I have bought 3 buildings from these people and after all is said and done, I could not tell people to buy from them. I had problems with the first one and I should have known better....
It would take more space than we have here to go into all the problems I had with these people.
Do NOT buy from this company.

In looking for someone to replace a damaged carport, I googled for companies available, then looked them up on the Revdex.com website. I specifically did not call ‘Company A’ because they had an “F” rating with multiple negative reviews. Elephant Structures did not have any negative reviews.
I called Elephant Structures for a quote. My sales person was Andy Robbins. I was quoted $745 for the carport and $275 for taking down and hauling off the old carport, plus tax. The total was $1091.40. A down payment of $74.50 was paid that day.
I received a message the next day that the job would be subbed out to ‘Company A’. I called Andy back and was put through to his voice mail. I told him I was greatly concerned with ‘Company A’ doing the work and why-because of the “F” rating with Revdex.com. I never received a response.
After the carport was installed, I went out to inspect and noted that the old carport was still stacked in the back yard. I called Elephant Structures and talked to Sam in Customer Service to let her know that the old structure was still in the yard. She informed me that they do not remove the old structure. I relayed that Andy told me it would be removed for the price I was quoted. She talked to Andy and then apologized that I was given incorrect information, but they would not remove it. We went back and forth quite a few times – me saying my quote included the removal and she apologizing that I was given incorrect information. I then asked to speak to her supervisor, Heather, and was put through to her voice mail. I have since left 3 more voice mails for Heather with no return call. I called to speak to Heather’s supervisor and was informed no one was over her. Someone should be.
Then Josh from ‘Company A’ called. He does not care what Elephant Structures quoted me, they were wrong. The balance due of $1016.90 is for taking down the old structure, and putting up the new one. He said the balance is due to ‘Company A’ and will be paid in full. The balance is to be paid immediately or it will be turned over to a collection agency and he advises that we do not want to do that.
I did send a check for the full amount and then had to hire and pay someone else to remove the old carport.
I have multiple rental properties with these carports, but I will never use either of these companies again.

Review: this s a carport that was not del. on the correct date and was installed on broken cinder blocks and was 18 inches too short . I have tried to resolve this issue with them , but with no luck. it seems that Elephant Structures has alot of complaints against them.[[[ I just want to make it so other people know the issues with this co. before they deciede to buy from them . and this I hope is the correct way to handle this don't hesitate to call me for more infomation ###-###-#### thank you and GOD bless ! These people don't know their rearend from their elbow. I ordered a structure from them and was told the structure would be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks. This did not happen and communication was terrible. Elephant Structures offered to do NOTHING to resolve the issue. Pitiful customer service and communication.

Tried very hard to be patient with this company but they are very unorganized. I Ordered a carport months ago, when I would call to be notified a shipping date, they could never give me a date. They would transfer me to scheduling but when I would leave a voicemail they would not call back. I would constantly have to contact them because they would never give me a straight answer. Finally I was told the date but not the time, when the date came around they did not show. I called back and was given a different date and time. Again they did not show. I'm still waiting and am going to give them one more chance if not I will request a refund. Again I tried to be patient and friendly. I never gave them any trouble all I wanted to know was when they would deliver, but they simply are not organized. None of the people I spoke with were rude or unfriendly, they just need to find a way to better help and serve their customers.

Review: The product was ordered 02/21/13. We received confirmation of our order, but were never contacted about delivery and setup. We emailed the sales agent numerous times for over a month, and did not receive a response. When we contacted the business by phone, we were told that the sales agent no longer worked there and our product would be delivered within 2 weeks. It did not arrive, so we called to cancel the order and were told that our deposit would be at least partially refunded. After 10 days, we still had not received our deposit. We called again and were told that the order was never canceled and we are not receiving a refund of our deposit.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a full refund of our deposit.

My recommendation is to not pay anything to this company until the job is finished properly. The installation process is where my experience with them was very bad and having paid all cost but labor I had no leverage to get them to do the job correctly. All that I can say at this time is good luck if you purchase a building from them.

Not a good company to deal with locally. this forum doesn't provide enough space to deal with all the issues. From over promising on delivery, to quality but the worst is their "Customer Service" rep. Hope you don't have any issues if you do purchase because the verbal abuse that is bound to follow after you phone call a resolution isn't in anyway professional or helpful.

Very, very poorly run company. The entire operation is owned by a holding company. Do not walk away from these people, run like your butt is on fire.

Elephant sales sells you the building. RTS Construction is the installer and Manufacturing structures makes the building. If you here any of these names, they are owned by the same company. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Review: Received confirmation of my order on July 1, 2015. It is now Oct. 13,2015 (over 100 days later!)and they still cannot give me a scheduled date of installation !Desired Settlement: I would think notification within the next 21 days of a firm scheduled delivery within the next 45 days (Nov. 27) is more than reasonable on my part considering how long I have waited.
