I have been ordering with them for over 3 years and I have never had issue. I always get my order in 3 days. Great company

Review: I contacted the company via phone first to verify the product that I wanted was in stock however when the order was placed it was changed to something else. When I called to re-verify the product in stock now its no longer available. So once I request to have the product be returned I was accessed a restocking fee. I feel this is a scam on how they make money when they are aware they do not have the desired product.Desired Settlement: I was looking to get a full refund but was charged a restocking fee.

Order was placed on 6/20/13 for [redacted]Customer requested an exchange on June 26 indicating that the incorrect item had been ordered (Please see original invoice) and inquired on exchanging the item for a [redacted]Customer Indicated the following:7/2/13Customer explanation:Returning wrong color. Will reorder once you have received.When the item was returned it was explained to the customer that the [redacted] was not available and that the manufacturer would be contacted to check on this item.The customer refused this offer and requested a full refund. We promptly refunded the customer and applied a 20% restocking fee of $6.58.In light of this complaint, we would be willing to waive the restocking fee although this is not our normal protocol and make a special exception for Ms [redacted]Alternatively, we would like the opportunity to save this order and locate another[redacted] and fulfill this exchange with free shipping.Thank you for your time.
