Elevation Solar takes our customer service very seriously, and do all we can to resolve every issue or request. Our records show that a dozen LED light bulbs were sent and delivered per our agreement. In addition, our solar supplier contacted the customer directly, apologizing for
the delay, compensating her with more complimentary LED light bulbs - resulting in a total of delivered bulbs. We’ve reached out several times via email and phone to ensure this matter has been resolved. We appreciate your business. Please let us know if we can help more in any way

So far they have talked in generalities, nothing specific. I met with some of their representative and the NV Contractors Board yesterday. It seems I have choices: Sue them, tell them to remove the system, or let them correct all their mistakes again and pray. None of which are very satisfying to me. They aren't going to bring in a different electrical contractor, which what I have requested, so if I let them finish, I'm stuck with the contractor that has already cost be $out of pocket for repairs, months of continued electric bills from NV Energy, and more sleepless nights and stress that a man of my age should endure.They have given my wife and I no definite reason to continue on. *** ***

The good news is that your system was activated on 3/28/and is running great and producing what it was proposed to produceWe also apologize for any inconvenience we caused by asking you to turn on the solar breaker. It is common practice for the customer to turn the solar breaker on before PNM comes out to inspect the system. Because your system was not activated at this point, the breaker would not release a shock. No communications about site survey. Salesman has left the company. No one at customer service has any knowledge. I was told I could not use my electric company, but Yes I can. Installation was delayed because on the day of installation, installers told me I had hail damage, that was noted in site survey two months earlier, causing more delay. Installation has failed electrical and city inspections more than once on both, which inspectors told me that Elevation does not send proper paperwork. At 6:00 PM, one evening, Elevation called me while I was out of town, saying I needed to take a picture of external work to submit to energy company for my rebate or I would not get the rebate. When I asked why Elevation was making this My problem I was told Elevation has no presence in the area. Inspections have been passed. This is the kicker, Elevation has collected their money I have paid the first installment and I still have NO solar power.

customers, with these values in mind.  However, we clearly missed the [redacted] here and apologize for any lapses in communication you have experienced during your installation process.  We strive to connect with our customers on a frequent basis to keep them well-informed of the status of their project. Our team has reached out to you recently on multiple occasions via phone and email, but unfortunately were unable to get a response. We experienced a couple of unanticipated delays in your installation resulting from backed-up processes at both your city and utility company. Finally, just last week, your utility meter was set and our team is currently reaching out to you to activate the system.  We have attached all customer communication - in order to verify that our records are accurate and consistent with what you have experienced.  We want to hold ourselves and our employees accountable.  If we have faltered in any way, we want to improve our processes for our future customers.  Thank you for your time and attention in helping us become better.   If any of the communication is not consistent with what you experienced, please reach out to me personally to reconcile any differences. The "young professionals" working for Elevation Solar are just that, Professional. They're knowledgeable about their system and more than helpful in explaining the process of becoming a solar customer. They explained everything to me (more than once), until I understood exactly how things were going. They keep you updated on the progress of your system from start to finish either by email, text, or phone. It was a very refreshing experience working with such a nice group of men and women.

This company sends their "consultants" to your home with great promises of affordable solar. They are very deceiving. The reps PROMISE you that you will not pay the full system cost. You will receive a check back from IRS in the amount of your tax incentives they say you will receive. What they don't tell you is this is not a tax rebate, but a tax credit. You will not receive a check in that amount. In fact, you will be charged the full amount of the system.

You will be put on an interest only loan and expected to make a payment in the full amount of the 30% tax credit to be taken off interest only payments. They tell you there is no prepayment penalty.

AT NO POINT do the "consultants" tell you any of the above. And when you request paper copies of any documents signed, they assure you they will be received via email. Doesn't happen. When you express concerns they send a different consultant to blame the previous consultant and try to sweet talk you. He then tries once again to force this inaccurate information on you.

I am so happy I have a financial background and was able to spot this scam before it went too far. I also make sure to educate everyone I know about their deceptive sales practices.

Companies and Elevation Solar stood out OUTSTANDING that is! They are what they say. I was impressed with all aspects. Product, clean job, friendly professional installers, great warranty, cost, government rebate of 30%! Adds value to your home. You own it and produce your own electrity. Give them a call and let them explain. It's amazing! I am glad I finally did it. I will run my pool/spa and AC this summer at ease!

Elevation Solar came referred by a friend of mine that put solar on their home and they loved the $ they saved. I have seen a lot of companies out there so having someone refer this company to me made it very easy to want to do business with them. After meeting with Nick Gorden it took about 60 days to get our system put on my house and I love it. The only negative was how long it took SCE to approve the license, which I know isn't Elevation Solar's fault, but I wish CA would have better systems in place to deal with Solar companies trying to get things approved. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to go solar.

Two things that I think they need to work on are the familiarity with the local ordinances and permitting process and keeping a consistent local presence. They try their best to return your phone calls but they could not provide you with a clear answer to your questions. An example is when we got hit by hale here in San Antonio, my system is not yet online although it is already installed. I asked if they would be responsible for replacing the panels if it was damaged. Their response was to keep on referring to my home insurance. I understood from the document I signed that I will be responsible once the system is active. Since it is not active yet, I think it is fair that they are still responsible. They are not familiar with their contract documents. The reason I would only recommend them is because of their program in financing the solar installation.

Elevation Solar is a stellar company. From the first meeting with our Energy Consultant to the consistant converstions with the Customer Service Rep, we have had a wonderful experience. Every promise made by Elevation Solar was kept. We were told our installation process would take two days and it only took one. The installers were very professional and well groomed. I was amazed and thouroughly satisfied. The courteousness and professionalism of all representatives of Elevation Solar was and is outstanding. This is the only solar panel company I would recommend to any homeowner interested in solar energy for their home....and I have.

My Elevation solar system has been on my roof for a little over a year now and it has performed wonderfully. Better looking results than I expected and better performance than Elevation promised. They were great to deal with and worked hard to get the utility company process out of first gear. Applications, processing and drawings all fell into place and I had little to do but set back and watch them execute. Now that it is all said and done there is little left to say besides I am happy to have found the right solar company that was capable of over-delivering on service, expertise and satisfaction.

I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish. It is always a little scary saying yes when someone comes to your door to sell a service or product. But the thing with solar, you have plenty of time to mull it over. You get to sleep on it for weeks.... because it is a process. Elevation Solar was honest about that the whole way through. The way the system would work, the way it would be installed and the purchase details were all fully explained. We were given a good bit of info, then we asked for a few days to think about it. We set a time for the sales person to come back, and he came back on that day and we talked more. No high pressure, and he gave us plenty of time and was patient with a myriad of questions. So, we moved forward. Next was inspecting the house and coming up with a plan for the panels. We were given opportunity to say "no panels there" and "yes, that's ok" and so forth. Granted, our house is 2 stories which is nice, because you can not really see the panels, meaning when you look at the house, it doesn't scream SOLAR PANELS!!! (And we have 26). Point is, you have some say in where the panels go, with the caveat, that you do need to put them SOMEWHERE. So, next, the plan has to be approved with HOA, and whoever else. All easy, all handled by Elevation Solar. I occasionally needed to send a copy of one thing or another, such as an HOA approval letter. Then the parts were delivered. I was home when the parts were delivered. That was communicated ahead of time. If I was not to be home, other arrangements would have been made. It was about 2 or 3 weeks after, that the install team came out. They got it done in one full day. The guys were nice and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. All the things you want from a crew spending the day at your house. End of the day, they showed me what was what, and what the next steps were. They also warned me not to turn the system on, as it was not inspected or fully approved. Which is smart.... because I bet a lot of people would want to fire up the system. Next we waited. City inspection and power company. The City inspection was quick and easy. No issues. The power company took about 6 weeks or so. When they finally did their part, we were walked through the system turn on and shut down procedures. The system has produced consistently ever since. And FYI, it produced about 60% of a regular days production on the first cloudy day with light rain since system turn on. I found that to be pretty cool. Anyway... we are happy with it!

Great experience dealing with Elevation Solar from the sales reps to the customer support dept. All questions and concerns were handled in a very courteously,prompt and professional manner. Highly recommend taking a look at their product.
