We hired Element Pros Roofing and Renovations to replace roofing at our subdivision pool.
The bid was competitively priced and the workmanship was top quality. No question we made the right choice.

A little difficult to get a hold of originally, they seem to stay very busy. Once you get the ball rolling, everything is great from the quote thru completion. Everything was done quickly, professionally and at a very competitive price.

Element Pros Roofing was recommended to me by a co-worker. Her father (a contractor himsel) had used and recommended them so I knew it would be a good referral. Element Pros (Nick) was quick to respond to my request to meet me and inspect my roof and they were able to have my insurance cover the cost of the new roof (and accompanying damage to the garage ceiling) because of storm damage. The roofing crew was very fast and efficient and pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the accompanying warranties.

Element Pro subcontractors who handled the repairs and painting in the garage were very good and went above and beyond in helping to move items around so the work could be done. They also were very pleasant to deal with. All in, I would recommend Element Pros to my other co-workers, friends and neighbors.

Element Pros Roofing and Renovations did a great job and it was so easy. We just called them and they came out inspected our roof and dealt with the insurance company. What a relief. They got the roof done on time and without a big mess. The roof looks great and we have had no issues. I would certainly use their services again.

EP came out quickly and provided a detailed and understandable estimate. The work was performed as scheduled and the crew was skilled. Cleanup was complete and all trash was hauled off promptly. I would gladly recommend EP to others.

Element Pros replaced the 22-year-old roof on my home, installed a ridge vent and drip edge in August 2016. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of their work.
From the start, Element Pros impressed me. Unlike some others, they came out and "walked the roof." They identified and photographed damage.

Moreover, I was mightily impressed by how their crew of 7 roofers got the job done by working in sync from start to finish. The crew exhibited skill and experience far beyond what I saw in a previous re-roofing after I first moved into this home. Element Pros offered a 10-year Labor guarantee and its workers clearly have no desire to return because something wasn't done right the first time.

While I had 3 other bids, Element Pros did the job for the most reasonable price (not the lowest) offering exactly the same materials as the highest bidder. Even better, Element Pros used a reinforced Leak Barrier (GAF Storm Guard) throughout an attached porch roof with two skylights that had been a leak problem for years.

The last time I had my roof done, my wife and I had flat tires on our vehicles for 2 months because of stray roofing nails. Element Pros repeatedly swept my driveway with powerful magnets. Zero Problems! Cleanup was thorough all around the house.

I have already recommended Element Pros to a friend also in need of new roof. Get your estimates, watch what materials they are using and what guarantee they offer. Make sure Element Pros is one of the companies you ask for a bid.

We recently had the entire flat roof replaced on our office building. After several months of having numerous estimates from several local & nationwide companies - we went with Element Pros Roofing & Renovations. They offered us the most competitive warranty and pricing. I cannot say enough about how professional this company was. We recently had our roof replaced by Element Pros and were very pleased with their work. From the beginning Nick, owner, and Elvis, the insurance owner's representiative, were very professional.

They assessed our situation and told us that we had a good chance of getting the roof replaced through our insurance. Elvis handled all the conversations with our insurance company. Within a very short time, we were approved by our insurance company for the replacement, Not only did we get a new roof, we got new gutters, new copper over our dormers and new chimney caps.

The work was done in three days. The work crew were in uniforms and very neat thr oughout the process. Proir to starting, Nick sent us a check sheet to prepare usfor the work and let us know what we need to do before they arrived and what to expect during their working, They meet all their time commitments and quality standards.

I would highly recommend them... in fact I have introduced them to a few on our friends.

We used Element Pros at the end of 2014, and I can't say more positive things about them and my families experience. The project manager that came out made an excellent and professional presentation and took the time to answer all questions concerning insurance and the process. Very impressed. The roof got delayed a few days due to weather, and Element Pros took the time keep us up to date with when they would be available and what would work best for us. When the day came for them to start the work, they were very courteous and respectful with our house, landscape, and all of our animals. They completed the work in an extremely timely manner and the owner even came out and put on extra boot covers on pipes on the roof (from what I have heard, not many companies take the time doing this and it is an extra expense that didn’t get passed to us). The roof looks amazing and I would have to say it the best in the neighborhood. I am pleased to leave a great recommendation here and too whomever asks about roofers/renovators in my area.
