Review: I bought 2 lamps from these crooks and one burned out in about a month. Try to contact them for a week about warranty and no response at all. I am sick of these is call themselves company and ripping people of left and right.If you thinking about buy from these crooks DON'T!!!! You will absolutely regret it. I am going to post nasty feedback on every forums and internet mediums I can find to put these is out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am somewhat baffled by the comments of this gentleman. if he had a defective lamp we would replace or refund it at not charge to him. We would still be happy to do so.

We have been in business for 30 years and have no issue honoring our warranty which is totally legitimate. he has 30 days to return anything for any reason for a refund. he has the length of his warranty (usually 150 day at a minimum) to get a free replacement of his item if it fails.

Review: I purchased a new Factory Original Bulb from this company. When I called the company and expressed that I did not want any China made products... if so I would go somewhere else. They reassured me that this was a manufacture [redacted] bulb. When I received the bulb it had a huge label on it made in China! So now I know why my bulb blew out in less than 2 weeks!

So, I called the company for replacement bulb to be sent to me. I explained to them what happened and that I had a 6 month warranty with them. The customer service rep told me that they would not send me out a replacement until they received the defective one. I asked for a shipping label and she explained to me that I would have to pay for the return S&H costs. I was so upset that I explained to her that I already paid $20 for S&H fees to receive their product, which is defective! She said that that there was nothing else they could do but to give me a refund or replacement but either way I was going to incur additional S&H costs again. I was so discouraged that I ended the call.

My husband called back and asked to speak to the Manager her name was [redacted]. She was no help either to resolve my issue with their company. When my husband asked why are they falsely claiming that their bulbs are original but the bulb is labelled made in China. [redacted] really didn't have much to say!! He asked to speak to the Owner of the company. [redacted] said, that he doesn't take calls!!! This is appalling service and speaks volumes about what type of business they are running. They are falsely selling junk made in China and claiming that the bulb from the factory. [redacted] was not concerned at all that I was very dissatisfied and didn't even bother to resolve my issue or that I was going to make a complaint to the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund including S&H costs. Plus a returned shipping label at their cost. I want them to honor and back up their products when they are defective. They need to be truthful and inform the consumer exactly what their product is. Stop saying that it is an [redacted] Original Manufacture Bulb....when clearly it is not! To me this is "False Advertisement"!

Although this customer used incredibly foul language to my employees, we are stil willing to send a call tag so that no additional charges are passed on to them in order for them to get their refund. [redacted] does indeed produce lamps in China and many other countries as well. None of the statements made in our advertising or as stated by [redacted] were false or misleading. We are sorry that this customer is so unhappy and if our paying the freight helps resolve their discomfort we are happy to do so. They should call [redacted] at ###-###-#### and we will arrange a return tag for them.[redacted]
