To whom it may concern: As the owner of Elite Restoration Pro, I have personally spoke with [redacted] We have scheduled an inspection for this Friday, August 19th to final the job out This matter was brought to my attention via voicemail from [redacted] on Friday, August 12th I spoke with her on Monday, August, 15th at 11:45am to resolve the issue Everything is moving forward in the right direction to ensure this complaint doesn't adversely affect our A+ Rating with the Revdex.com Regards, Justin [redacted] Owner, Elite Restoration Pro

I signed a contract with Justin [redacted] with Elite on 7/14/for a new roof and one side of my house to be resided due to storm damage The roof work was done on 8/and my home incurred damages at that time by the workers It's now 10/and after dozens of emails and phone calls they haven't completed the repairs and nothing is scheduled for the repairs to be completed As far as the siding It wasn't until the last week of September that I had to finally ask when it's going to be done and they said they are too busy now so I have to find another contractor for that work - which is fine by me I just want my repairs done from the roof work This company has done nothing but promise and not delivered on anything

Final inspections were not complete. A Mechanic's Lien was also filed on our property for failure of Elite's subcontractor ( [redacted] ) to pay their subcontractor ( [redacted] ***) and I have not received a response from several phone calls to Elite.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I thought it was worth my effort I was completely satisfied with a job well done by Elite There were very few problems along the way with the job, no job is without it's problems....but they were all handled quickly when I brought them to the attention of Elite In the end, I was very happy with the work done and I was especially happy with the assistance I received from Cheri at the office She was really helpful in negotiating through the insurance process, which is difficult to begin with Thank you so much!

The homeowner, [redacted] ***, still has a balance due to Elite Restoration Pro Per Residential Building Code for Lincoln, Nebraska....Ice and Water Shield is a requirement We installed SF of Ice and Water shield on the roof of her home Her insurance company did NOT pay for the code upgrade Because the insurance company did NOT pay for the code upgrade, the homeowner is now responsible to pay the contractor for the Ice and Water Shield The amount she owes for the code upgrade is $We made numerous attempts to collect this unpaid balance No phone calls were returned We mailed her an invoice on 5/24/showing the unpaid balance....no responseWe willing to work with her to fix her vent in the kitchen to prevent further leaking However, we would like to get paid $We care about our A+ rating on Revdex.com and Angie's List We look forward to working this out and maintaining our excellent reputationElite Restoration Pro

We had a great experience using Elite Restoration Pro for our storm damage as did many of our neighbors. They were timely and professional in responding to all our concerns and questions. I typically look for companies that will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with the process and Elite Restoration Pro definitely did that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Elite Restoration Pro installed a roof on our home for the previous owner in During the week of September 17, 2018, our home sustained storm damage which dislodged shingles on the roofAssuming the roof is still under warranty and would need to be serviced by Elite Restoration to maintain the warranty, we contacted Elite Restoration by phone September 21, September 24, September 25, September and October Messages were left on owner Justin ***'s voicemail detailing the situation September 25, Justin answered the phone and said he would call back "minutes later"A return call was never receivedWith no response via phone, an online form was completed the week of September to request a call backNo response has been receivedWe simply need to know the warranty terms of the roof installed for the previous owner and whether or not we can have the roof repaired by an alternate service provider who is more responsive while still maintaining any warranty that exists

Elite Restoration Pro recently replaced the siding and roof on my house following a hail storm A representative from Elite was at my house to help review the damage with the inspector from the insurance company and was very helpful in that process to ensure a good outcome from the insurance claim Elite provided me with a number of shingle and siding options to choose from and FWIW based on my own research, they was no wrong choice to make, all were very well reviewed brands The work was done in a timely fashion and all of the installers were friendly and very hard working The project manager was quick to respond and patient with all of my questions and overall very helpful during the process In the end, the siding and roof look great and am overall happy with the work that was completed on my house and would use them again

Last spring a storm went through and total out my roof and guttersMy insurance totalled out my roof and guttersThis company came to my door and the representative was very nice and offered his company to come in and repair my roof and gutters I went with the company and they did the job in a timely manner and I paid them for everything but the guttersAt the time they told me the gutters we ordered and they would be back to put them on but for the time being they would use my old guttersI agreed because I figured they would be back with my new gutters in no time..no trueI never heard back from themI tried calling them, leaving numerous voicemailsNothing, all I got was a bill showing I owed them over dollarsNot true...I have the checks to prove that o paid everything except for my new gutters that I still haven't received and is on the contract to be doneThen months ago my kitchen leaked over the stove and ruined my shelf and vent above the stoveI replaced th

We had Elite come and do our roofThey were very timely and did the work with high qualityJustin came out and helped us with the insurance adjuster multiple times as well

Consultant told me that I had hail damage to my roof from a hail storm and put pressure on me to sign the Residential Agreement form that is VERY not customer friendlyPlease read and understand the fine print before signingWhen the roof was inspected by the adjuster the damage had somehow disappeared

I have been in constant contact with Mr*** . I have strings of emails and texts messages doing my best to keep him updated. Most General contractors that deal with exterior storm damage in the state of Minnesota have never dealt with a storm of this magnitude. Every
company that I know of through personal relationships is battling the same issues. The issue isn't getting roofs on in a timely manner for our company, although, I can't say this is true for many other companies that I know of that are struggling to get roofs done in a timely manner. The real struggle for all of us is the siding, gutters, and bent metal (window wraps and fascia) subs are downing in work. We are having a hard time getting any of those subs to commit to a schedule on full siding wraps, full gutter and down spout, and full window wraps/fascia work...let alone getting someone to commit to doing a repair on piece of window trim and/or one elevation of siding. We've done our best to set realistic expectations and explain to the homeowners that we are doing our best to get to them as soon as possible. Most of our customers have been understanding and patient. Not only are the contractors having difficulty keeping up, the cities are swamped with permits they are trying to close. For example, at the end of July the City of Blaine had over 4,permits pulled for roof replacementsof the 4,permits had been closed by the City of Blaine (Minnesota Housing Indrusty News). I will do my very best to get his piece of window wrap replaced in the next couple of weeks. In talking about his screen, he had offered to take his screen to Ace Hardware to have it replaced and I would reimburse him for that. My understanding is that didn't happen, so I will personally pick up his screen and have it repaired by Ace Hardware this week. The small driveway compression issue. I ask that Mr*** get a bid to get his driveway re-coated so I can offer a credit on his final bill. I know that this will not cost more than a couple hundred dollars to get re-coated. I am not even sure that we caused the impression. The gas stain issue…should be resolved when the driveway is re-coated. Mr*** has threatened that I'd need to take him to court to get paid the balance he still owes us. We replaced his roof per the insurance proceeds for 13, (not including taxes and permit fee) He has provided us payment of 7,077.57. He still has an outstanding balance to be paid for work that has already been completed. For me to go back and finish the work he has requested, I will need assurance that he will honor our legally binding contract and pay us for the work that has been completed and will be completed.Regards,Justin ***
