They provided a detailed estimate outlining all aspects of the project. During the roof replacement some of the siding on the house was destroyed. This was a result of previous repairs and not Element Pros. Nick was kind enough to find siding that matched and have his gutter team replace the siding at a nominal cost. On our Sun Room we had to go with a roll roof with a self-adhesive binding. A few sections did not adhere properly and Nick came out the next day and made the necessary repairs. In closing, Element Pros completed the job on an agreed upon schedule and everyone was very courteous and professional. They protected all areas around the home from falling debris and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend Element Pros to my friends and neighbors.
