I have told the truth and I can help that this company it so not professional what I wrote is the truth and nothing but the truth and can prove it if I have to they did not do their best for me because they would tell UN truth things to me and to the customer to get the customers to say things they didn't want to say like OK set up an appointment the customer would tell me that they couldn't a word in to let the rep from let connect know if they wanted make an appointment or not than than would call an see do I want the leads or not which half the time they would be to at least hraway which was way out of my area which they promise not to do I just could go on and on about their UN reliable business they know they are not being truthful about any thing they so I am just tired of playing their game *** promise me if I took my complaint back that they was going to help me tell they get a listing but in a professional manner I have nothing else to said about this company but they are dishonest I not going to go back in forward rejecting their complaint every time they write something next time its going to be the same thing reject because they not professional people they know it and my god sees everything they just want to get away with ripen people off shame on them I do not speak foul or Untruths I am a person of the Church

We sent our more post cards than address were given by ***Most were returned because the name of the homeowner that were given to us no longer lived there or they sent them backWe called every possible number to cultivate and create listing appointments from list that were given from *** and
our own listWe did everything for *** that we told her we would do and then she filed a complaint with her credit card companyWe saw no reason for her complaint since we did do the job she paid us for

To address the first portion of this response I have added the contract that *** has with our companyI would like for her to point out where it is that we say anything at all about number of appointmentsWhen our agents ask us how many appointments they will receive from our service, they are told that our NATIONAL average is 1-listing appointments per week dependent on DATAThe comments e have made on *** will not go down because they were not defaming or disparaging, they were responses to her constant badgering on our page*** did not make one comment on ***, she bombarded the entire page with the exact same comment under every post and every review, that is harassment and we have every right to respond to every comment with the truthIf *** would like for those responses to go away then she is more than welcome to remove the initial comment that they were in response to, however we will not allow her statements to go unansweredWe do not have to "dig up" anything in regards to her track record as an agent because sales are a matter of public recordWe have not blocked her from ***, we blocked an unknown name from our page "*** ***" which is an alias name that she has a personal page and we do not have a "*** ***" as a clientWe do not need to block anyone as we did not erase any of the comments she made on our pageEverything that we have stated in any transmission has not been an act of malice, it was all fact in response to ***'s accusationsWe are sorry to hear that *** could not secure a listing for herself with our services since this meant a great financial loss to our company and reps that made the calls on her behalf, but we will not be berated and harassed as a resultOnce an agent signs a listing is when we make our commissions, months of calling has us at a loss, wasting our efforts and timeOur contract expressly states that leads will be based on agent consistency and no refunds will be made because we have a fiduciary responsibility to our employees

Since this complaint really started progressing I have indeed received three "leads" from Elite ConnectHowever, I don't consider any of them real leadsI believe they were sent specifically to derail my complaint and for them to have some evidence to point to specifically to write their response belowI believe this based on the following:
-"Lead 1" - sent Oct ***- *** was working with another agentI actually received a direct call from the agent shortly after Elite Connect called the *** asking me if my buyer wanted to see the propertyThis lead was neither vetted nor realHe was working with an agent and should never have been propositioned by the Elite ConnectI had to apologize to the agent for having Elite Connect call them "on my behalf" and trying to steal her clientNot only was this not a real lead, but it was against basic ethics of Realtors and hurt my reputation as an agent and the person they were trying to call was confused at my role, thinking I had a buyer to bring them.
- "Lead" 2- sent Oct ***bedroom unit in SFHe wants 1,500,which is about 2-3x the going price of a similar unitThat is why I rejected the leadCompletely unreal leadI rejected the lead because it was and would be a waste of my time.
-"Lead" 3- "Lead" wanted to sell her home for millionShe bought it last year for $928,and on their notes it said she wants to sell it for nothing less than 2.2millionI rejected the lead because it was and would have been a waste of my time. At this point every "lead" I receive from Elite Connect has been difficult, unvetted and not realisticThese "leads" are more work than benefitOne of these "leads" actually broke a Realtor's ethic's code in not trying to steal the client of another agent and my reputation was hurt because of it
As far as responding to the Elite Connect regarding not taking their "leads" I did respond each time in a timely mannerPer the time stamps on my email, I responded within hours on each of the three occasionsThat is much quicker than responses I receive from Elite Connect by farIf that is after the time they've requested to have me follow up with the buyers, that is because they select last minute timesI believe a hour response time is pretty good.
Once again, I know your contract mentions different results will be received from different areas of the countryBut zero results in a 3-month period is highly suspectEspecially when one of your workers verbally told me on the phone that the "ball was dropped" on my accountUnfortunately I don't have that in writing but there is absolutely no comparison between no leads for a quarter a year and 3-leads per week
If I take on new clients in my business, I make sure I can provide service to themIf I can't then I tell them so or refer them to someone else to work withIf after you started working for me, if you knew that there would be no results in this area, you should have told me so, so we could work out a way to settle our accountInstead you continued to not work or provide me any benefit for the large amount of money paid.
Once again, I'm not dropping this complaint as your company has not provided me with the services that were marketed.

I was told by one of head of the company that they would renew my contract till they get it right, I agree to it than I see that they was telling dishonest things that customers was saying which is not true, I did ask them why was they putting dishonest things about me in their response after they told me to take down the complaint and that they was going to do the right thing and work with me till they got it right which meant they was going to get me customers in a honest way so when I talk to the customers it would be in a professional matter that they present me to the customers which would lead to appointments that would help my business so if the company lead connect is willing to do what they agreed on doing I would agree to let them help me in a professional manner than I will reject the complaint but if they don't want to move forward to what they agree on before they wrote that dishonest reply than I what to go a head with my complaint

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Elite Connect, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am fairly asking for a full refund because I have not received any leads from this company that were in the areas that they were contracted to provide to me. Leads that they did provide were useless to my business because they were out of my service area every timeI gave them four months over the six month term of our contract in order to fix the issueIt was never corrected
Elite Connect Inc. contacted me in order to persuade me to drop the Revdex.com complaint telling me that in exchange they would not dispute my credit card complaintHowever, I found out in the meantime that my credit card was disputing an incorrect amount because they can only dispute fraud for up to daysTherefore, they were only asking for one quarter of the amount that is due ($399)I am rightfully owed the entire amount ($1599). Below are Elite Connect's statements to me on April [redacted]:
"Our service is a cold calling service with no guarantees or refunds based on our contractsWe will not contest your dispute under the following conditions: You must rescind your complaint to the Revdex.com and sign a non-slander agreementPlease let us know your decision so that we may tell our accounting department to halt actionResponse is required by 4/**/14."
I will not accept only $in return through a credit card disputeI want what is fairThat is notAlso, their contract mentions nothing about no-guarantees or refundsAnd I refuse to sign anything else with that company especially a non-slander agreement because all of the information I have provided is exactly what took place and absolutely true

The only portion of this complaint that is true, is the fact that our companies business relationship ended on August [redacted] 2014. We did not defame [redacted] as she claims in the [redacted] link she provided, that statement was a response to her defaming...

and untrue statements about our company on our [redacted] page, she conveniently did include that link. Her competence as an agent was not put into question by us, it was actually a statements made by a company that follows agent statistics, here is the link  [redacted]   . Our contracts are for cold calling and nothing more, we create listing appointments for our agents to make listing acquisitions, the conversion of lead to listing is based solely on the abilities of the agent. While it is true that [redacted] posted a complaint about us and was requested it be removed, the request was made because it was clearly unfounded, hence she removed it. She had posted the defaming comments about our company after we provided her with several appointments that she went on and as unable to, by her own admission, sign. One of these leads happen to be the lead she is referring to as "stolen"  was not a lead that she provided us with, but rather from [redacted] as a for sale by [redacted] or "FSBO" that we contacted link here [redacted] . We made an appointment for this lead and she went on it but was unable to get the listing, had she signed the 3 million dollar listing we provided I am sure she would be singing a different tune however we are not to blame here, we provided the Lead#[redacted],  this was her update via email : "So my meeting went well, [redacted] seemed very nice person, was in the business of building and selling properties from 30 yrs and is been interviewing all the agents and practically knows all the top agents in the city. He is not going to make a decision to list the property until labor day weekend. He did mention "he will call me and let me know". But its highly unlikely I will get the listing".  Another appointment she was sent on Lead#[redacted] her email response : "I got a listing appointment on Sunday and it went well, although client has not signed the listing agreement yet, but he kept the listing agreement and said he will go through the document and sign it and send it across" (never signed with her). Another appointment she was sent on Lead#[redacted] her email response "Not ready to sell yet" (she met with the [redacted] and could not list). We had no choice but to refer out our lead that she lost, firstly it as not from her list of leads sent and our own intellectual property and secondly our reps have a right to create listing commissions for themselves as they have families to feed and work hard to create these appointments. Our contractual obligations were met and superseded giving the agent several opportunities to make a large ROI. We would also like to point out that this is not the first time [redacted] has defamed or complained about a company in this manner link here [redacted]  .. When does the inability of an agent to list a property fall on the person who made the appointment??

[As per there agreement, I should have received 12-48 appointments which I did not and my complaint is that they under delivered on there promise of setting up appointments for me. They only setup 4 appointments. Neighborhood city data that they are referring too is invalid as I can provide copies of my transactions from MRED MLS which is more accurate data. My complaint is not that I was not able to convert on the 4 listing appointments - My complaint is if a company makes you sign a agreement and tells you that they will setup on a national average 1-4 listing appointments every week, so based on this I should have had 12-48 listing appointments in 3 months, which they fell short off. I demand that they remove any defaming comments on [redacted] - I did not conveninently include the link, I included the link because it is valid data..... and refund me the money!!!!]
The [redacted] called me and asked me to remove my review, which as a consumer I have the right to disclose my experiences. They have blocked me from there page to write reviews. I did also get email from two other agents who had similar treatments [redacted] and [redacted]. The only way they get 5 star reviews is by blocking people who would write anything other than a 5 star review. This is a foul business practice. When consumers like me, who want to invest money in such companies - if we go by these 5 star reviews its misleading - as they don't allow other users to share there experiences! These kind of practices in the industry should not be allowed.!
My ability to convert a lead or not to convert a lead is not in question here. What is in question here is there ability to setup 12-48 listing appointments in 3 months of my contract, which they did not deliver! They go to a greater extent of digging into my personal abilities, while they are not delivering there own services!

To Whom it may concern:It is our stance that we did in fact mail the flyers for the incorrect addresses she provided costing us a major loss in postage and business. A fact that her credit card company agreed with since they made their judgment in our favor after her dispute. Our subscription is for cold calling and marketing, a service we provided for [redacted] based on erroneous information that she provided us, nevertheless we continued to call for her until she disputed her charge and did not update on her leads. Recently she has filed civil action against us in the state of HI even though her signed contract clearly states that all litigation from the contract must be filed in the state of NY. We are currently perusing the matter in NY Civil court to retrieve both our legal/travel costs and costs that we lost during her subscription. Please find her contract attached. our customers in hopes that they can sign a listing from these services. Our contract (see attached) outlines all this and we are in no way in breech of contract. We made every effort to make the experience satisfactory and are not in control of the response we receive from homeowners we contact on the agents behalf. We are legitimate company with a successful turnover rate for many of our clients, some with better results than others like in any other situation. We also mention in our contract that different results are yielded from different areas, We have recently sent several different leads that [redacted] rejects without calling or following up on them. We grade agents based on accountability and he is not even following up with leads we send. Additionally he notified us of this after the date he was to call the home[redacted]. We can not leave home[redacted]s in the lurch that way. Our grading system is based on data received, responses, conversion rates of agent, and lead follow up. Furthermore, [redacted] has not been with our company for months so surely he has not been communicating with him.

color: #333333;">This is a formal contest to the complaint of [redacted]. On March [redacted] of 2013 [redacted] entered into a cold calling service agreement with The Elite Connect. The rules of said contract were that [redacted] provide us with data to make listing appointments for him. During the course of [redacted]’s 25 day contract he provided us with 9 viable phone numbers to call upon for his calling campaign. Of those 9 phone numbers we converted 4 leads for him making it a nearly 50% potential ROI which he dropped the ball on and through his own admission after threatening us with the attorney general, asked if we are still going to be calling for him, Which we at his request did, without any more data sent to us. As a courtesy we spent countless man hours filtering data on our own to call upon which we were not contractually obligated to do. He is in breach of contract by failing to uphold his end of the contract. A contract that has a no refunds clause a nd is for 1 years length. A dispute he put in with his credit card and lost because his complaints and accusations are unfounded. Please let us know if we can provide anything more. thank and best regards

contract which we have attached expressly outlines that different parts of the country vary in leads due to data available. The agent did go on appointments through our company, one in particular over 3 million that he did not secure, it was listed by a different agent. Our contract also outlines that our agents are graded on production, we received one update on that lead "5/**-Checking in on the lead at [redacted]. Met with sellers today. Went well, were received well. I'm following back in a week regarding listing. They have some items they need to work through at the moment"  We are sure that had that listing at a substantial price tag was acquired, we would not receive this complaint, however, conversion is not in our control. We will continue to call on [redacted] contract until the time of its expiry or if it becomes breach. Thank you

They sell you on a leads generating service.  They even tell you at the time of sale they have leads all ready for you.  Don't be fooled!  Why does a lead generation service need leads/data from the client?  If you give them the leads/data, then why do they charge so much?  I even paid more for a data service, that they recommended, to provide them with data.  The salesperson for Elite sold me on the fact that they are able to "do it all"-- NOT TRUE.  When Elite sold me on their services, they said they would provide 2-4 pre-screened leads each week -- NOT TRUE!  Elite sold me on a 30-day money back guarantee -- NOT TRUE (I have had to fight them for longer than they provided services).  The only reason I gave them a shot, was the 30-day money back guarantee.  Once we hit 30 days (I cancelled in 25 days or less), they did not even pretend to provide services.  Of the 4 'leads' they say they provided, 3 owed more than the house was worth and 1 was not even [redacted] -- that is NOT pre-screened in my opinion.  I did ask - SARCASTICALLY - if they were going to do ANY work after the 30 day period on this "1-year contract"; I got NO RESPONSE.  In my experience they are perpetrating FRAUD by selling you on services that they don't provide (or plan to provide) and then completely stopping after they get your money past the initial 30-day period.  BUYER BEWARE of Elite Connect !!  In addition, they have complaints filed with The State of New York, the Real Estate Commission and the NY State Attorney General.  It would appear they have treated others the same way I have been treated.  At this point, I want to warn others to not make the same mistake that I did.

They are not fulfilling their contractual deal. It is true that I received several leads from them the first month (as they state in their response), all of which I included in my original statement. I paid for a years worth of cold calling though and after the initial month did not receive any leads from them. They also mentioned in their response that 1-4 leads per week was normal based on geographic location. However, I did not receive a single lead in 3 months (which they didn't deny). When I spoke to them on the phone they expressed that they dropped the all on my account. My continued request to get my initial membership fee repaid has not been fulfilled and the company has made no steps to resolve the issue. They breached the contract by not cold calling on my behalf and I want my annual membership amount reimbursed.

In my last phone conversations with the [redacted], he did admit that there services were short and he is willing to keep calling for me., This is how they string along all the agents. I strongly recommend contacting other two agents who have been the same burn victims and spent $3999 on there services. I wish to put an end to this kind of Hoax Marketting techniques and take other peoples money and time seriously. I have not badgered there [redacted] page, nor [redacted] is my alias - [redacted] is my name., [redacted] in my Dads Name infact. They make one after another false statements and I want to see the light of Justice at the end of this tunnel. How many other agents have to suffer from this kind of bad services and take food from there kids mounth and feed to these kind of Services where they use BAIT AND SWITCH METHOD! I will respond to this complaint to the best if my ability although I am not sure I understand most of what was written in this complaint. In fact most of the emails that we have received from [redacted] have been nearly incoherent. We are a cold...

calling company that was working for [redacted] to make her listing appointments for 3 months. We have sent her numerous leads and she has been on appointments with all the same outcome, no one wants to list with her. In fact the responses form most of the homeowners that we received were that they have no idea what she is talking about. I have attached email correspondence from [redacted] where she questioned why we sent her FSBO(for sale by owner) when that was what she contracted us to do (contract attached). The basis of our service is that once agents go on the appointments we provide, they then try to convert to a listing and pay us for the lead, we stand to gain nothing financially if the agent can not list. We are at a major loss with [redacted], not only was she unable to list with any one of the homeowners but we also extended her contract several time in attempt to somehow make our relationship a profitable one to no avail. To add insult to injury comes this outlandish and unfounded complaint. We are a cold calling company and have done a very good job of acquiring leads for [redacted]< we simply can not be held accountable for her inability to list. We have tried to make [redacted] happy to no avail. We have sent her leads, we have given her extensions well beyond what her subscription price allowed, we have spent countless time trying to make her campaign as effective for her as our other agents. We simply do not know what she wants.. We can not extend anymore resources and courtesies to an agent that can not produce. We are a cold calling service and do not make listings, we make listing appointments for the agents to convert. We can not control an agents conversion and/or follow up, that is at the total discretion of the client as we have outlined in the contract we provided. We would like nothing more to make our agents happy and successful but we can not do the work for them after our portion is completed. Thank you

While it is true that we offered [redacted] 399.00 it was not to "drop" her case with the Revdex.com. It was the amount she requested via her credit card and our co-founders were willing to forgo our usual no refund policy to consider it a prorated refund. After that, she filed this malicious complaint which we responded to by saying we will not contest her refund if she opted to part ways amicably ie:. dropping her complaint. We have exhausted resources and sent over all data proving such, to the credit card provider and currently awaiting response. We are apologetic to the fact that [redacted] did not procure a listing agreement with our service, however, our service is that of cald calling and our contracted job was done. thank you
