Review: I bought a projector tv bulb on [redacted] and Electrified Discounters Inc sent me a bulb, process date 4/27/2015. The lamp blew out within warranty period of 180 days. I sent it back and now they are telling me that the bulb I sent to them is not their bulb, that the housing the bulb is in is not the same housing as they sell. This is complete and totally not true. It is easy for them to say that because what proof do I have otherwise? I pulled out the old housing with bulb and plugged in the new housing they sent me and that is the honest truth. They are implying that I am trying to do something dishonest and will not honor the warranty. I even had to pay to get the old broken bulb assembly back after they rejected my claim. I am very upset because I know that I did nothing wrong, that I sent them the assembly that they sent me originally. Just not right.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement bulb assembly as their warranty states

Response:

I am sorry to have read the statement from the customer. We have been in business for over 32 years and pride ourselves on our follow through and customer service. In this particular case, the unit returned to us had none of the identifying marks or labels that we put on every item we selll. There are serial nuymebrs on the box, the unit and the bulb. Their is a warning label that states that all warranties will be void if it is removed for any reason.

Review: I have received 6 replacements from this company since March. Every time I get a replacement only 1 lamp is working and the other lamp goes out within 3 weeks. The product defective period. I do not want another replacement I just want my money. I have contacted a TV repair Tech who has advised it's not the problem with the TV, it's the product and with constant defective parts beings sent and used will cause an issue with my TV eventually to stop working. I am requesting a return authorization for these 2 defective lamps, and a prepaid box need to be sent by the company and refund of $75.32Desired Settlement: Prepaid shipping to send back defective parts and refund of $75.32

I am rejecting this response because:

I asked for a prepaid packaging and a RA number. I am not going to pay to return these defective items for a 4th time. Once I receive the prepaid packaging items will be returned.

Sincerely,

This company is a joke. I ordered a lamp for my television. It worked for 3 days & blew out. I returned the lamp & decided to give them another try. When I received the replacement bulb, I took it out of the box & the bulb was not attached the case that you insert into the tv. It was moving all around in the encasing. I have not been able to look at my tv for over a month. I see why they are so cheap because they are their lamps are garbage.

Review: I BOUGHT THIS LAMP FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MY TV. IT ONLY LASTED 90 DAYS. I SPENT OVER 20.00 TO RETURN IT TO THEM AND THEY SENT ME A BAD REPLACEMENT BULB. THEY HAVE OVER 250 COMPLAINTS ON [redacted] CONCERNING THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY HAVE DEFECTIVE BULBS AND SELL THEM TO MAKE MONEY.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE WITH THE AMOUNT OF RETURN SHIPMENT. $42.00 + $20.00 = $64.00

$64.00 IS WHAT THEY OWE ME.

After reviewing the custoemr complaint, I am afraid nothign was done improperly. We sent a secondary replacement after his warranty had expired which we were not required to do. often teh custoemrs tv or projector has an issue otehr than the lamp (for example the powere supplyu or the ballast) which causes the lamp to fail unexpectedly. While that may or may not be the issue here, we did in the name of customer service send him a replacement out of warranty in good faith which we told him at teh time was a "final replacement" which had no further obligatin or warranty to which he agreed.. He is not due any refund or replacement of any kind.

Response:

Once again I need to say that we have done nothing wrong. We honored the warranty even though it had expired which we didn't have to do and told him this would be his final replacement. He had the original lamp for over 5 months which is what the warranty is for. We can not be expected to honor warranty's that are way past the warranty period.

Review: I purchased a lamp for my [redacted] television from Electrified Discounters off of [redacted], and they provided a 6 month warranty on the lamp. The lamp actually stopped working a few days prior to the 6 month warranty, so Electrified Discounters actually agreed to send a replacement lamp to me. The problem is that the replacement lamp that they sent to me arrived in non-operating condition. I have a [redacted] TV, so I called [redacted] to troubleshoot the problem, and they confirmed that the replacement lamp had to be the issue per their diagnostics. I called Electrified Discounters and informed them of the issue, and they stated that they could only send out 1 replacement lamp per their distributor.Desired Settlement: I would just like a full refund of the original purchase price of $59.88 so I can put that towards purchasing a replacement lamp from [redacted] directly. If they would like me to mail back the defective lamp, I would like shipping cost of $8 added to the amount, as that is what it cost me last time to ship the defective item back.

Business

Response:

The statements of the customer are quite close to what the sitaution was however one major point of issue is that when the first call was made to us regarding the unit it was already out of warranty. My customer service people always go the extra mile and since it was not long out of the time period they granted a "one time" final replacement for the defective at no charge. According to the customer this lamp was defective when received and perhaps it was or perhaps the television had other issues that we are not a[redacted] of like a bad ballast or power supply. However they were told at the time of our release of the replacement that we were doing it as a courtesy strictly in the name of customer service and would not able to offer any further service or replacement on this particular purchase. A request at this time for a refund is totally unreasonable as we only have a thirty day money back guarantee and the customer had used the item beyond the original warranty period before they even had an issue. We regret that we can offer no further assistance on this order.

Response:

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: sending a bad replacement lamp and labeling it "final replacement" is not satisfactory. I was informed by [redacted] that the lamp was the issue, not a power supply or ballast. I would be willing to ship the defective lamp back again for them to diagnose and then send another lamp.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

Again,The customer contacted us already outside of his original warranty. We replaced his lamp at no charge which we were not required to do. This was done because we have been in business for 32 years and we alwasy try to go the extra mile for a customer.

Review: I am writing about a purchased made through [redacted]. Original invoice number is [redacted]-pl. I am requesting a full refund on this part that I originally purchased on 2/26/2015. We go the part in on 3/06/2015. I t lasted two days. I had to send back for a replacement and got a replacement (inv: [redacted]-pl) on 3/19/2015 in which it lasted till 4/03/2015. I asked for either a refund or step up to a better quality lamp. They refused and said they would have to charge a restock fee since the original purchase was over 30 days or send another bulb. I contend that I have not had 30 days of use. In total I have had approx 14 to 19 days of use. Most of the time has been absorbed in transit time to ship back and forth. These are apparently junk bulbs and I do not want a replacement.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

Business

Response:

I have no issue with the customer's complaint and will issue a full refund today. 04/22/2015 [redacted]

Review: On May 23, 2014 I purchased a [redacted]. The total cost with tax and shipping was $91.62. I noticed my TV picture getting darker and darker. I checked the lamp and found that the reflective coating was peeling off. I called for a replacement and received one. That one went bad for the same reason: The reflective coating was peeling off. Again they sent me a replacement. I now have a third lamp and again the reflective coating is peeling off. I have a projection TV and this reflection is necessary to the picture. I called and asked for a refund because I was tired of the problem and the cost to me to ship them back each time. The customer service person stated that the replacement warranty ran out at the end of October. I stated that I recieved the lamp in October and didn't understand why the warranty ran out. She stated that the time of the warranty is from the original purchase and does not roll over to replacement items. The terms and conditions on their paperwork states "All [redacted] items come with a 30 day refund period and a 150 day replacement warranty from the original date of purchase." No where does it state that that date did not roll over towards the replacements. I said to them, does that mean I'm out my money and I have nothing to show for it? They said yes, that is exactly what that means.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay for their defective merchandise. I only work part-time due to a disibility and it will be difficult to come up with more money to buy a lamp from someone else.

Not only am I going to be out the $91.62, but also the cost of shipping these defective lamps back at $10.00 each time. All I want is my original cost of $91.62.

Response:

We are truly sorry for the confusion that Ms [redacted] has experienced. I believe it stems from her misreading our policy. The situation is exactly as she stated it. We did replace the bulbs to her when they were defecive for the period of the warranty. As she states, and quite correctly, our warranty is "All [redacted] items come with a 30 day refund guarantee and a 150 day replacement warranty from the original date of purchase. " She then goes on to say that nowhere does it state that it does not, in her terms, "roll over". However she is not reading the last six words of the statement she quotes. "from the original date of purchase." this clearly states that the warranty starts from day one and does not go beyond the period stated. Had she requested a refund during the first thirty days we would have complied with no questions asked. We did as she requested and replaced defective lamps undet the warranty. I am willing to refund her the addititonal shipping charges she encountered as a gesture of good will. She need only forward me a receipt for the shipping charge and we will refund that amount. Freight costs to return the replacements to her were already paid by us. We are sorry for her issue but take great pride in our 31 years in business and always trying to resolve issues fairly. In this case I recognize she is not happy and am willing to ease some of that cost by refunding her freight.J[redacted]

Review: I purchased a lamp for my tv before the one in my tv went out. We only have 1 tv in our home so I wanted to have a replacement so that we didnt have to go without our tv while waiting for the lamp to arrive. I ordered it on Dec 24, 2013. We did not use it until May 2014. Unfortunately after installing the lamp we purchased from this Company we discovered it was a defective part. I called and was told my warranty was up on May 24, 2014 but they were going to make an exception and upon receiving the defective lamp they would send us a replacement. This took 2 weeks and when we installed the replacement lamp it also was a defective part. I called customer service and was told that due to my original order date being more than 5 months ago they would not be sending us any replacement nor were they going to refund our money. I asked to speak to a Manager but was told that the Manager was out of the office until the 16th. I did call back a few days later to speak with someone else because I thought maybe I didnt explain the situation correctly. How could they tell me that my original order date was also the start of the 5 month warranty on the replacement lamp also. I just received it days ago and it was a bad part to begin with. This is not acceptable to me. I feel that each lamp should have a 5 month warranty and by the amount of complaints made about this company for the same issue you would think that this company would change the policy to accomadate the consumer if the lamps are this faulty. Why should I be out money when I have absolutely nothing to show for it. I want my money back and the money I paid to send the 1st defective lamp back to them. I paid 33.99 for the lamp and 9.50 to send the lamp through usps. I do not want any products sold from Electrified Discounters because I feel they are selling products that are useless. I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: I want the 33.99 that I spent on the original lamp refunded along with the shipping fee it cost me to send the defective lamp back to them in order for them to send me another lamp that is useless. I paid 9.50 to send it back. I have receipts for everything stated above.

Review: On October 29th 2013 I bought for $209.93 a [redacted] projector bulb from them. Within 2 months the bulb didnt work so with a 150 day warranty I requested an RA and had to pay for shipping to get it back to them for a replacement. Meanwhile I bought another bulb from another company and waited just over 3 months to test the replacement bulb. Low and behold that didnt work either. Well I called because that bulb was less than 5 months old but they told me the warranty starts when you buy your first bulb. So I am out of luck. The transaction # from [redacted]. If nothing is done I need to publicize the inadequate warranty program and would like to tell everyone what a scam company they are. I am out $209.93 and with no bulb that works.Desired Settlement: Refund would be the best business practice.

Response:

The report from the custoemr does not wuite match the notes we have in his file. it show that his original purchase was on 10/29/2013. he called on 1/24/2104 and reported a "darker picture than the original" and requested a replacemetn. We replied and explained the replacement process. he then requested a refund and we explained that the unit was beyond our 30 day refund period but that a no charge exchage was fine. he accepted that and a new unit was sent on 1/29/2014 after receiving his defective unit back.

The custeomr in his complaint says that he never used it and waited three months to test it and that it did not work. however on 4/16/2014 he called us to say the replacement bulb we had sent did not work any longer and that he wanted a refund. we can cleatly infer from this that he was using it from January till April when he called to report it defective. Our warranty covers our products from the date of purchase and since that was long past his reported defective date on the second lamp he was not due a refud or another exchange. We are sorry he is disattisfied but feel that no fuirther action is warranted on Electrified's part.

Review: I purchased a lamp model number [redacted] on August 19, 2013 and the lamp destroyed my television on August 28, 2013. The terminal on the lamp that connects to the television burned electrically. The lamp terminal burned my television terminal as well and my television is permanently damaged. With the current damage the product caused to my television I am unable to install a new lamp. Here is the email I sent to electrified through [redacted].com: The replacement lamp I purchased from your company was defective. The terminal on the lamp that connects to the television burned electrically. The lamp terminal burned my television terminal as well and my television is permanently damaged. With the current damage your product caused to my television I am unable to install a new lamp. I would like to know the process of how I can retrieve my money back for the item; and most importantly how your company will pay for my television damages or a replacement television. I have purchased replacement lamps before and I have never had this problem. I will be attaching pictures of your lamp and the damage to my television as well. Here is Electrified response: Dear Mr. [redacted],Unfortunately it is impossible to know what caused the damage to TV. As these televisions age their other functional parts begin to stop working as well and this can cause over heating and shorting. If your connector is the point that failed it is possible that there was a power surge caused by a ballast issue or even weakened wires due to heat. I am sorry but we are not responsible for damages that may have occurred while you were using the TV. Next I explained to the company that I am an electrician and their response does not make any sense. I then posted a product review and Electrified responded: The customer is being contacted to resolve any issues. I have not been contacted to resolve any issues. Electrified keeps telling me they are not responsible for my damages their defective product caused.

Hello Ms. [redacted],

I am unable to login to the server

so I am writing you directly regarding this complaint.

I do not have it to read but I do

know of the customer as we have spoken to him on multiple

occasions.

We have offered him a refund. We

have explained to him that many circumstances can cause a set

to

fail in the manner that he has

reported. The ballast, the power supply and the light wheel can

all

effect the voltage in a set and can

often cause a heat spike read as voltage by the set. This heat can cause

the plastic insulation to melt. This

has been documented on line in hundreds if not thousands of cases of rear

projection television failure.

Indeed, it is one of the main

reasons that manufacturers no longer support or manufacture these types of

sets.

We stand behind our products and

would replace or refund him for the lamp even though it may have failed due to

another part of the set failing.

We do not accept his comments on our

service or lack thereof. We also have spoken to [redacted] and they are aware of our

decision and support it.

If there are any other questions or if there is any

other information you require to review this case, please let me

know.

Again I am aware of the computer

issues the Revdex.com is having right now and I hope this response and format are

acceptable to you.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased 2 [redacted] lamps with housing and both lamps went out. I contacted the company because of this and was advised of the warranty and replacements were sent. Again, these 2 replacements lamps also went out within days of each other and I did not even have these lamps for 2 months before they went out. I contacted a T.V. repair shop in my local area and was advised the lamps that were sent were defective. I contacted Electrified discounters and I was advised I have no warranty on these replacements. First, how can you send another 2 defective lamps, but then tell me there is no warranty?

Business

Response:

This issue is common until people stop and think about what a purchase warranty is and means. We warrant a product from date of purchase. this means that any failure of that product during the warranty period will be addressed at no charge to the consumer. The original warranty does not change, nor does it begin anew when a product is replaced. It is no different than purchasing a car. If something fails during the warranty period, the manufacturer replaces it at no charge, but they will not extend the warranty of the item. It is still covered under the original warranty period from the customers original date of purchase. The customers product worked from February until August and a replacement was sent which lasted another month. This happened to extend beyond the warranty period so no further coverage was allowed. (I should point out however that the second lamp failing so quickly may be a warning sign that something else in the set is failing or has failed which can cause the lamp to fail that soon.)

In any case the customer was no longer covered and if he would like purchase another unit, I would be happy to discount it for him and pay the freight to him as a sign of good faith.

The product they sent to us was not a good quality item. They have an [redacted] store and their whole item description page is dedicated to bragging about their merchandise and they go so far as to claim that the "E" rated replacement bulb for my [redacted] TV under goes stringent quality checks and I quote "Every E and O Series lamp or bulb undergoes stringent quality checks to guarantee the Highest Performance and Long Life expectancy." However, after purchasing a "new" bulb from them I received an item that was barely brighter than the one I had that was going bad. It was so dim I still had to have the lights off to see the screen clearly. This was my first and last experience with this company ever. They require me pay for return shipping on their faulty item that they guaranteed to meet oem specifications and quality. It was and is a complete rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they sell sub par quality items while claiming they are superior in quality, that is false advertisement!

Review: Unable to return defective product for a full refund, due to time required to find out that it was a bad product. Lamp was purchased and installed upon delivery, however projector failed to run. Found that projector needed to be serviced, so it was sent in to warranty repair with [redacted]. Service tehnicians from [redacted] found that the bulb was the problem that caused our projector to fail. They replaced the lamp with an OEM version. However this warranty repair service took over 30 days. Which is past the allowed refund period from Electrified.Desired Settlement: Full refund of lamp cost.

Response:

hello,

I have reviewed the situation and am having one of our customer service people contact the customer and offer him a refund. Due to the circumstances, the time limit on refunds is being waived. He is entitled to a full refund less the original shipping.

My recent experience with Electrified was horrible.First it took 4 days to ship out my replacement lamp for my projector. It probably would've took longer if I didn't check my tracking and had seen it hadn't been shipped yet in would still be sitting here .....but they had already charged me and that's when the warranty starts! The lamp came from a third party in Illinois I believe and when I opened the box ,the wire connecting the bulb to the housing wasn't even attached.I called electrified and they e-mailed me a return address label and they said they wouldn't charge me for return postage this time(How nice of them). I sent the bulb back the same day I got it.I checked the tracking and it got back to them on Mon.July 6th. I called on tues.July 7th to inquire about the refund and they said they would send it right out. I did not receive the money in my [redacted] account until Mon.July 13th.I will never do business there again! Beware of venders that get their merchandise from 3rd parties!

Review: after I purchased a oem compatible bulb for my projector they failed after the new bulbs came they failed right away after I was told they have a 5 month warranty or six I cant remeber but the bulbs are the issue poor quality then I was told the warranty only is good for the time I got the first bulbs so they never warranty the new bulbs I was never told this I was told on the phone the replacements hold the same warranty...after I contacted the guy said no the warranty for the replacements isnt started over they lied and I want my money backDesired Settlement: stop selling [redacted] crap and saying yu will warranty it

Business

Response:

All of our lamps come with warranties to the end user from date of purchase. This is clearl.y listed on our web site and is noted by our customer service people as well. When and if a bulb or lamp fails that was purchased from us, the unit is replaced under this waranty at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not begin again upon replacement any more than a warranty begins again if a part is replaced in an automobile under warranty. the warranty is from the origianl date of purchase or no product would ever be out of warranty if there was ever a failure. We try to be fair and reasonable with all of our customers and have an outstanding record of customer service with the vast majority of our customers over the past 32 years. We do expect customers to also show that they understand that they have a responsibility too in their purchase. The customer claims we lied regarding the warranty and we did no such thing. I do understand that he is dissatified, but instead of making threats and demands that are unfounded and also deriding our products, he might choose to call and discuss a further course of action which being a reasonable person I always will. We can not make a long term customer if they are dissatisified and that is something we are well aware of. However, if the customer is abusive and angry and unwilling to discuss options other than to have what they want, there is little we can do as a legitimate retailer than to say , sorry but we can not do that. We will not give him a refund. I am not unwilling to discuss a further warranty replacement if he wishes.

thank you,

Review: Around July 11, 2014, I received from Electrified Discounters a [redacted] that I had ordered. Invoice number [redacted]. Order number [redacted]. Upon installation, my TV repair men found out that the lamp was defective and recommended that I returned it for refund or exchange.I notified Electrified by phone. They provided me with a RA number [redacted], and they told me that I had to pay for the return postage if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I told them that this was not correct: how can they make me pay for the return of their defective merchandise? Their answer: this is our policy, take it or leave it. I had to pay $7.87 on July 18, 2014 for the return of the defective merchandise, and of course, I asked for the refund of the cost of the merchandise, and not for replacement, since I did not trust them or their products. They have acknowledged reception of the product and refunded its cost to my credit card.It is unacceptable, if not illegal, that a business asks a customer to pay for the return of their defective merchandise. This complaint is for the reimbursement by Electrified of the $7.87 I paid for postage, by check made to: [redacted]Desired Settlement: Send refund check for $7.87 to [redacted]

Business

Response:

Although we are sorry that the customer had a bad experience, we always offer an exchange or a refund for any product we sell. We state clearly in our comapny information that return freight is always the responsibility of the customer. We also state that we wil pay the return freight of any product exchanged defective or otherwise. We are a mail order company and product does need to be shipped which entails costs. While we recognize that the custoemr does not feel it is just for him to have to pay for return freight on a defective, he must realize that many products returned are often not defective, and indeed are often not ours but the original defective lamp the customer had that he replaced with our product! To offset this cost we split the difference with our custoemrs and they pay the return freight to us and we pay the freight back to him for the replacement. Since he is unhappy we would even offer free freight ot him on any purchase he might make as a way of offsetting his return cost, but a refund of freight is in our estimtion is neither fair nor reasonable in this case.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

The merchant is insisting that, somehow, the defective merchandise he sent to me must cost me money, I, the customer. This makes no sense and is plain dishonest. If it is not illegal, it should be. If the merchant does not recognize his wrong, and the Revdex.com cannot convince him to, I will, as a matter of principle albeit not of money, legally further pursue the matter legally with the State Customer protection services, as well as publicize it to the maximum of my ability.

Sincerely,

I ordered a [redacted] E-Series Replacement Lamp from Electrified.com. The lamp arrived in a timely fashion. I had the Media company that installed my media system install the lamp. The lamp is defective. I paid $69 + $13.54 shipping for the lamp. I called Electified.com to return the defective lamp and was told that I would not be reimbursed for any shipping charges. I was also told they would not pay for the now required 2nd service charge from my media company to install another lamp. So in total I am out $27.08 for shipping plus $135 for another service call. A total of $162.08 and I still do not have a working projector. I will not use this company again!!!

Review: I purchased an [redacted] from them on [redacted] on 7/12/14. [redacted] info:

[redacted] auction number: ( [redacted] )

I received the [redacted] in a timely manner. I had this [redacted] as a backup for my aging [redacted] in my projector. On 1/4/15 my projector [redacted] needed to be replaced and I installed the new [redacted]. The [redacted] would not operate. I contacted electrified through [redacted] and they responded to send the [redacted] back with appropriate paperwork since they offer a 150 day warranty. I received the new [redacted] on 1/16/15. I installed the new [redacted] in the projector and this [redacted] also failed to operate. With doubts of these [redacted]s being non oem I purchased another [redacted] from another vendor. This [redacted] worked fine. I contacted electrified about the [redacted] being bad again and they stated the warranty has expired and that they cannot offer a warranty claim. Being doubtful about the authenticity of the [redacted] being an [redacted] ( since I've never seen an [redacted] fail) and being an electrician working in the lighting industry I contacted [redacted] display lighting [redacted] And spoke to one of their representatives. They stated that the [redacted] in question is manufactured in Germany and not China. If any other country is stamped on the [redacted] it is counterfeit. Both [redacted]s that were sent to me were stamped with the country of origin as made in China. I also asked if electrified was an authorized dealer and they are Not. As per the auction they are selling me an OEM [redacted] from [redacted]. I don't believe this to be true. I believe they are selling counterfeit merchandise and should be reported to the attorney general unless they can prove that their [redacted]s are from [redacted].Desired Settlement: To return partial or full purchase price of [redacted]s. 109.00. Also shipping back "defective " [redacted].

OR

Replacement of defective [redacted] with an original [redacted].

Also they should have to prove that the goods they sell are original and not counterfeit as they are listed with the Revdex.com and stand for good business.

02/09/2015I spoke with [redacted] this morning and we came to a fair and amicable agrement. He acknowledges that his comments were made in anger and since we are taking care of him he is going to remove his complaint.

Review: I have a [redacted] TV that is approximately 8 years old. The bulb went out and I purchased a new bulb from Electrified Discounters, Inc. The part was installed and ended up being faulty. When I plugged it in, the bulb worked fine, but I smelled a burning smell, which I thought may be dust, so I ignored it. The smell didn't go away, so I removed the bulb last night and found that one of the two new bulb connectors had melted. This faulty part has damaged the female connection of the TV. I called Electrified and told them what had happened. They told me there was no way that I could prove the part was faulty. I told them the TV worked fine with the old bulb and when I replaced it with their part, it burnt through one of the connectors. They told me they could refund my money when I send back the faulty part, but that was all they could do. So now, I can get my money back and am still left with a TV that now needs to be fixed and still have to turn around and buy a new bulb. I feel the TV should be fixed by the company who sent me the part that damaged the TV. I'm requesting an amicable solution to this dilemma and simply being able to refund my money and walk away I don't feel is fair.Desired Settlement: I've requested they fix my TV, but at a minimum, they need to refund my money and send me a new bulb. I still need to get the TV fixed, but if they are not going to cover that, then the least they can do is make this right by giving me a refund and a new part.

Response:

We are happy to replace the part or to refund the customers money if he returns the defective part. We will certainly not refund his money and send him a replacement as well.

As has been posted on the internet for quite a few years now, the rear projections sets made by [redacted] and so many other companies have had significant problems and are no longer even being produced. many parts other than the lamp have been the cause of the issues that the customer writes of. A bas ballast, power supply, voltage surge, all of these things can contribute to overheating and lead to the issue they decrie. We are happy to stand behind the product sold by us and refund him if they return the defective or replace it at no charge if they prefer.
