I spoke with the owner of the propertythe person filing this complaint Is his assistant who has worked for him for monthsthe owner had no knowledge of any of this he agreed that the emails went to far, and while my saying "good luck" on the eviction may have come across wrong, it was not meant in ill harm the fact that I have delivered paperwork to the tenant and spent hours on it without getting paid is what I do I don't complain and I don't ask for more money I get paid on rent and if a tenant doesn't pay, I don't get paid it's how it works, but yet I still continue to help the owners out I could have bailed a long time ago and that's not how I operate The files I have do belong to my companythose are facts They were provided with what they needed to move forward with the eviction when the time comesAll that had to be done was a phone call or an email saying can I please have the contact information for the tenant What the complainant doesn't understand is this tenant was already in the home, put there by another manager when I took over management She is blaming me for her not having any tenant information In years we never had any issues The notice of termination came as a surprise and nobody once called to let me know what was happening So when the threat of a complaint was thrown at me, I emailed the documents instead of just mailing She received them and still filed the complaint The owner asked me to call and talk to her today, which I attempted to do, but she would not let me talk She was given the phone number of the tenant and then hung up on me Please, thank you and common courtesy will get you everywhere, but "terminating" a long term relationship with no forewarning and then threatening complaints when you can't ask specifically for what you want will not asking for a file and being told no is one thing a simple reply of we don't seem to have the tenant information, could you also send that, would have worked not get it to me or else the owner is also aware that if there is anything else they need i'm happy to help, just have to ask the file in question contains account numbers, and legal information I cannot handout

The tenant is two months behind, not a half a year, in addition the tenant was given notice to vacate after days of being delinquent. This is all documented. I cannot control tenants. The owners then sent me a certified letter terminating my management and within hours I
mailed out all funds and a copy of the notices served to the tenant as well as a year end statement. This was sent on a Friday, Monday was a holiday. She did not get them by Wednesday and threatened a complaint if she did not receive by Thursday. I emailed within 20min all documents and she still filed a complaint. therefore the facts outway the complaint. There is documentation to prove all of this. I keep records of every email and every document served to the tenant. As well as all texts sent back and forth. Therefore I have done nothing wrong. If an owner terminates a contract, and the papers requested are mailed within hours, I would say that's pretty good turnaround - especially after years of being the landlord, and I wasn't even the manager that placed the tenant in the home. Lastly the day notice they gave me was days not hours. they didn't even give me days to reply over a holiday weekend. Not to mention I have the email I sent them the day I received their certified letter letting them know that all this was in the mail coming

I spoke with the owner of the property. the person filing this complaint Is his assistant who has worked for him for 7 months. the owner had no knowledge of any of this.  he agreed that the emails went to far, and while my saying "good luck" on the eviction may have come across wrong, it was not meant in ill harm.  the fact that I have delivered paperwork to the tenant and spent hours on it without getting paid is what I do.  I don't complain and I don't ask for more money.  I get paid on rent and if a tenant doesn't pay, I don't get paid.  it's how it works, but yet I still continue to help the owners out.  I could have bailed a long time ago and that's not how I operate.  The files I have do belong to my company. those are facts.  They were provided with what they needed to move forward with the eviction when the time comes. All that had to be done was a phone call or an email saying can I please have the contact information for the tenant.  What the complainant doesn't understand is this tenant was already in the home, put there by another manager when I took over management.  She is blaming me for her not having any tenant information.  In 3 years we never had any issues.  The notice of termination came as a surprise and nobody once called to let me know what was happening.  So when the threat of a complaint was thrown at me, I emailed the documents instead of just mailing.  She received them and still filed the complaint.  The owner asked me to call and talk to her today, which I attempted to do, but she would not let me talk.  She was given the phone number of the tenant and then hung up on me.  Please, thank you and common courtesy will get you everywhere, but "terminating" a long term relationship with no forewarning and then threatening complaints when you can't ask specifically for what you want will not.  asking for a file and being told no is one thing.  a simple reply of we don't seem to have the tenant information, could you also send that, would have worked.  not get it to me or else.  the owner is also aware that if there is anything else they need i'm happy to help, just have to ask.  the file in question contains account numbers, and legal information I cannot handout.

I am rejecting this response because:  This complaint was filed  with the approval of my employer Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], they have been informed verbal and written or CC of emails They are in agreement  and supportive my actions that I have taken to proceed with Tenant, and have read the response from Ms. [redacted] and feel there is no merit.
