Order hoverboard from this company on November 27th they have received my money and I have not receive a hoverboard yet I have been calling and no answer I only get voicemail I have not got a return call are email yet they said to business days have not receive a hoverboard yet I want my money back

I am disappointed with the customer serviceWe ordered two hover boards for Christmas gifts on November 25thThe website stated these were in-stock and would be ready to ship within daysWe still have not received themWe have called and left messages, sent emails, and inquiries through our account page and we have not received any response from the companyOur order on our account page still says processingOur credit card was charged almost immediatelyWe would appreciate an updateWe begin to get suspicious as to whether or not this is a legit company to do business with, especially this time of year

I purchased two (2) hoverboards, one (1) for each of my grand daughters for Xmas on 11/27/Their website indicates a 3-business day delay in shipping due to high volume of ordersAfter trying to track my orders on their website, I got back ERROR in red which states I'm unable to get detailsAs of today, business days have passedI have not heard from them in any wayI left two (2) voicemail messages and one (1) text message for them to contact me for order tracking purposes 12/7/A very poor way of doing business

This business is an absolute HOAX! They guarantee same day shipping Two weeks after ordering my product and being charged for it, I repetitively called with no answer and sent emails with no response I finally received an email that my products shipped and they were guaranteed to arrive through FedEx on a particular date I stayed home ALL DAY waiting on FedExWhen I saw them pass by my house I called customer service over and over until I received a response The rep was RUDE and guaranteed me that I would receive my packages by end of day and they must be on a separate van They never showed I have attempted to reach out via phone and email since with no responseThe phone number provides an automated response explaining that everyone is busy at the moment When I track my package it only shows that a label was created and never shipped Here we are a few weeks away from Christmas and I have no product but these people have over $of my money!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a Hoverboard for my son's Christmas gift on 11-28-and to date (12-9-16), I still have not received it My money was paid before the shipment was sent out I received a notice on 12-2-that my order was complete and would be sent within 1-days via federal express Today is 12-9-and I still have not received a tracking number for my order This is not good business, especially knowing this is christmas season

I ordered a hover board from this company ,I Shuld have known when I placed the order the money was taken out of my account in seconds of my order ,I placed the order expecting an email confirmation ,I didn't get one I also never revived a tracking number ,I Shuld have read reviews prior to ordering ,my mistake ! So not only am I out 249$ and it's Dec now I've got to find another one and get it in time for my daughter to open it on the 25th ,this company is a mess ,untruthful and straight out deceptive , they took my money ,didn't send my product and days later out of business ,wont return my emails and wont answer the phone when I call thanks for [redacted] up a little girls Christmas you [redacted] ELETRIC EMPIRE USAHope you get what's coming to you a big fat law suit ! This company will take your money very fast but will not deliver They advertise delivery within to business days Never will happen Ordered mine in Novand it is now Dec They never answer the phone nor do they respond to requests for tracking numbers Terrible company It is a scam I am retired and home all day, everyday so don't tell me I wasn't home for delivery

My husband ordered boards form this company on 11/24/11:45am and we have only received one email that dayhave tried everyday to call and email them about are purchasethis company should be shut downnow my daughters will not be able to get a board for Christmaswe are highly upset

Out of business as of 12-15-I can't imagine seeing my money againAs for my son receiving a hover board...I will have a tough time locating and payingI hope there's a huge lawsuit to joinThe CEO made out with a ton of money preying on parents hoping to buy their children a hover board

I placed an order on 10/When the hoverboard still was not received a week later, I contacted this company, and they wrote back to say the item had shippedBut, when I tracked the order, FedEx said the label had been created, but there was no movement through their system
After NUMEROUS calls (there is NEVER an answer when you call their customer service phone number) and (unanswered) e-mails, the package FINALLY started moving, and was delivered on 11/8...the day AFTER I told them I needed it for a little girl's birthday gift (FedEx says it was actually shipped on 11/4, though I received an e-mail on 10/stating that it had shipped)

I ordered a hoverboard from this company on 11/29/with an expectation of receiving it by 12/6/When it didn't arrive, I found that they are unable to ship anymore stock, so if I wanted my money back, to contact my credit card company to file a disputeThe problem is that the dispute was denied to me and found in favor of the manufacturerThis seems like a complete scam and I will be out of $

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company! I ordered my grandson a hover board on 10/22/2016 and as of today 11/04/2016 I have yet to receive it. I have called every day and left several messages for them to return the call and yet not call. I have emailed them several times and have never received a email back. It says on their website that they have great customer service, not so much. it also states fast and free delivery well that is not true at all. I would not recommend this company!

I ordered a Hoverboard today from this website and it me didn't think to look at reviews on the actual website before ordering. My card was declined because I used the wrong zip code and three holds were placed on my account for 199. I have contacted my bank and will wait for the amount of 199 to come out of my account and the other two amounts of 199 to be placed back in my account. If I don't receive this order before Christmas, I will for sure be filing a claim against them and getting my money back. I have an invoice as proof so I better receive what I ordered and before Christmas like it said I would. My order number is 13991. I have tried calling and emailed them and will now wait for a response.

I've ordered my son a hoverboard and they tried to deliver it on a Friday when no one was home. FedEx left a slip of paper advising that a signature was required. I called FedEx to see if I could pick it up at the FedEx location but was told that the shipper (ElectricEmpire) specified that it had to be delivered and in order for that to change I would have to call them. They tried to deliver again today, but even with my kids all home, the oldest being 18, they still wouldn't leave it because the shipper (ElectricEmpire) specified that it be someone over 21. At no time did I ever specify that when I was ordering the item. I've tried to call but can't get through. At this point it looks like I'm going to have to take a day off in order to receive a package that I've already paid for weeks ago.

I purchased a hover board on 11/23/16, and as of 12/6/16 my order #12316 is still processing. I've sent emails and left voice messages, yet no response.
