I ordered a carport online, paid the down payment and received confirmation email. Then nothing until I called to find out they has an error with the price (to my favor) and asked if I wanted to cancel. When I said no, the manager said okay. Then I called to order another carport and found out the previous order was still pending. I spoke to a rude sales rep who would not give me his last name and claimed the manager did not tell me what she told me. I asked to speak to the owner, left message, no return call. Left message for the manager with no return call. These people are dishonest and incredible. STAY AWAY!

Tried very hard to be patient with this company but they are very unorganizedI Ordered a carport months ago, when I would call to be notified a shipping date, they could never give me a dateThey would transfer me to scheduling but when I would leave a voicemail they would not call backI would constantly have to contact them because they would never give me a straight answerFinally I was told the date but not the time, when the date came around they did not showI called back and was given a different date and timeAgain they did not showI'm still waiting and am going to give them one more chance if not I will request a refundAgain I tried to be patient and friendlyI never gave them any trouble all I wanted to know was when they would deliver, but they simply are not organizedNone of the people I spoke with were rude or unfriendly, they just need to find a way to better help and serve their customers

In looking for someone to replace a damaged carport, I googled for companies available, then looked them up on the Revdex.com website I specifically did not call ‘Company A’ because they had an “F” rating with multiple negative reviews Elephant Structures did not have any negative reviews I called Elephant Structures for a quote My sales person was Andy RobbinsI was quoted $for the carport and $for taking down and hauling off the old carport, plus tax The total was $ A down payment of $was paid that day I received a message the next day that the job would be subbed out to ‘Company A’ I called Andy back and was put through to his voice mail I told him I was greatly concerned with ‘Company A’ doing the work and why-because of the “F” rating with Revdex.com I never received a response After the carport was installed, I went out to inspect and noted that the old carport was still stacked in the back yard I called Elephant Structures and talked to Sam in Customer Service to let her know that the old structure was still in the yard She informed me that they do not remove the old structure I relayed that Andy told me it would be removed for the price I was quoted She talked to Andy and then apologized that I was given incorrect information, but they would not remove it We went back and forth quite a few times – me saying my quote included the removal and she apologizing that I was given incorrect information I then asked to speak to her supervisor, Heather, and was put through to her voice mail I have since left more voice mails for Heather with no return call I called to speak to Heather’s supervisor and was informed no one was over her Someone should be Then Josh from ‘Company A’ called He does not care what Elephant Structures quoted me, they were wrongThe balance due of $is for taking down the old structure, and putting up the new one He said the balance is due to ‘Company A’ and will be paid in full The balance is to be paid immediately or it will be turned over to a collection agency and he advises that we do not want to do that I did send a check for the full amount and then had to hire and pay someone else to remove the old carport I have multiple rental properties with these carports, but I will never use either of these companies again

Completely avoid this company I had four scheduled days when they were to come out and install a $carport, and all were canceled at the end of the day On the fifth appointment day, they arrived three hours late with the wrong materials and an insufficient amount They tried to insist I allow them to put up what they had and "we will come back and complete the job when we can" I refused and sent them on their way When I called their office, I was offered $if I would let them return and try to install the carport I declined and then they tried to keep my deposit Fortunately I used a credit card, and was able to Dispute the charge successfully They tried to fight the refund on my deposit

I have bought buildings from these people and after all is said and done, I could not tell people to buy from themI had problems with the first one and I should have known better It would take more space than we have here to go into all the problems I had with these people Do NOT buy from this company

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I wish I had read the reviews and ripoff report before I gave these con-artists my money

These people don't know their rearend from their elbow I ordered a structure from them and was told the structure would be delivered within - weeks This did not happen and communication was terrible Elephant Structures offered to do NOTHING to resolve the issue Pitiful customer service and communication

business did not comply with contract nor would it return my deposit after months

Elephant sales sells you the buildingRTS Construction is the installer and Manufacturing structures makes the buildingIf you here any of these names, they are owned by the same companyWould not recommend them to anyone!

I had a carport installed last fall and over the winter months the wind has broken the small screws that they use on these things! The corner brackets have broken screws allowing the whole structure to sway back and forth every time we get a slight windCalled customer service today to see if they would cover it under warranty and guess what? No, it is not covered under warranty and I was told they could send me a bag of screws for a nominal fee of just $are they crazy? ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE OF THESE CHEAP MADE CARPORTS! JUNK,JUNK AND DID I MENTION JUNK?

I ordered my carport 8-31-2017. They said could not install and wait until Spring 2018. It is Summer now ! NO one has contacted me for Installation. I have called them numerous times
without results. They say no refunds, even if they are at fault. I feel it is a big ripoff. How many thousands do they make that way ? -Russell May, New Leipzig North Dakota. If I do not get results soon I am going to our State Attorney General to see what I can do to halt sales in North Dakota seeing as they do not deliver what they contract to do.

RUN far away from this company. I had a scheduled day to deliver, no one ever showed up ( I even called the same day to make sure they were coming, was told yes) and I didn't receive a call until 7:00pm from the installer who I could barely understand. He informed me that it was too windy to install. He didn't know it was too windy before 7:00pm!!!. Then I called the office the next day to get some answers, they could of cared less that we waited ALL day with no phone call. I was told the installers don't usually carry phones on them while they are working, so they couldn't of called me, blah, blah blah...I just cancelled my order! Their customer service is horrible!!!

Fortunately I used a credit card, and was able to Dispute the charge successfully. They tried to fight the refund on my deposit.

My recommendation is to not pay anything to this company until the job is finished properly. The installation process is where my experience with them was very bad and having paid all cost but labor I had no leverage to get them to do the job correctly. All that I can say at this time is good luck if you purchase a building from them.

They sent out an excellent crew and just installed an Rv CANOPY cover 12 x11x25' long 8 15 16 in HUDDLESTON VA.
The subs were from Eagle Carports and the erectors were very professional and right on time and did a great job
We see no problem with the integrity of the structure for the price it was a good deal
We might add that they installed , at our request, with our 12" lag bolts into preset railroad ties which we supplied along with extra 14"x 3/8" drill bit on top of railroad ties.
