I've bought many cars in my lifetime and 9 times out of 10 it's a bad experience... HOWEVER, my salesman ali and general manager anna at elite auto credit were exceptional.
Lower numbers right out of the gate than other places I went to and respect before, during and after the sale. I received a real $5,000 discount! I drove out of the dealerships the SAME DAY with my new vehicle!
Ali went out of his way to show me everything about the car and during the final delivery in the lot he showed me ALL the details of the interior and dash computer... he even waiting patiently while I spoke to SiriusXM to transfer vehicles... (20 mins!!!)
Ali is a class act! Ask for Ali, and tell him [redacted] sent you...
I will be going back to Elite Auto Credit again!

The first time I dealt with elite auto credit it was back in May of 2016 there isn't enough words to describe how good of a customer service I was provided not only that they got me into a brand new car 2016 Kia Sorento with little money down recently I went back for a second car with elite these people are great walked out of there Owning a BMW 3 series, I honestly recommend them if your trying to purchase a car.

Came yesterday expecting a 2006 Audi A4 and left with a 2016 Kia Forte. I stepped foot into Ali's office and he told me to relax and told me straight up that I will be leaving with a car and that's what happened.

Per our conversation this morning, I am attaching several phone text messages between my wife, [redacted] (sales agent) and myself.  There are also texts between my wife and a car dealer name Simon (Unique Auto Sales) from New Jersey.  The 2008 BMW X5 was and still is located on his lot in New Jersey and listed for sale on [redacted]. I am also attaching the sales receipt showing that I gave [redacted] a down payment of $3000 in cash and check. 
 
I would also like you to realize that I have tried reaching out to the office manager name Anna to try to get this resolved on several occasions but each time she is either with a client or gone for the day.
 
I read Elite's response and if the are "only" a broker why are they advertising on [redacted] and their on website with their own inventory of vehicles.  I believe they have some sort of bait and switch scam going on because I have yet to physically see or drive any vehicle.  I originally contacted them about a 2010 BMW X5 for $18,999 that they had listed on Craigslist.  I made an appointment and drove 2 hours to their location because I was told that I would see the car and could be in it and driving in four hours. 
 
Upon arriving at their location, I observed that it was just a store front and not a car lot.  I met with a salesman named [redacted] who informed me that before he could get started processing a loan for me he, I would have to pay a $399 process fee.
I addressed my concerns about this because I had yet to see any vehicle.  [redacted] advised me he would return this money if I was not satisfied with the results.   After filing paperwork with [redacted], my wife and I waited for about an hour when he returned to his office and stated that I was approved for a loan.  He then stated that he didn't have the Vin of the car I was interested in and was putting in a similar car Vin so the bank could process it.  A while later he returned to his office and stated that the bank wouldn't approve the vehicle I was interested in and offered a newer 2011 BMW X5 that was priced at $27,999.  I asked him how would they approve me for a more expensive vehicle and he stated that the newer car had more equity in it.  I told him that I didn't want to pay that much and why can't I see the car I was interested in.  He then stated that that car was no longer available because they paid to much for it.
 
After much debating between my wife and I agreed to purchase the 2011 BMW.  This was on Friday, 4/**/16.  I gave [redacted] the $3000 down payment which he said he needed to continue the process of purchasing the vehicle.  Again I voiced my concerns about handing money over without seeing what I was buying.  [redacted] assured me that if I wasn't happy my money would be refunded.  [redacted] advised that the car would be at their location by Wednesday and to contact him then.  On 4/**/16 we attempted to contact [redacted] and after several hours he returned our call and stated that the vehicle did not pass inspection and if I was interested in a Lexus SUV.  I advised him I wasn't.  I then told [redacted] that I was traveling out of state on 5/*/16 and I would like to have something by then.  
 
On 05/**/16, [redacted] contacted me and stated that he found a 2008 BMW X5 for $22500.  I told him that the price was too much and that I was not paying that.  He then texted me a short time later and said the price was now $20,632 at which time I told him that it was still a lot of money for the year.  I also asked him to show me what kind of fees was associated with the purchase of the vehicle.  [redacted] was unable to provide me with any of these figures.   While searching online for other vehicles, I observed the same 2008 BMW that [redacted] was trying to sell me with the exact same Vin for $18,999.  I contacted the dealership who advised me that it was there car and I could come see it on 5/*/16.  Bear in mind that [redacted] told me to come see this vehicle on the same date at 12pm.  My wife and I took the trip down to Queens at which time [redacted] advised us that the vehicle was not delivered to their location.  I then requested a refund of my deposit because I believed that they were trying to scam me.  We got into a heated argument with the staff and 911 was called by my wife after they refused to give back my deposit.  I didn't have my payment receipt on me at the time and was told that I could not get my deposit until I produced it, eventhough they had several copies at their disposal.  I was also told that I would have to sign a release form and wait 7-14 days for a reply.  The police arrived on the scene and after cooler heads prevailed, I was told by Anna that if I come back with the receipt she would refund my money.  I then left the premises. To date, none of our calls are being returned.

They were upfront and honesty with me would recommend to anyone.

Just finished reciveing my new 2016 Nissan Altima staff and management was very welcoming and inviting.. They ensured every step was well prepared and well organized in part of getting me in this desired vechile.. I highly recommend anymore that's looking to purchase a vechile Elite Auto Credit is definitely the place to go....

I am a first time buyer and elite auto credit helped me drive home with a vehicle the same day! I hitched a ride from Nj to Astoria NY and left with a 2014 basically new truck. This experience was so good I will be bringing my brother in for a car soon. They worked it out even with getting me insurance the same day.

I have visited several dealers in the past month, and Anna was the only person that stayed true to her word. I walked into Elite with terrible credit and a low down payment, yet Anna was able to work with me and get me in a 2013 BMW. Not only that Elite also offers credit repair Free of Charge. I'm so happy with my decision to get my car from Elite Auto Credit, and would implore all readers to go see Anna, she's the BEST.

gentleman that we are personal shoppers and we will help him but we do charge a fee and once we keep our end of the agreement the fee is utilized. We got him and his co applicant a approval on the 2007 maxima he came in for and asked that he set up insurance so we can get him going in the car before he heads out to work.. He asked us to help him get a good quote for him and his co-applicant, he agreed to the quote and decided to set up the insurance. We did not force [redacted] to set up insurance, he is legally an adult and made the decision to set up the insurance on the vehicle he was approved for.. We then explained to him to go pick up his co-applicant so we can get him going in the 2007 maxima when he then explained his cousin will not come in to sign once he told us that we had the dealership take his co applicant off the loan [redacted] needed to come up with a higher down payment which he didn't want to do. Therefore he decided to take a different car with less money down. We worked out several different vehicles for him that he did not want to move forward with. He explained he only wanted the 2007 maxima so management explained to him that once he has the down payment he can come back and pick up the car but we cannot provide a refund for services he already utilized and it clearly states that on the receipt he signed and received a copy of. We offered to give him credit when he has the down payment for the vehicle he wants or to bring in his co applicant like we originally agreed upon. He did not keep his end of the agreement and is requesting a full refund that will not be issued for services he already used. We are not thieves he made a decision to move forward with us, he read his recei pt signed it and understood how we operate. He still has $300 in credit to use towards our services.

I went to elite auto credit looking for a car , but not expecting to come out the same day because of my credit which is next to none. I was stressed about getting a new car, I sat down with Ali the sales person and he managed to ease my worries with humor, politeness, and professionalism. He was very accommodating and worked with me around the flaws in my credit and got me approved.he and Chris went above and BEYOND to help me get into a car.. I left them feeling happy about the smooth transaction. Recommending them to all my family and friends!

I would like to start off with saying that Elite Auto Credit helped me and my family find a great affordable car. The car I picked was a 2012 Kia Optima Fully Loaded. I dealt with a person by the name of Anna and boy I can say that she went above and beyond for me on the expectations regarding the car that I really wanted. Not only did they explain every single thing to me regarding Financing and what my payments were gonna be but I just came back a couple of years later and me and my husband just traded that Kia Optima for a Brand New 2016 Kia Sorento. If you want a chance to drive something nice and afforadble this is definitely the place to come too. I can say only positive things about Elite Auto Credit and I want to give a big Thank you to Christopher for helping me out on Delivering that car to my Husband when I really needed it to be a surprise. Thank you guys with all my heart and will be telling all my family and friends on how great you guys really are on expertise.

They did what they said they were going to do. They Put me in a car, with me having bad credit, and all types of other problems. They worked with me and pretty much 100% gareenteed it. How could you complain about that type of service. I'd do business with them again.

Review: I went to elite auto in search of an nissan maxima 2007. the female representative claimed she had the car on the lot, showed me the pics and then proceeded to tell me that i'll be able to leave that same day with the car. I signed a contract stating that they'll be able to give me an auto loan no matter my credit or my money back which is "100% refundable" included with $300 towards the nissan maxima. they forced me to insure the car in their office in order to leave with it that day which cost me around $435 unfortunately I was unable to leave that day with the car, the following business day I called to get an update and another representative answered and told me that my "2008 hyundai elantra" is ready and that I need to insure it in order to get the car, after expelling to this man that i'm purchasing the maxima and i've put a downpayment on it he proceeded to tell me that I wasn't approved so against my better judgment I went ahead and insured the hyundai and after several more "bait and switch" I informed them that i'm done doing business with them and I wanted my money back and the woman told me that i'll receive a check, which then turned to "my boss refused but you may use the $300 as credit if you ever decide to purchase a car from them" and then "my boss will call you" to "you got approved for a loan but you just don't want what want to give you". I came in there to purchase a maxima and was told that I was approved and I put downpayment for it which ultimately led to me insuring almost 3 cars in which was not in my "credit range" this place is set up so that they can keep down payments they're a bunch of thieves.Desired Settlement: I just want my hard earned money returned to me so I may move on with my life.
