Great experience and polite staff

My husband and I were recommended by a co worker to Elite Auto Credit inc.; I must say we were a bit skeptical at first, but when we met with Anna the manager we were very surprised by all the information given to us, and how it can help our family
My husband's credit is somewhat non existentBut, Anna in great details explained to us what we can do to greatly improve both our credit and our son's
We were able to walk out of Elite with a new car since our family car wasn't that dependableShe also assisted our son in getting a car of his own
We highly recommend Elite and Anna she is very knowledgeable and helpful

and we have a copy of this $agreement she paid to us.We are a Auto Broker - Not a dealerSuzie Lacombe is well aware we are an auto broker, she knew this from the start and agreed to pay this $fee we charge for our assistance in helping her make a purchase with her very challenged situation. she stated to us after the fact that she never heard of a auto broker and is referring to us as Cons, which is terrible but she is entitled to her own opinion.here is a New York State definition of an Auto Broker:Definition of an Automobile Broker Business: Any person who, for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration paid by a consumer offers to provide, provides, or represents that he will provide a service of purchasing, arranging, assisting or effecting the purchase of an automobile as agent, broker or intermediary for a consumer the $she paid to us has absolutely nothing to do with credit consulting because we offer that service free of chargeThe fee is for our assistance in making a vehicle purchase and negotiating on her behalf. Any time she had a issue with her vehicle we made sure we helped her in getting those issues rectified with the dealer she purchased it from. As for the reviewsWe ask all of our clients to rate us on their experience with us on various sites, we give all of our clients a gas card as a thank you when hiring us to assist them in making a vehicle lease or purchase. Even when no one wanted to cover an expense she paid out to rectify a issue she had with her vehicle we went ahead and paid out the cost to her even though we did not have to do that we still did because our company is designed to help clients.We did not give her the car we wanted to give her as she is stating, that is actually the only vehicle she was able to get approved for through the dealership because of her extremely challenged situationHer advocate (Anna Allicot) explained to her that the dealership was not able to get her approved for the vehicle she originally wanted and presented her the vehicle they did approve her for and she agreed to move forward with that vehicleSuzie Lacombe is an adult and made an adult decision in finalizing that purchase with the dealershipSuzie Lacombe agreed to take this vehicle sign her paperwork, set up insurance, make monthly payments and drive it for several months and she is now requesting a full refund of our fee which was already utilized and is claiming she didn't want the vehicle but yet she still took delivery of it.What she is doing is very unethical, but even with that being the case we informed her we will provide her with a full refundShe stated she is not driving to us she wants us to mail it or western union it which we cannot and will not do, so in return we offered her gas and toll expense along with a full refund as a courtesy since we cannot mail any funds and she agreed she will be at our office the following day at noon and she never arrived to collect the funds.We take pride in what we do and we have helped many people find something they agree upon just as what we did for Suzie LacombeShe feels otherwise and we respect every one of our clients opinion and has offered her a complete refund along with travel expense to pick the stated refund up at our locationShe is welcome to collect it at any time during business hours. Hi,First off I would like to apologize for any misrepresentation or errors that caused your experience with our place of business a bad one. We understand its frustrating when you have an issue with your vehicle, I'm sure we've all experienced some what of car troubles here and there and it's not...

fun to deal with especially with a bmw or a more expensive vehicle.. If you have a misaligned fog lamp please feel free to give us a call and we will do what we can to turn your experience around.. Technically this issues are not our responsibility since we are not a dealer and we did not sell you the car. As you know we are just a intermediate between you and the dealer. We strive to do our very best in assisting you with your purchase through a dealer and again we are very sorry about your experience with your fog lamp issue... We are actually under the impression this has been already taken care of but we will always go with you since we are on your side.. As for the warranty from the dealer, I don't know why it wasn't given to you because if you wanted a warranty the dealership actually makes money giving you one.. We will find out more about that for you, but keep in mind you should always ask these questions before taking delivery of your vehicle from the dealership. Normally when you have an extended warranty on a used car you'll receive a warranty contract in which you have to sign.. We can only direct you on what to do but whether you decided to take a warranty or not is out of our control.. When your buying a used vehicle 9 out of 10 times there's no warranty unless there's some remaining factory warranty, and that cannot be hidden from you or lied to you about since you can simply call the manufacturer or even google the term and miles on a factory warranty for any brand which is public record.. THIS CONSUMER CANNOT QUALIFY FOR ANYTHING, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO "RENT A CAR" WITHOUT GOING TO THE RENTAL LOCATION WITH AN ID AND CREDIT CARD TO PICK UP THE RENTAL CAR. WE HAVE NO BUSINESS AND NO INTEREST IN THIS CONSUMER AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. HE IS ACTUALLY BANNED FROM OUR OFFICE FOR HIS VIOLENT THREATS. Good afternoon [redacted], Per our conversation this morning, I am attaching several phone text messages between my wife, [redacted] (sales agent) and myself.  There are also texts between my wife and a car dealer name Simon (Unique Auto Sales) from New Jersey.  The 2008 BMW X5 was and still is located on his lot in New Jersey and listed for sale on [redacted]. I am also attaching the sales receipt showing that I gave [redacted] a down payment of $3000 in cash and check.  I would also like you to realize that I have tried reaching out to the office manager name Anna to try to get this resolved on several occasions but each time she is either with a client or gone for the day. I read Elite's response and if the are "only" a broker why are they advertising on [redacted] and their on website with their own inventory of vehicles.  I believe they have some sort of bait and switch scam going on because I have yet to physically see or drive any vehicle.  I originally contacted them about a 2010 BMW X5 for $18,999 that they had listed on Craigslist.  I made an appointment and drove 2 hours to their location because I was told that I would see the car and could be in it and driving in four hours.  Upon arriving at their location, I observed that it was just a store front and not a car lot.  I met with a salesman named [redacted] who informed me that before he could get started processing a loan for me he, I would have to pay a $399 process fee.I addressed my concerns about this because I had yet to see any vehicle.  [redacted] advised me he would return this money if I was not satisfied with the results.   After filing paperwork with [redacted], my wife and I waited for about an hour when he returned to his office and stated that I was approved for a loan.  He then stated that he didn't have the Vin of the car I was interested in and was putting in a similar car Vin so the bank could process it.  A while later he returned to his office and stated that the bank wouldn't approve the vehicle I was interested in and offered a newer 2011 BMW X5 that was priced at $27,999.  I asked him how would they approve me for a more expensive vehicle and he stated that the newer car had more equity in it.  I told him that I didn't want to pay that much and why can't I see the car I was interested in.  He then stated that that car was no longer available because they paid to much for it. After much debating between my wife and I agreed to purchase the 2011 BMW.  This was on Friday, 4/**/16.  I gave [redacted] the $3000 down payment which he said he needed to continue the process of purchasing the vehicle.  Again I voiced my concerns about handing money over without seeing what I was buying.  [redacted] assured me that if I wasn't happy my money would be refunded.  [redacted] advised that the car would be at their location by Wednesday and to contact him then.  On 4/**/16 we attempted to contact [redacted] and after several hours he returned our call and stated that the vehicle did not pass inspection and if I was interested in a Lexus SUV.  I advised him I wasn't.  I then told [redacted] that I was traveling out of state on 5/*/16 and I would like to have something by then.   On 05/**/16, [redacted] contacted me and stated that he found a 2008 BMW X5 for $22500.  I told him that the price was too much and that I was not paying that.  He then texted me a short time later and said the price was now $20,632 at which time I told him that it was still a lot of money for the year.  I also asked him to show me what kind of fees was associated with the purchase of the vehicle.  [redacted] was unable to provide me with any of these figures.   While searching online for other vehicles, I observed the same 2008 BMW that [redacted] was trying to sell me with the exact same Vin for $18,999.  I contacted the dealership who advised me that it was there car and I could come see it on 5/*/16.  Bear in mind that [redacted] told me to come see this vehicle on the same date at 12pm.  My wife and I took the trip down to Queens at which time [redacted] advised us that the vehicle was not delivered to their location.  I then requested a refund of my deposit because I believed that they were trying to scam me.  We got into a heated argument with the staff and 911 was called by my wife after they refused to give back my deposit.  I didn't have my payment receipt on me at the time and was told that I could not get my deposit until I produced it, eventhough they had several copies at their disposal.  I was also told that I would have to sign a release form and wait 7-14 days for a reply.  The police arrived on the scene and after cooler heads prevailed, I was told by Anna that if I come back with the receipt she would refund my money.  I then left the premises. To date, none of our calls are being returned.
