our offers of free no-obligation in home estimates designed to save families energy
and money. To this end we...

routinely scrub all the numbers in our database every
25 days. We also maintain an internal DNC database and place those numbers of
anyone who requests to be added to the Do Not Call list within 5 days. This
list is maintained for 10 years.  The
following procedure is followed to add a consumer to our internal Do Not Call
list.Upon receipt
of the request to be added to the Do Not Call list, name, address, and
telephone number are verified with the person contacted to ensure the
highest level of accuracy n the Do Not Call information.  If an address is not available the
minimum amount of information required is a phone number.  If a manual contact (lead) card is in
use, it is then marked “DNC” and picked up by a supervisor.The consumer’s
name, address, and telephone number is then added directly into the
database and marked by contact id DNC meaning Do Not Call.The databases Do
Not Call list allows us to comply promptly with the maximum thirty (30)
day period allowed for placing consumers on our internal Do Not Call list.
This list is used to “scrub” any new leads generated to ensure to the best
of our ability that consumers are not called again once a request is made
to be placed on our Do Not Call list.In addition to maintaining the Do Not Call
list, we also maintain information on consumers requesting receipt of a copy of
this policy and the date the policy was mailed to those consumers. We will continue to honor all requests to
be added to our Do Not Call list. We may also make improvements or changes to
our system as necessary to create more accurate and precise methods for

I'm sorry Ms [redacted] feels  this way . First of all I never have spoken to Ms. [redacted] second she was never taken advantage of. Ms. [redacted] agreed  to purchase 1800 sq of  composite shingle roof. Her contract states NO FLAT ROOF to be done.. Ms. [redacted] agreed to this project on a recorded line listing every detail of the job and financing through PACE financing. I'm sorry but Elite has preformed all items on contract 100% and did not take advantage of Ms. [redacted]

[redacted] I am unhappy this business is taking unfair legal advantage against me. When I signed the estimate I did not realize I was not aware signing a binding contract. I take care of my aging mother and have retired from my job to do so. My time to read the contract was taken away by home care duties. I was not even aware of my troubles with this company until the Friday I emailed to cansel their services. I have offered them $500 for their trouble of paying a salesman to come out and demonstrate the quality of their product. I called to modify the cost of their bid by taking off one window from the original contract amount and 5 days later got a revised  contract amount of $1100. less ($5858.25) and stated that 25% of the original $7365.  contract price is disproportionate to the service they have provided. I do not intend on selling my home until my death so a lein against the property would not be collected for twenty years or so. Why will they not accept my offer of a $500 penalty?  Btw 25% of 5858.25 is $1464.

sorry this information in inaccurate Elite Home Energy did business with Mrs [redacted] on 3/31/2016 in the a,mount of $9,500 for applying cool wall to her home.. Mr. [redacted] signed all documents stating payment for her Hero financing will start Nov 2017.Elite Home Energy processed all...

paper work for funding based on what Ms. signed.  weeks after the financing was submitted Mrs. [redacted] / [redacted] contacted out office statign her payment should be starting on Nov 2017 based on a verbal conversation she had with the sales representative. Elite doing the right thing honered the verbal agreement between the customer and our sales rep  and told Mrs. [redacted] / [redacted]  Elite will submit a request and will process in a timely manemr.. since her tax payment is due  Nov 2017 Elite bnever gave the customer ( Ms. [redacted] a actual date when the check in the amount of $1,112.80 will be mailed out but will be issued prior to the Nov 2017 due date .  Mrs. [redacted] has since then harassed Elite on a daily base calling every day and  said she would call daily till we tell her the check was mailed out. Elite did also contact Hero to complain on how aggressive this customer has become. Elite really didnt have to pay the $1,112.80 based on the signed documents " see attached"  Elite will be  mailing the customer the $1,112.80 check  by Aug 31.
