I have a contract with Elite through the Hero program I have been dealing with an agent from Hero and they have been great assisting me with getting my problem with Elite worked out so we do not have to go to court I am simply asking for what is fair and for which I was promised It has been over four weeks that I have been promised a resolution and I still don't have it *** who is the Operations Manager is not doing what she promised I have been very patient in trying to work this situation out with her but she is rude and unresponsive All that I am asking is to be given what I have been promised so I can put this behind me It is a very simple solutions that shouldn't take more than a day to get done I am happy with the work that Elite has done but not with the situation that I am in

We met with Elite rep *** and based on our shared Christian faith we entered Into a contract for house painting and window replacement*** *** was contracted for roof replacement but rep from Elite insisted it was better to paint house first because Elite would replace all damaged woodRep agreed that after new roof and garage door were replaced Elite would return and paint patio and garage doorPainting was done and damaged boards replaced and then *** was completedRoofers replaced more boards and now there is chips,cracks,peels and split woodElite claims roofer is responsible but we trusted rep who insisted it was better to paint first so we feel Elite should repair and repaint trim,eves and sidingWe wanted to roof first but based on Elite rep saying better to paint first we feel they are responsible for new problemsWe talked with roofer who said it is possible for things to happen but not on this level and agreed *** should have been done first

following procedure is followed to add a consumer to our internal Do Not Call

of the request to be added to the Do Not Call list, name, address, and
telephone number are verified with the person contacted to ensure the
highest level of accuracy n the Do Not Call information. If an address is not available the
minimum amount of information required is a phone number. If a manual contact (lead) card is in
use, it is then marked “DNC” and picked up by a supervisor.The consumer’s
name, address, and telephone number is then added directly into the
database and marked by contact id DNC meaning Do Not Call.The databases Do
Not Call list allows us to comply promptly with the maximum thirty (30)
day period allowed for placing consumers on our internal Do Not Call list
This list is used to “scrub” any new leads generated to ensure to the best
of our ability that consumers are not called again once a request is made
to be placed on our Do Not Call list.In addition to maintaining the Do Not Call
list, we also maintain information on consumers requesting receipt of a copy of
this policy and the date the policy was mailed to those consumersWe will continue to honor all requests to
be added to our Do Not Call listWe may also make improvements or changes to
our system as necessary to create more accurate and precise methods for

Discuss cancellation of our contract and fixing the work that was partially completed
We had an contract for removal of ducting with asbestos, new ducting and an AC unit installed The subcontractor removed part of the work but not all Elite wants to now charge an additional $2,to complete work
Right now out furnace doesn't work at all and we have no AC The furnace worked before they came to our home We sent a certified letter, faxed and emailed it We have not heard back from them to resolve the issue

Received unwanted solicitation call from *** of Elite on 8/1/at 7:15pm even though the phone number has been on the Do Not Call list for more than daysI have not conducted business with this company, I am not planning to conduct business with this company and there is no legitimate reason for them to call this number

Mr*** was very aware this was a legal binding contract All paper work that Mr*** signed states this is a contract not an estimateElite stands behind there policies 25% of $is $Mr*** never signed the Work order change that was emailed to him so original contract tact in tactI has already sent Mr*** file to collections SincerlyElite Home Energy Tell us why here

If I could make Zero Stars I would based upon the inaccurate information provided by the appointment setterEven more so by the absolutely rude and unprofessional conduct by the confirmation personI was called about my home's hvac system upgradeIn need of replacement I engaged the caller and set an appointment yet knowing we have some credit issues (due to major illness), I proceeded solely because the rep said it was a county program with no credit checkUpon receiving the confirmation call, Denise calls the program something different which gives me pause like a bait and switch scamThen not wanting to wanting to waste anyone's time, I disclose some of my concerns although I'm not positive of the statusShe then says we wouldn't qualify - indicating there is a credit checkI bring the conflicting information provided by the first rep, and without apology blames it on the fact "he's a marketer" which sounds to me as though they are condoning him saying anything (ie lying) to get the appointmentWhen I calmly and professionally take exception, Denise became VERY aggressive, antagonistic, and defensive, refusing my request to speak with a supervisor (I called back to try to rectify the situation after she hung up on me)She behaves like a very aggressive bill collector without a hint of customer serviceI WOULD NOT do business with a company whose front line reps are so completely unscrupulous and without concern for the image they project or the company they represent I'm very surprised and disappointed that such a company could have such a high Revdex.com rating!!

I never gave any deposit or credit card number to these people thank goodnessI was under the distinct impression that once I cancelled the HERO finance option and number of windows ordered there would be a new contract sent for me to signAll I have received was a work order change for a non valid contract six days after I cancelled financing with hero and five days after I reduced the order amounts.
Today I contacted the City of San Diego attorney office and told them what has transpired hereI hope to hear from them Monday and perhaps a resolution will beginIf you order a wedding dress or your couch reupholstered you must pay a deposit or give a credit card so supplies can be orderedWhat low level or General manager would order supplies without having a deposit secured? Not any manager I would hireThe failsafe deposit of a HERO contract was never in place for this estimate. Most of my time is spent looking after my disabled mother by caregiving,not reading fine print on contractsClearly some people have a difficult time admitting a mistake and will fight tooth and wallet to admit an errorMy error was not being informed of the 25% cancellation feeI have learned that I must gather more than the first estimate that someone offers and also to make time to look over the minutiae of any future estimates and contracts no matter how busy I consider myself to beI now know I should procure at least three estimates before proceeding with any deposit money being handed over. I still have confidence that sanity will prevail with this situationIt is sad to see how a certain company's management has forgotten about the first rule of sales in that customer satisfaction is first *** ***

I'm sorry to hear this complaint. I reviewed our phone logs and Mr*** only called in twice in which we spoke to her to scheduled a service on her roof and inspection .On 5/to inspect for service all that was needed to do is hand some cable wires on the exterior of the homeMr
*** mentioned her flat portion of the room was not doneat this time Elite reviewed her contract and explained to Ms*** her contract states no work to be done on the flat portion of her roofall her paper work states no flat roof " see attached copy of contract" Ms *** finance her roof through the hero program in which the hero program records all conversations and goes over a series of questions also explains what type of loan and payment there getting into they also ask the customer if this is something they can affordIn regards to Ms*** comments about the office I'm sorry but this is incorrect Elite would never make those statements to a customerAt this time there are no services that are needed E Elite fulfilled all OF OUR PART OF THE CONTRACT AND ARE IN NO WRONG DOING sincerely ***

Has anyone else suffered an unfair contract cancellation fee from these folks? I was given a three window one door replacement estimate ($7365.00) with HERO financing contract I signed but I cancelled HERO and asked for revised price for one less windowGot answer five days later ($5858.25) but no new revised contract was sent with two windows one door and no HEROI cancelled with them three days after hearing the new estimate(3/31/17) Now they want 25% of original signed $estimated HERO contract ($1841.25) I thought I had signed a finance agreement (which was cancelled) but noI offered them $for their trouble but noHow can an operation like this stay in businessHow can they demand money for no services rendered?

processed all paper work for funding based on what Mssigned. weeks after the financing was submitted Mrs*** / *** contacted out office statign her payment should be starting on Nov based on a verbal conversation she had with the sales representativeElite doing the right thing honered the verbal agreement between the customer and our sales rep and told Mrs*** / *** Elite will submit a request and will process in a timely manemrsince her tax payment is due Nov Elite bnever gave the customer ( Ms***/ *** a actual date when the check in the amount of $1,will be mailed out but will be issued prior to the Nov due date
Mrs*** has since then harassed Elite on a daily base calling every day and said she would call daily till we tell her the check was mailed outElite did also contact Hero to complain on how aggressive this customer has becomeElite really didnt have to pay the $1,based on the signed documents " see attached"

On April 8, I meet with Mr*** *** a representative of Elite Home Energy regarding replacing the roof on my home at *** ** *** *** *** ** *** ***I informed Mr*** that I was having issues with water coming into the rear of my home when it rain, and I also showed him the brown stains on the walls and ceiling that occurred from the rainI explained to him that I needed the roof of my home repaired to stop any further damage to my home when it rainsHe contacted the finance company I was approved, and we set an appointment for the replacement of the roof to began which began on April 12, Mr*** also stated that he would write the contract for more so that I could receive any overages and pay other billsWell the new roof was replaced but I have had several issued, and called the company the lady who answered the phone was very rudeOnce the contractor arrive at my home to address my concern he told me that the rear part of the roof was not d

Elite Home Energy is an approved contractor to offer the “ County Hero program “ As an approved contractor we need to supply the potential customer with all the detail information regarding how the program works
Elite always recommends to the potential customer to get (3) bids to compare price and qualityElite Home Energy in no way wants to pressure any one to do business with unless they are completely comfortable with pour price and company
Elite in no way does “ shady business” we are an approved contractor through Hero as well as the League of American HomeownersElite has been in business for over years and would never jeopardize our company by making statements
Unfortunately the ***s are upset with how we run our appointment and all Elite is doing is following our financing companies policies on how we present the program
