They promised me 2.3% flat fees per monthThey LIED to get me to sign onI have been fighting with them to get them to honor their promise
I switched to Elite in January because they promised me 2.5% the same rates as the "Square" which due to spotty internet service wasn't working well for my storeThe first couple of bills seemed high but it was off season and not much moneyThen I noticed it getting quite high and I called and asked *** what was going onHe said "oh so sorry! I'll look into it." I waited another month and no wordAnother bill came in at almost 10% feesI have been trying to work with them for monthsIn the pasy year I have been over charged at least $***They never told me about a Compliance Fee or sent methe paperwork and continually charged an extra $a month for non-compliance.I am looking at another company now but I think since this is blatantly overcharging a senior citizen, I should take them to court

We switched over to Elite Merchant Solutions about a year ago, off of a friend's recommendationWe not only have saved money, but have gained such personal attentionAny questions we have had, we contact our repand he usually answers his phone or get back to us right away

As my unresolved issues were continuing I stopped my servicesI contacted MrMaliki numerous times to stop the monthly fees that were being drawn out of my bank accountEach and every single time he promised to do so; however, he failed to keep his wordDuring my last conversation with him, he had told me that he would refund the chargers under my account but I have still not been refunded; thus, I am left to share my very bad experience with this company
