I was so happy with Alan from Elite Heating who came to tune up our furnace this year. I called another company last year since it has very good reviews from Yelp. I remembered asking the technician last year that the fan was on most of the time and was very loud. Alan noticed immediately that the fan was on most of the time. Not only Alan was able to reset the timing of the fan, so we can save on our electric bills now, the fan is not loud now! I really appreciate how Alan was able to answer all my questions in such a way that I can understand it. He is very polite, very friendly with a big smile on his face, very patient and not in a hurry at all. Thank you Alan!

We didn't receive a call to schedule our fall check up. We had to call and remind the office we were due.

Elite is a very efficient, customer service friendly company. There is very little pressure in purchasing appliances. They staff is very informed and are willing to share this knowledge.

After having J R R[redacted] technician from Elite, come to our house to inspect our Heating/cooling system, he and explain thoroughly what he found. We decided to contract with Elite to install a new system. He provided us with several options to choose from which showed us his expertise in the field and knowledge of the products he represents. We were very impressed with him and felt comfortable doing business with him and Elite.

In addition, the installation team of Raul and Victor were also very professional and courteous. The installation was finished in a timely manner.

We also had Chris S[redacted] plumber, inspect our plumbing. He did find one issue, that if not brought to our attention, would have been a costly repair to replace our hot water heater. With Chris's guidance the problem was resolved. He was also very courteous and professional.

This company is great. Have had a lot of plumbing done by Chris, and most recently had our heating system fixed fast, efficiently, and reasonably priced by Jesse L[redacted]. Jesse L[redacted] was fast, efficient, professional, and nice. Will definitely have them back.

Elite installed new AC, furnace, water filtration system, and water heater in 2010. Their AC and heating technicians are knowledgeable, always on-time, and provide excellent maintenance service. Elite has an exceptional master plumber in Pete N[redacted]. Highly recommend!

Elite Heating, Cooling and Plumbing are awesome!! They have installed 2 new air conditioners at our home in the last year and have been great both times. This last time Johnny and Vince were at our home to check the systems to make sure everything was running good for the winter. They were both very, very respectful and they were right on time getting here. Came in, got the work done, they were very knowledgeable with their work and everything is working wonderful. They answered every one of my questions I had for them in detail. We will be calling them with whatever work needs to be done with our heating and air conditioning and we will tell everyone exactly who to call when they need to replace theirs too. Thank you Elite!!
