I signed up for *** Services and was offered a $50 rebate. I was told that I had 60 days to send in my rebate form. I had *** installed on Sept. 1, 2018 and I had to call a few times because the didn't sent me the email including the rebate information. I was finally sent the information on Sept. 10th and I was told that I had 60 days from that date to send in my rebate form. I sent it in certified mail on Nov. 7th to ensure it was postmarked and I could verify it got there. Well I never received my rebate and my emails went unanswered so I finally called. When I called the representative was very rude to me and told me that they didn't receive it until Nov. 14th which is not true because certified mail DOES NOT take 7 days. I told her that I had the receipt somewhere and I would find it. I found the certified mail receipt and provided the tracking number. She said, "well you waited and it still got here one day too late so we will not honor it." She also told me that I signed the rules which I acknowledged. The rules do not say that it has to be delivered within 60 days. They say to send it in within 60 days. I feel like they try to find any way to not honor their rebates. Also, I told the rep that I would be filing a Revdex.com complaint and she did not care.

Desired Outcome

Refund I want this rebate honored. This is not good business practice. If the rebate form must be delivered within 60 days then it should be clear and say that. This is completely unfair.

Customer submitted documents past the expiration date but in good faith we will honor submission. The gift card will go out in the mail today 2/12/19 via USPS Certified mail #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to the address we have on file.

I have been waiting on a dish $100 rebate card for the past 2 months when I signed up with dish they told me I would receive a gift card within 7 weeks or so and till this day no gift cards. Have called several times all they tell me is we have issued the gift card but I have NOT received the gist card. Very disappointing and they don't even offer me anything for the issue and wait and time I have waste waiting and calling for my gift card.!!!

Signed up for DISH with a promise of $200 rebate. Sent information to elite, never got rebate. Now they say all the forms weren't there, not true.
signed up for dish with promise of $200 rebate. Sent all the information for rebate to Elite. Waited 2 months and never got rebate. Now after I contacted them, they say all the forms were not there, but guarantee you they were. They also report that promotion is over. Not sure why DISH allows them to break promises to customers.

Placed order with Dish Network, promised a $100 gift card and did not receive
I placed an order in July with Dish Network.....one of the incentives was a $100 gift card to help offset the cancellation of Directv. I printed the online form the first week of August and filled it out along with 2 pages printed from the Dish Network website with my bill. This was mailed the first week of August. I made sure everything was included and mailed together. Now, Elite Fulfillment (Dalibeth P.) says that only 2 documents were put into their computer system and because my name/address wasn't listed on my Dish Network bill they cannot process and oh wait, the promotion has already ended anyway. Very poor business practices. It seems like a scam to me. I will be reporting this to Dish Network also because I did EXACTLY as instructions say and sent ALL the information in. Apparently the person opening mail there discarded one of the documents.

I would like my $100 gift card mailed to me.

On May 24 2018 I chatted with Marcie online and set up *** service for 69.99 for 2 years and 150 gift card. Installation done May 25th. I paid 54.12 hopper 3 upgrade and Bill would be 91.43. My account #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. In my chat it gave me stipulations on giftcard. Within 15 day activation an email will be sent it I didn't receive the email I should call *** within 15 days or offer will expire.after receiving email I have 30 days or offer will expire. on 6/3/18 I called concerning email and on 6/4/18 it was sent. My rebate code was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I sent in my first Bill along with rebate form. On 8/14/18 I sent email inquiring about gift card. Priscilla sent me email saying they never received the required information within 30 days. I sent an email back requesting her to look into the matter because I knew I had done everything I was supposed to. No response since then. Her phone # 800 938 7721. I accept the response to the issue because it isis the deal I signed up for. I do not agree my paperwork was late but I am ready for this matter to be over.

Terrible experience submitted a rebate for 100 dollars which was a promotion with Dish t.v. never received the rebate. Contacted elite and was told I did not submit proper paperwork which I did and was never cotacted by elite fullfillment to indicate there was a problem . of course the dish promotion had expired by then so elite fulfilment would do nothing

Never received $100 rebate card. Was given the run around and handed off to other companies for assistance.
Signed up for *** with the agreement that I would receive $100 rebate card within 30days. Was handed off to several companies and finally ended up with Elite Fulfillment 1 week prior to deadline. Was told to finalize ppw no later than 10/18/17I filed out ppw and mailed it post marked 10/17/17. Received notification on 10/23/18 that it had been approved and was even told I would receive the rebate by 1/1/2018. I took notes on everything. Continued to follow up and was told it was being processed and could take longer. NOW I'm being told I missed the original deadline because they received it on 10/23/17 and they dont accept Post Mark date. I explained this was all approved and I never received anything saying it was being denied. My son has had medical issues which is why I had not complained sooner- I had bigger issues to worry about. Now being told sorry nothing can be done is quite disappointing and I will cancel my contract with *** as soon as it is up because it should not be this hard to get a promised gift card. It should be automatic instead of this bait and switch with 3rd party companies that dont care because you are not their customer.

According to them there is nothing that can be done but I want to make sure others know the practices used by this company to avoid paying out on the rebates.

I appreciate that they are making the exception and fulfilling the promise by ***. I wish this would have been the case when I spoke with one of their reps on the phone and I would not have had to file a claim with Revdex.com.

Never received Prepaid Mastercard.
When I called about my card I was told that I did not attached the pages of my DISH bill. This was so wrong as I did attach the requested with the form to get the card.

Customer signed and agreed to the business Terms and Conditions, which states "Rebate will be mailed within 8-10 weeks of complying with and properly completing the rebate submission requirements.", see signed form attached. Elite Fulfillment Group received Mrs. submission on 4/17/2018 and gift card was estimated to ship on or around 6/26/2018. Elite Fulfillment Group will expedite the shipping process and change the ship date to 5/9/2018 but will not send an extra $50 to customer.

I will accept it if it does come on around the date they say as there reviews say other wise .

I signed up for *** TV and was told I was going to get a $100 gift card but never received anything.
After signing up with *** TV in Sept 5,2017, I was told I was going to receive a $100 MasterCard prepaid card thru mail. I called around late October, early November in regards to prepaid card and they, (*** customer service/Infinity)gave me a number to a company called Elite Fulfillment. So I called and called until finally someone answered and then they told me I "should've" gotten an email regarding prepaid card promotion; I literally check my email daily since it is part of my work,including spam email,and never received anything from them. I called again and requested a date when the email was sent and customer rep. was very rude and never could give me answer instead he/she hung up the line on me. From there on, everything was sounding like a big scam to me. Days later, I called again and someone else answered and told me that they had just sent email. So Nov. 14, 2017, the day I made the last all with them, an email was barely sent by them when originally they insisted "I should've gotten an email". I open the link, followed the instructions and printed out form that needed to be sent thru postal mail. I kept checking online on their website www.elitefulfillmentgroup.com and saw my rebate code XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX that paper work received on 11/21/2017 for $100 gift card and status said "Your rebate has been approved! Estimated Shipping Date: 1/30/2018". So just recently I checked the status only, since it had been a month and nothing was in my mail, and now it says your rebate expired Nov. 13,2017. All the long hours spent on the phone, printing and sending required information for a scam not only to me but more than sure others; they ignore you, make you wait, call and call just to see if you put it with all their lies so maybe they can make it seem as if it is my fault.

I want my $100 prepaid card that was advertised and stop wasting peoples valuable time.

All I needed was what they promised and I appreciate for replying back fast and finally sending me my prepaid card.

Was supposed to receive a $100.00 gift card for subscribing to Dish. Did not receive. Called Dish and they referred me to Infinity Sales Group. Infinity referred me to Elite Fulfillment Group. Infinity said they e-mailed me a form to fill out so they could send me my give card. If I received such an e-mail, the sender was Elite Fulfillment Group, whom I never heard of, so I would have deleted it or treated as spam. I was expecting a card in the mail instead of an e-mail. I asked them to send the e-mail again, but they told me that offer had expired, Needless to say I am not happy and feel that the whole thing was a con job. I would like my $100.00. I spent lots of time on the telephone and waiting on hold, the $100.00 would pay for my time.

Didn't receive promised promotional $100 rebate card
I signed up for Dish Network and this group was supposed to issue $100 gift card for signing up. After jumping through hoops to get the initial paper that had to be filled out to receive the rebate card, I filled it out and sent it in. This form asked for my name, my account number for dish network, my phone number, my email address, and my street address. It also asked for the first two pages of my billing statement. I signed up for auto pay the day my service was installed and I never received a billing statement. So, when I saw this on the form, I called and was told that as long as I had an account number that my service would be verified.
The letter said give 8-10 weeks for the card to arrive. Well, time slipped my mind and while filing year end paperwork, I found the form and realized that I never got the card.
I called today and get the response I expected. "Your rebate has expired and we didn't get the papers we needed" My explanation and the phone call I made prior to sending in the papers only resulted in the lady saying ten times, "read the form."
In the end, I may be cheated out of the $100, but it is TERRIBLE customer service to be told one thing and then the complete opposite. I do realize that I didn't follow up but they had 4 ways to contact me. Why ask for all that information if they are not going to follow up.

lied to by Elite fulfillment group and infinity dish network.
I signed up for infinity dish network and I was to receive a gift card for $100.00 they claim they mailed it to me on Oct 25 I called them and stated well you have access if that card was activated or not I am being told I have to pay them $4.95 for shipping and handling. I got no help in this matter from either infinity dish network or Elite Group. I was lied to in the very beginning on day of hook up july 8th I was given a price for Dvr and package. When the tech showed up he had to call them the price was way higher than told I had to switch my whole package. The poor tech was at my house over 2 1/2 hours he wanted to help me also I was told that I would get my gift can within 2 weeks. Then I call again now I am being told I have to fill out paper work so I did and the date was 8/8/17 still have no gift card I have been lied to over and over. This is not right.

Gift card was originally mailed to customer on 10/25/2017 and customer did not receive it. Customer called for status and we advised her of the $4.95 S&H fee to cancel that card and send a replacement. In good faith We have waived the fee for this customer and sent her a replacement card via UPS Tracking *** and should arrive on 11/30/2017

I had a problem with initial $100 Visa gift card issuance in May. Elite mgt said resubmit. I did. Now they deny the card.
I was promised a $100 Visa Gift card for signing up with Dish TV. Procedure was not explained clearly in beginning. I was told Elite Fulfillment was the opr for this. I contacted Elite Mgt and was approved to resubmit for the card. I resubmitted their redemption form on 9/6/2017. I called today to follow up on progress. I was told that the card was not to be sent because I am no loner a Dish customer. True, I quit Dish on about 9/10/2017. That should have no bearing on the offer made to sign up with Dish in May.When asked to speak to Mgt today, on 1st call I was forwarded to a private number somewhere. On 2nd call I was put on hold then cutoff. The Elite Customer service seems to want to avoid the issue.

Mr. is not our customer, he is a customer of Dish Installation, Inc. Elite Fulfillment Group, LLC merely fulfills gift cards for Dish Installation. On 9/6/2017 Mr. was given and extension by Dish Installation to submit redemption paperwork to us by 9/26/2017. Mr. did not submit any paperwork and we were informed by Dish Installation that Mr. disconnected his account on 9/17/2017 which made him no longer eligible for the gift card per Dish Installation's terms and conditions. In good faith we will fulfill this gift card. Elite Fulfillment Group will send Mr. a $100 American Express gift card on 10/18/2017 via certified mail with tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Though the necessary application was in fact filed on 9/6/2017(copy on hand/attached)contrary to company comment. The card has been received. Recommend that this company be watched, as their business practices remain suspect.
