I've been with several CC companies over the last years and I have to say that Elite is the best overall experience that I've had with customer service and savings on transactions.I fully endorse them!

Elite could not implement their CC System seamlessly as promised so we did not move forward Now they are charging us an early cancellation fee
A sales representative from Elite Merchant Solutions (elitedatacorp.com) contacted us in the fall of promising savings on our credit card processing costsOur past experience with these types of merchant solution companies was they could not handle processing credit cards in both our Volusion web site and Stone Edge Order Management systems seamlessly The Elite sales representative offered to confirm this and would do all of the legwork of contacting Volusion and checking everything out with Monsoon He then informed us that Elite could do a seamless installation with both Volusion and StoneEdge, because we were already using Authorize.net as our gateway
We did question if there would be any costs to convert to the new service We specifically asked if it would require a new SSL certificate for Volusion The Elite sales repr

I've had a very POOR experience with their customer service; especially with a specific representative named Ben ***
As my unresolved issues were continuing I stopped my servicesI contacted MrMaliki numerous times to stop the monthly fees that were being drawn out of my bank accountEach and every single time he promised to do so; however, he failed to keep his wordDuring my last conversation with him, he had told me that he would refund the chargers under my account but I have still not been refunded; thus, I am left to share my very bad experience with this company
