I wanted to share my experience with Elevation Solar..... I had a guy (Scott) come by my house and talk to me about purchasing my system in stead of leasing it and I really liked what he had to say. The savings on power is why I wanted it but also that fact that I can own the system with no upfront...had me a little suspicious. It turned out to be true and they followed through with everything they said. I am happy with my system and the black panels are DEFINITELY the way to go. I would recommend Elevation Solar to my friends, which is why I am getting on here to begin with!

I always thought installing solar was expensive and I would receive no return by investing in it. I talked with Elevation Solar and took a look at what they had to offer. I was surprised when they showed me I would save money and no out of pocket. I went forward and have been happy with everything. The install was in a day and it looks good. I pretty much have eliminated my electric bill and my Elevation loan is less than what I was paying before I had solar. They finished in January and I have seen the savings for 3 months now. I’ve been going to the [redacted] website to monitor what the solar system is doing and I’m getting a ton of credits… Overall I’m very pleased.

Quite enjoyable to work with. Initial contact was not pushy or over zealous at all. Communication was good throughout the application and install and after as well.

I put off getting solar for years, glad I finally did it!!! And glad I did it with Elevation Solar!!! I must say I am not an easy customer in any way and get downright difficult when I embark on larger/ pricy projects. Elevation kept me happy through the whole process. They bent over backwards to meet all by needs and countless questions and Emails on an almost daily basis. Kudos to Abigail and Jocelyn for being able to put up with me!!! I was even impressed with the very prompt service I received when just months after installation, I lost my entire solar panel setup to the mother of all hail storms (baseball and larger) we got here in San Antonio!!!! They were out here the same day we called them to check the system and power it down untill the insurance company can do there thing. And now there going to get replaced by the same great crew that installed them in the first place. Thank you all!!!

We all learned from the recession that INTEREST ONLY are bad words. Elevation solar never described any payments as interest only. If I heard interest only at any time during the sales pitch, I would not have gone through with this.

My loan agreement included handing over my utility company rebate and tax rebate. Until my tax rebate hits in 2017, I will be paying an "incentive payment".

This incentive payment is an interest only payment and which means I'll be giving Dividend solar an additional $1200 on top of my loan amount. This term "incentive payment" is misleading and should be called a deterrent. The earlier in the year you finalize the installation, the more you will pay. If I weren't deceived by the wording I would have delayed the install till later in the year.

EXAMPLE, I had my solar panel installation finalized in March so I will be making interest only payment till I receive my solar tax rebate in March 2017 which could cost me up to $1200. If my neighbor has a system installed in November or December, they will only be making a couple months of "incentive payments.

After contacting Dividend loan and Elevation solar, they both point the finger at each other.

+1

We signed up for Solar Energy panels, for on our roof, back in August, 2015. We are new homeowner to Arizona and it sounded like a great opportunity. It is now mid April, 2016 and we are still waiting for them to be up and running. We were told by the original sales person that it would be 60-90 days for install. They were installed in January of 2016. They damaged many roof tiles during the install. The installation crew tried to cover up the damage by caulking the clay tiles with terra cotta caulk. Our roof looked a mess. We complained and some were fixed.....this past week (April, 2016) the manager from Elevation Solar still saw tiles damaged during his inspection. Since install, it has not passed inspection from the city twice, and we are still awaiting hookup of a meter from [redacted] (our electric company). Last week, [redacted] came to install the meter and said it was wired incorrectly and that he would not hook up the meter until Elevation Solar rewired it. When the Elevation Solar manager came out to inspect (after [redacted] would not hook up the meter) we were told that only half of the panels on the roof where working. He assured us that he would have a crew come out and fix the roof tiles and the panels that were not working. Today, (April 20, 2016) we followed up with Elevation Solar and they tried to tell us that the issue was fixed....but after further insistence by us (as we have been home and have not seen a crew here to work on the panels), she checked with the manager and said it was a communication error and that the panels would be fixed soon. So basically, we would have only had half of the panels working. Also today, she informed us that [redacted] would be here to hook up the meter on Thursday, April 22, 2016. I would not recommend this company to do business with. It has been headache after headache with them.

Our experience with Elevation Solar has been wonderful from day one! Grant really listened to our needs and concerns. Customer service is top notch and they have done everything that was assured us when we signed the contract. The initial panel swap went very well and the installation was great! Their employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Thanks for your service.

Excellent company to purchase your solar system fro, great customer service!
