I am disappointed with the customer service. We ordered two hover boards for Christmas gifts on November 25th. The website stated these were in-stock and would be ready to ship within 2 days. We still have not received them. We have called and left messages, sent emails, and inquiries through our account page and we have not received any response from the company. Our order on our account page still says processing. Our credit card was charged almost immediately. We would appreciate an update. We begin to get suspicious as to whether or not this is a legit company to do business with, especially this time of year.

I ordered a hover board from this company ,I Shuld have known when I placed the order the money was taken out of my account in seconds of my order ,I placed the order expecting an email confirmation ,I didn't get one I also never revived a tracking number ,I Shuld have read reviews prior to ordering ,my mistake ! So not only am I out 249$ and it's Dec 14 2016 now I've got to find another one and get it in time for my daughter to open it on the 25th ,this company is a mess ,untruthful and straight out deceptive , they took my money ,didn't send my product and 3 days later out of business ,wont return my emails and wont answer the phone when I call thanks for [redacted] up a little girls Christmas you [redacted] ELETRIC EMPIRE USA. Hope you get what's coming to you a big fat law suit ! Hopefully someone does in fact sue this place , And I hope and pray no-one who has revived their hover board get injured by this companies negelance !

On December 1st 2016 I ordered two hover boards and on the initial order instructions I asked for the shipping info asap I was given a bogus barcode with a shipping number on the bottom which I checked against all shipping companies in the us and it was a not valid I have called 72 times in 6 days within the business hours that this company states and I have sent 11 emails I need my shipping info and I have yet to get a response but you guys can respond to bad customer reviews on this site I just want my hover boards in the right color which was purple and my shipping info so that I can track my package I will not take this lying down I spent 400 dollars with you guys and I want my correct products in working order.

I ordered a hoverboard on 11/17/16 and paid extra for the 1-year warranty. My credit card was charged immediately, and the charge posted on 11/19/16. On 11/29/16, I called and emailed customer service to inquire about the status of my order. On 12/1/16, I received an email stating my order was canceled, which I immediately forwarded to customer service asking why. On 12/6/16 I emailed customer service again to find out whether my credit card would be credited the amount I paid. I have yet to hear back from customer service as to why my order was canceled or the status of my full refund. Phone calls go to a voicemail that encourages customers to email customer service; emails go unanswered. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I purchased two (2) hoverboards, one (1) for each of my grand daughters for Xmas on 11/27/2016. Their website indicates a 3-5 business day delay in shipping due to high volume of orders. After trying to track my orders on their website, I got back ERROR in red which states I'm unable to get details. As of today, 9 business days have passed. I have not heard from them in any way. I left two (2) voicemail messages and one (1) text message for them to contact me for order tracking purposes 12/7/2016. A very poor way of doing business.

Out of business as of 12-15-16. I can't imagine seeing my money again. As for my son receiving a hover board...I will have a tough time locating and paying. I hope there's a huge lawsuit to join. The CEO made out with a ton of money preying on parents hoping to buy their children a hover board.

I bought a hoverboard from this website 11/17. The site states the product will be sent out in 3-5 business days and they would be sending me an email when my product was being shipped. It is now 12/12/ and I still have not received the hoverboard. I've sent several emails in which the consumer has not responded to, and I've attempted several phone calls in which I had to leave messages due to not being able to reach anyone directly. My biggest issue with this is that the company removed the funds of $199.99 from my bank account the day after I ordered, now seems to have just disappeared without a trace or common courtesy of letting me know whats going on with my purchased product or money. I feel like I've been scammed!

I ordered a hoverboard from this company for my son for christmas. I did not recieve it nor did they respond to my many emails and phone calls. A week later I checked the website and saw this posted:
As requested by the Federal Government, ElectricEmpireUSA.com can no longer ship out the hoverboards we have in stock. Due to this sudden and unexpected request, ElectricEmpireUSA.com can not fulfill customers orders. At the time of the request we had already purchased all hoverboards needed to fulfill customer's orders, these hoverboards can no longer be used. Due to these circumstances we are forced to go out of business.
IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT RECEIVED YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REQUEST A REFUND.
Instructions To Obtain a Refund:
1) Contact your credit card provider by calling the phone number on the back of the card.
2) Inform them that you would like to dispute a charge from ElectricEmpireUSA.com
3) Provide them with any relevant information regarding the transaction.

NOTE: We are receiving a lot of requests for us to issue a refund. The reason we are unable to personally issue refunds is because all of our money was used to purchase inventory to fulfill our customers orders. After receiving notice from the CPSC that we cannot ship our boards, we are left without any capital to personally issue refunds. We are now out of business, the only way to get a refund is to contact your credit card company and request a chargeback.

I placed my order 11/28 I have called and left over 10 voice-mails and sent several emails to check the status of my order as they guarantee 24 hour shipping that is free I should have got my order. Not only do they not answer the phone line they do not call back with information. Terrible customer service. I'm worried the entire thing is a sham !

I was trying to buy a hover board for my daughter for Christmas and I started out on Amazon. I clicked on the advertised sale product and I was rerouted to Electric Empire USA and then I made my purchase. As I was checking out I did not feel comfortable putting my info because the only payment method is by credit card. I was under the assumption that this was an advertised site that was trusted by Amazon. I immediately started trying to call the company with the only number provided and I wanted my order canceled. I also wrote them an email before the order got processed and I couldn't get a response. The next morning I began to call again and still no answer for over an hour after they were open. I then contacted my bank (who advised me to close down my account and get a new card so I did for fraud purposes) however the payment was pending and they said it had to fully clear before they would open the case. It has since cleared for $199.99 and my order for the hoverboard is still processing according to their website information. I also wrote a follow up note on their contact board on the website stating that I still have not been contacted back more than 48 hours later. I continued to call still no answer. So now I have no response still and as far as I can tell stated by the site they have not held up to shipping the product within 24 hours and now my account is $200 less and I can not get a different one until it is put back. Electric Empire USA is horrible at customer service despite advertising stating they have excellent service. They just don't have any! I am very disappointed and if I do not receive the product with in 10 days I will contact my bank and file an official complaint on this website as well. This is very disheartening especially since it is so close to Christmas.

Order hoverboard from this company on November 27th 2016 they have received my money and I have not receive a hoverboard yet I have been calling and no answer I only get voicemail I have not got a return call are email yet they said 3 to 5 business days have not receive a hoverboard yet I want my money back

I ordered two hover boards, this company took the money out of my account ($399.00) and I haven't heard from them since. I cant get through to the customer service line and they have not returned any of my emails. Im guessing I got scammed and now I am out of the money and no hover boards for Christmas. Not sure what to do next?

My husband ordered 2 boards form this company on 11/24/16 11:45am and we have only received one email that day. have tried everyday to call and email them about are purchase. this company should be shut down. now my daughters will not be able to get a board for Christmas. we are highly upset.

This business is an absolute HOAX! They guarantee same day shipping. Two weeks after ordering my product and being charged for it, I repetitively called with no answer and sent emails with no response. I finally received an email that my products shipped and they were guaranteed to arrive through FedEx on a particular date. I stayed home ALL DAY waiting on FedEx. When I saw them pass by my house I called customer service over and over until I received a response. The rep was RUDE and guaranteed me that I would receive my packages by end of day and they must be on a separate van. They never showed. I have attempted to reach out via phone and email since with no response. The phone number provides an automated response explaining that everyone is busy at the moment. When I track my package it only shows that a label was created and never shipped. Here we are a few weeks away from Christmas and I have no product but these people have over $400 of my money!!!!!!!!!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ORDERED HOVERBOARD 10 DAYS AGO AND $200 DOLLAR CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT NO CORRESPONDENCE WHATSOEVER. THEY LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS A SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE, BUT NOTHING ELSE. I'VE LEFT 6 VM AND 8 EMAILS TO NO AVAIL. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY SON.I HOPE THEY GET CONVICTED IN THEIR HEARTS

This company will take your money very fast but will not deliver. They advertise delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Never will happen. Ordered mine in Nov. and it is now Dec. They never answer the phone nor do they respond to requests for tracking numbers. Terrible company. It is a scam. I am retired and home all day, everyday so don't tell me I wasn't home for delivery.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company! I ordered a hover board for my son for Christmas on 11/28 and as of today 12/07/2016 I have yet to receive it. I have called every day and left several messages for them to return the call and yet not call. I have emailed them several times and have never received a email back. It says on their website that they have great customer service, not so much. it also states fast and free delivery well that is not true at all. I would not recommend this company!

I placed an order for a Hoverboard for my son's Christmas gift on 11-28-16 and to date (12-9-16), I still have not received it. My money was paid before the shipment was sent out. I received a notice on 12-2-16 that my order was complete and would be sent within 1-4 days via federal express. Today is 12-9-16 and I still have not received a tracking number for my order. This is not good business, especially knowing this is christmas season.

My credit card was charged immediately for the hoverboard I ordered. The website stated it would ship in less than 3-5 days. I still haven't recieved the hoverboard. I left several voicemails but no one called me back and not one email has been answered. Do not order from this company, it is fraudulent.

I ordered a hoverboard for my granddaughter for Christmas on 11/20/16, they were paid that day, Hundred of attempts to call them to no avail, and emails. Finally the board arrived 12/10/16 damaged and the wrong color!!! It was left with my neighbor. More phone calls and then today I see that they have been ordered to stop business!!! I want my money back!!! Sad!!
