't take a customers money You cannot hold money for years then say, sorry right to refuse service. I still have court in a week, i'm seeking the court costs which are gauranteed, process server fees, ectas well as additional since having my money held for years then given back, only after the actions I took is not justice and left to the judges discretion I certainly want this finished and this person out of my life for good No more lies, harassment, or threatening customers into not defending their rights(he has mentioned FBI and Homeland securtity in one email to people) it needs to stop I just hope someone looks into this matter so others don't end up in similar situation I have also informed *** I will provide my evidence that I compiiled for small claims as well I will gladly backup everything in my response

Mr***'s amplifier was completed and since he wanted his funds back, it was sold and his funds were provided in full with a cashiers check in the amount of $2,550The funds were delivered to his address via FEDEX on December 7th, and he signed and deposited the funds on December 8th, 2015.Due to this customers erroneous complaints and harassment ELECTRIC AMP INNOVATIONS USA LLChas permanently banned him from ordering our productsThis individual is currently under investigation for his libel and defamatory statements to attempt to deter business.This individual has been the ring leader encouraging complaints with the Revdex.com and hascontinued to date January 19th, to harass our companyHe has been providedall of his funds, however continues his erroneous behavior

First off, his complaint in October of to the Washington State Attorney Generalwas dismissed and closed. According to Washington State which is a NO REFUND POLICY LAW STATElike most states in the USA, our company has not violated
any laws in regards toElectric Amp Innovations USA's practice on taking orders that are ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDSand are CUSTOM BUILT ORDERS
Mr*** comment: "We HAVE had to REFUND CUSTOMERS for FAILURE TO DELIVER."This is completely and erroneous. We have informed *** *** several times of the delay time with production.His continued harassment online, with formal complaints have only delayed hisspecific order.*** *** has responded with FOWL language and threats. Furthermore, our company does not MEDIATE through PRIVATE COMPANIES such asthe Revdex.com that provides paid for rating grades to the public and supports HATE GROUPSwith A+ ratings provided by the Revdex.com in several states such as Michigan.ELECTRIC AMP Innovations USA has filed formal complaints with the Revdex.com Council in Virginiaand with the Washington State Attorney General for such bias and discrimination conductedthrough and by *** *** of the Revdex.com that to date FAILS TO RESPOND TO OUR ATTORNEY

[redacted] This does not resolve the issue.  There has to be a legally determined "reasonable time frame" to provide the goods or services.  In this case the matter has been going on for close to 3 & 1/2 years.  The quote at the time ordered was 6 months.  Allowing for delays, this is way beyond the specified time frame.   It is not a refund when shown that the product has not been and cannot be delivered.  I have documented all emails ever received from [redacted], showing multiple months being told the amp is completed and will be shipping but never does.  What is being indicated is that it is acceptable for the wait time to go on indefinitely, that simply is not so.   Dates have been given as mentioned and that deadline comes and goes with no resolution.
