Just when we thought Customer Services was obsolete, ELITE Heating and Air proved us wrong!!!! Our technician, [redacted], was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He identified our faulty a/c within minutes and made the necessary repairs within 30-40 minutes of his arrival at a very reasonable fee. He was happy to explain the repairs every step of the way while I stood over him watching and asking questions - he even taught me a thing or two. Excellent company!!!!! Elite sold and installed our new system few years ago. After getting a few quotes, from other companies, we decided on Elite. Our decisions was based on the quality of the equipment and the sales / installer Jesse. He thoroughly explained the function of each unit and in depth the overall workings of our system. (I truly believe that his thoroughness and professionalism gave us confidence to purchase from Elite.) Since then we have not had any complaints about the equipment or service. I would recommend a service contract. Even though nothing has ever been wrong, it still gives you "peace of mind" that a professional has examined your heating & cooling equipment twice a year.
