Scam!!
I also was promised a $100 gift card by signing up for dish network but as usual haven’t received it and I’ve sent in the forms and billing statement but of course they have received them!

I replied to an internet ad to subscribe to Dish Network. Initially I saw the internet ad promising $150 MasterCard for ordering Dish Network. The site would not allow me to complete the order that evening. The next day when I went back to the site the offer was for a $100.00 MasterCard but the representative I spoke with said he would honor the $150.00 offer, so, I ordered Dish. I submitted the rebate form but, to date, I have not received the offer nor any response from the company ? Infinity Dish ? I submitted the form to Elite Fulfillment Group, Attn: ISG, P O Box 320549, Tampa, FL 33679 via the fax number provided. 'On Friday, March 27th I received an email stating that 'Per our discussion you have been submitted for a Gift Reward card courtesy of Infinity Dish.? The order was placed in March 27th, the rebate was submitted 4/21.

$100 gift card was shipped out via USPS on 6/17/2020 standard mail. An additional $50 gift card was mailed out today, 6/24/2020, via UPS. Tracking for that is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible business practice. Did not honor buy out gift card through Vivint. Insufficient funds. Could not get help. Could not get funds back even through covid crisis. Rude help by Gloria Marr.

Elite Fulfillment Group Response • Oct 08, 2020

Elite Fulfillment Group followed business rules and procedures provided by our client and gift card was shipped to customer on 10/2/2019. Customer contacted us once 8 months later as customer did not use the card within the terms & conditions of the provider.

This company is a joke and so time consuming. I have been calling them since January 2020 asking for a $100 gift card they offer when you initially pay $50 and they claim they will give it back to you with a Visa debit card. However, they are liars. We never received an email from them because I have searched spam folder and NOTHING. I called them again, they said they sent an email but when I first heard of the promotion they only say that the card will come on the mail not that they will be sending an email and that you will have to go through the hassle of mailing them a response. They also say that the offer has expired when you call because they tell you to wait 2 months and then when you call is expired. ***!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. NOT IN THE MAIL NOR EMAIL. I am so tired of dealing with them and based on the reviews it seems like we are not the only ones being scammed but other customers are as well. Shame on Dish for letting this company rip off their customers. 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE.

We searched our database and no information was found for this customer based on the name, email and zip code provided. This complaint is not related to Elite Fulfillment Group.

I signed up for Dish network at the end of December last year and was promised a $100 gift card for signing up that I have never received.
I signed up for Dish network at the end up December of 2019 and due to the promotion they were advertising, I was to receive a $100 dollar gift card. Well as you would imagine I waited and it never came. I called and spoke with a sales representative at the end of January, which by this point it is a month later that I still have not received the gift card. When I spoke with the representative there was nothing in the system that said I was to receive a $100 gift card. Basically if I did not call in to complain about the false advertising practices I would have never been registered to receive the gift card. Anyway, the representative registered me to receive it and I was sent a email confirming that I was registered to receive it. On February 15, 2020 I received an email that the card was placed in the mail on February 14, 2020 and that it should arrive in two weeks. Well here it is that I am writing this on March 1, 2020 and still have not received the card. I called and spoke with a representive today about the issue and she tells me that the card was put in the mail and to give it 6 to 8 weeks. I was so dissatisfied because I signed up for dish network last year in December, I had to call them at the end of January to complain about the card and business practices only to finally be registered and sent and email on February 15, 2020 saying the card was put in the mail and I was to receive it in two weeks, only for me to never receive it and when I called the representative told it was to take 6 to 8 weeks even though I have and email stating it was put in the mail and I should receive it in two weeks. At this point it's truly sad that Dish is doing this false advertising. You advertise for a gift card, people sign up for service only to never receive the card. Right now it's about to start into month three that I have had service with Dish network and still no card received.Further more, when I signed up for dish I was to get the premium movie channels free for three months. Apparently I was only offered Starz for free for three months. I called today as well for this situation dissatisfied because I had to tell them I was offered only Starz for free for three months and I had to call to get the other movie channels added. I'm basically telling the representatives how to do their job because clearly they don't know each promotion dish is offering or they choose not to tell you about each promotion Dish is offering. I'm telling you this is false advertising at it's best from dish network.

Desired Outcome

I would like the gift card I was promised and an explanation on why I was never offered all of the premium movie channels for free for three months when I signed up in December of last year only Starz and why I had to call today March 1st to get the rest of the promo movie channels added. Clearly since I have started with Dish I have received nothing but false advertising and I am very dissatisfied.

Elite Fulfillment Group is a third party company that handles the gift cards. Upon further investigation, there is nothing in our system for this customer. Customer would need to contact Dish Network directly on this issue as there is nothing we can do with out the customer in our system. Our sincerest apologies on the confusion and frustration on this matter.

Ripped off from getting $100.00 gift card from ***/ Elite fulfillment Group
Got *** tv in October 2019. There was a $100.00 prepaid gift card if you ordered by Dec. 3,2019. We called Elite group regarding how to get the gift card. Was told to wait til November 2019 to send in a copy of the bill & rebate form. Got the bill off of the *** website as we were told.Sent it Nov.2019. Was told it would take 5-8 weeks to receive. Here it is February, called Elite & was told it was voided because we have autopay. WHAT??? We're disqualified because of autopay??? Called ***, nothing they can do, called back Elite, nothing. Complete & total false advertising & complete rip-off.

Desired Outcome

We just want the $100.00 gift card we were tiold we"d get.

I never received my $100 gift card, as promised I signed up for dish network service.
I never received my $100 gift card, as promised I signed up for Dish netowrk service that was installed August @, 2019. At the time they were running a promotion of a $100 gift card for all new accounts. I was told that the $100 gift card would arrive in the mail in 6 to 8 weeks. I waited patiently and still no gift card so I called Dish network on 10/14/19, who referred me to Infinity Sales Group (apparently a subsidiary of Dish), who referred me to Elite Fulfillment Group. Elite told me that they sent me an email on 09/12/19, to which I needed to respond by 10/11/19 in order to receive my gift card. Only problem: I never received any such email! I scour my emails daily and have never received any correspondence from Elite Fulfillment Group. They told me that since the 10/12/19 deadline had passed, time had run out on this offer, and there was now no way to process the claim. This is so unfair!!! Does anyone smell "ripoff" here?

Desired Outcome

I want the $100 gift card I was promised.

Elite Fulfillment Group Response • Oct 15, 2019

Customer did not fully complete the requirements within the given time frame as stated on the Terms and Conditions. An email was delivered on 08/12/2019 9:57:12 AM to ***@aol.com. In good faith we will honor the offer and the $100 GC will go out in the mail today via UPS ***XXXXXXXXXXX. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any other concerns and we will be happy to assist.

I signed up for dish network and sent the form and my first months bill and did not receive the $100 gift card.
After signing up for dish on 4/28/19 I was promised the $100 gift card. The sales rep initially lied and said it would be automatically mailed. After 2 wks of waiting I contacted Dish and then Elite. I was put on hold and hung up on multiple times with both companies. After finally getting through they sent the necessary form to fill out. On 6/14 I mailed out the form and my first months dish bill that I received in the mail. The allotted 8-10 weeks passed, still no card. I called Elite Fulfillment Group today and was told they never received my DISH bill with the form, which is impossible since I triple checked before mailing it. I must have made a mistake, it couldn't possibly be someone on their end screwed up considering all of the complaints on Revdex.com that exactly mirror mine. The manager blatantly called every person who filed a complaint with Revdex.com regarding the gift card never received 'Liars" and told me I needed to contact Affinity being that the offer is now expired. I was also asked why I didn't call 5 days after I mailed the qualifying paperwork. Well why the *** would I? It clearly states it takes 8-10 weeks to process. Why wouldn't they call? My phone number, email, and address is clearly listed. I then called Affinity and got absolutely no where. Affinity told me Elite handles these claims and their hands are basically tied, she's not sure why they would tell me to contact them. They refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part and place all of the blame on the people that were screwed over. This company has shady business practices and make promises they don't intend on keeping.

Desired Outcome

The only resolution to this issue is receiving the $100 gift card I am owed.

Elite Fulfillment Group Response • Oct 18, 2019

Ive contacted them several times and everytime they come up with a different reason to not give you the advertised gift card

I would just like to receive the promised $100 gift card they offered for us to sign up with dish network

They are crooks. Read all the other reviews. I had the same problem. They told me from dish so I kept waiting. I finally called dish network and they gave me the Elite phone number so I called and they sent me a letter by email on July 10. I sent it back in filled out and they said it was declined. I sent it in as it said on the letter.

Elite Fulfillment Group Response • Oct 08, 2020

Customer submitted documents outside of the business rules provided by our client.

Manipulative. I ordered a service through them to receive a gift card. They did not give any other option but to sign up for more emails, which means more "junk mail" or to print this off and send it in, but you don't know this until you communicate back and forth with them. I have spent way too much time trying to get this gift card when it should be simple, straight forward without attachments. WATCH OUT with what you are promised, how you have to get the card and all the difficulties or junk mails you will have to receive in order to get them. Not a happy customer.

After carefully reviewing this customer's information it was found that a $50 GC was mailed on 3/19/2019. Customer contacted us today to advise it was not received. Information was sent to Card Services for a replacement card. The other $50 GC is scheduled to ship on 7/16/2019 as these were redeemed at separate times. Customer signed agreeing to the Terms and Conditions which state rebate will be mailed 8-10 weeks of complying with and properly completing the rebate submissions process.

I scour my emails daily and have never received any correspondence from Elite Fulfillment Group. They told me that since the 05/10/19 deadline had passed, time had run out on this offer, and there was now no way to process the claim. This is so unfair!!! Does anyone smell "ripoff" here? Read the complaints about Elite Fulfillment Group from other consumers. If they can find a way to disqualify a consumer from receiving the gift card they are entitled to, they will, and I believe the money goes right into their pockets. I want my $100 gift card!

Customer was sent an email with Redemption Instructions on 3/11/2019. There had not been prior communication between customer and Elite Fulfillment Group. In good faith we will send the $100 GC to customer via USPS Certified Mail #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

These people are crooks! Elite Fulfillment Group was supposed to notify me via email when my $100 gift card from Dish Network was ready to be claimed. I never received any email from them (I have checked my records). Now I find out that the "deadline" has passed, and, so sorry, you lose! It looks to me like their scam is to collect the funds from Dish Network for the gift cards, and then see how many people they can "disqualify" either by never receiving their email notifications or by somehow not meeting their "deadlines". How do these people sleep at night?

same complaint as others not receiving their 100.00 dollar gift cards. I submitted my statement along with the rebate form dated jan 28,2019. they confirmed receiving it in feb,2019 but said I didn't send billing statement from *** which is a lie. I did not have a printer, to print out my statement so I requested a copy of my billing statement from *** on Jan, 21st for forwarding to elite fulfillment group. I sent the statement with the rebate together in one envelope at the same time. this company is scamming people out of hundreds of dollars. most people would probably not take time to file complaint. I spoke to person number XXXXX named Jenny who confirmed they received my rebate form on Feb. 4th. I specifically had to call *** and request they mail me a copy of my billing statement so I could mail it to the rebate company. I mailed everything within the 60 day framework with telephone, address, email. today is april 8,2019 so I called to find out where is the 100.00 gift card. they 100 percent are lying about not receiving billing statement. IF, IF, IF they where missing something they had 3 ways to contact me, but did not. they didn't because their scamming people out of their hard earned money.

i'm satisfied with receiving the 100 rebate thank you

$100 rebate card scam
I feel like I've been scammed out of a $100 rebate card promised to me for signing up for ***. Had *** installed on 20 Sep '18 and was waiting for instructions or the actual gift card to show up. Never did. I contacted *** who referred me to Elite Fulfillment Group who told me to expect an email from them outlining details on how to receive my $100 gift card on 1/14/19. I sent in everything they asked for and read that it takes 8-10 weeks to get the card. It's been 12 weeks so I called Elite Fulfillment Group who then told me that the offer had expired and that the billing statement proof didn't have my name on it. Well since I don't get billing statements, I do autopay so I ran a copy of a billing statement from online which has my account number on it. Bottom line, even if I didn't send in sufficient documentation (I'm certain I did), why wasn't I notified? Instead, conveniently for Elite Fulfillment Group and probably ***, time lapsed, offer expired, and I lose $100.
I was scammed, or at least that's how I sense this debacle.

Desired Outcome

I'd like the $100 gift card I was promised.

It appears that they send the rebate card.

$100.00 gift card scam! Never received. Elite Fullfillment unethical practices.
Signed up with *** on 11/27/19. I was told on installation date that I did not have to do ANYTHING to get the gift card. My order within the qualifying period meant I already get the card, it would come in the mail in 6-8wks. I called *** and spoke with *** on 1/20/19, who asked if I had received an email from "Elite Fullfillment"? I NEVER delete emails, I knew I hadn't received an email, while I was on the phone, *** called Elite and I got the email TWICE, immediately after that. The KEY to note here, is the email intentionally looks like SPAM- it is from Elite Fullfillment and the subject simply says "claim your rebate".. nothing about *** AND NOTHING ABOUT A GIFT CARD. Most people will think this is SPAM and not open it, this is SHADY!! Since I was expecting the email, I did open the first one I received, followed all instructions, and BOTH mailed and EMAILED the 3required documents back to Elite on 1/21/2019. I STILL HAVE MY SENT EMAIL,AS PROOF! I then was told it could take 8-10wks to get card. I called back on 3/15/19 to check status and SHOCKER, Elite says they didn't receive EITHER the email or the snail mail documents. I verified with the Elite rep that I HAVE THE SENT EMAIL WITH THE ATTACHMENTS AS PROOF Thai I emailed EXACTLY WHAT THEY REQUIRED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE OF FEB. 3rd. I offered to RESEND the original email so she could see the evidence of original send date. She said, No, just tell me what TIME you emailed it? Ok, I have a confirmation email that was sent on 1/21/19 at 2:35pm, she then said, "that's funny, because you didn't e en open our email with the documents in it until 3:25pm.....WHAT! I explained that the 3:25pm email was the THIRD email I got from them, I printed the documents from he FIRST email I got on 1/20/19 .. and WHAT DOES IT MATTER WHEN I OPENED A STIPID EMAIL, HOW THE HECK DID I PRINT, COMPLETE, AND EMAIL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BACK TO THEM, IF I DIDNT OPEN THE EMAIL THAT INCLUDED THE DOCUMENTS UNTIL 1hr after my EMAIL PROOF that they ALREADY had the documents? She did NOT WANT TO SEE MY PROOF OF SENT EMAIL, she just kept saying I could not have sent the email at 2:35 if I didn't open their message until 3:25... I explained several times that the 3:25email was the THIRD email I got, IT DOESNT MATTER ANYWAYS, I HAVE PROOF OF THE SENT DOCUMENTS!!! Now that I look at the times, I see exactly what happened- the minute I sent them an email, they sent the original "rebate" scam email to me again, and they tracked only THAT email to get a read receipt AFTER I stated I sent the documents. Their DOWNFALL to this SCAM is: I wasn't stupid enough to just snail mail the documents, I also emailed them, and have proof of that. Elite Fullfillment is a scam, if this is not resolved via Revdex.com, I will take my email proof to the next level, this is a blatant scam, from the shady email with NO MENTION OF *** OR VISA GIFTCARD, but from some random company ELITE FULLFILLMENT AND USING HE WORD "rebate" in the subject line.. the WANT people to think it's SPAM and delete it until it's TOO LATE, BECAUSE THEY ARBITRARILY PUT AN EXPIRATION DATE ON GRTTING THE GIFT CARD, which also is NOT provided in *** TVs advertising for this promotion, they make it sound like you do nothing but SIGN UP FOR *** and you get a 100.00 visa GIFT CARD(not REBATE), that is SO FAR FROM REALITY. ITS FALSE ADVERTISING AND ELITE FULLFILLMENT HAS A JOB TO MAKE SURE NOBODY GETS THAT GIFT CARD. ITS A SCAM AMD SHOULD. E SHUT DOWN

Desired Outcome

Send me the $100.00 visa gift card that I qualified for just for signing up for DISH ON 11/27/19. Even though I ALSO MET YOUR RIDICULOUS ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, which you are LYING about not receiving and will NOT EVEN ACCEPT MY PROOF THAT YOU DID RECEIVE IT ON TIME

Elite Fulfillment Group Response • Mar 18, 2019

In good faith we will honor this and will send the gift card to customer at the address on file via USPS Certified Mail Tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Customer Response • Apr 03, 2019

I do not accept their response. They ONLY did what they should have done in the first place, but took 4 months and countless hours to comply. They only complied due to the Revdex.com complaint. In their response, they stated " in good faith, we will send the gift card". What?! What part of doing exactly what you say you will do, and not scamming people, is in "good faith"? This company is still a scam, and should be shut down. How many thousands of people have done exactly what they should have, and did NOT receive their GC just because they didn't happen to file a Revdex.com complaint?
This is status quo for Elite, the solution to every Revdex.com complaint filed, has been for the, to FINALLY send the card that should have been sent without all the nonsense games they play. None of this discounts the 5 methods they attempted to refuse to provide me the GC, up to, and including Lying, purposefully sending an email that looks like spam, refusing to look at my EVIDENCE that they did receive exactly what they asked for on time, and trying to falsely create their own "evidence" by sending one last extra email that they supposedly track to "prove" they didn't receive information. Send your docs with proof of delivery, also send them via email, with proof of send, and do NOT let them wear you out, this is exactly what they want to happen. Shut this scam down.

Elite Fulfillment Group is a company that handles the fulfillment of the Rebates offered by their clients. Requirements along with terms and conditions are specified on the Rebate Form. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you have received your Rebate. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further concerns at 888-938-7721.

I was promised a $100 rebate for signing up with ***. I was given the run around and no gift card.
I signed up with *** on Dec 7th of 2018. I was told I would recieve something in the mail to fill out and return in order to receive $100 rebate. I called on Dec. 20th to get the information (after having a baby on Dec. 15th, which was 5 weeks early), because I didn't want the time to run up or me forget about it. I was told there was an email being sent and I could fill out the information and send it in within 60 days (February). I filled out the information and printed documents off and sent the information in on January 15th. I called today February 27th (because I was told it could take 4 weeks). When calling today I was put on the phone with Priscilla. Priscilla then tried to tell me I didn't send in a bill to go with the rebate form (which was never asked and assumed). I did send in all required documents and in the right timeframe. She then put me on hold for a couple minutes and played inappropriate rap music in my ear. When she returned she then proceeded to tell me that they didn't receive my information and I didn't send in a bill with the form anyway, therefore it would have been incomplete and not accepted. But, again, she made that up, because I sent in all documents that were asked for with the rebate form. She then told me that the deadline passed and there was nothing she could do. I again explained that I am the one who reached out to them to begin with to get the information, I'm again reaching out to see why I haven't received anything since I did my part of the work, and she just kept saying it didn't matter that it was pass the deadline. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor in which she claimed she was the manager and wouldn't help me any further. Sounds to me like someone is scamming and pocketing money if you look at the other complaints as well.

Desired Outcome

My $100 rebate gift card.
