I live in Madison, WI which had a severe hailstorm last month I received a call (actually MANY calls) offering to inspect my roof for damage Because Elite Restoration Pro claimed to have an A+ Revdex.com rating, and I checked online to confirm similar claims on ERP's website, I scheduled an appointment I also emailed ERP in Minneapolis to confirm their agent was valid (I got no response so assumed they would be quick to deny involvement if I was being scammed) The agent found damage and I signed a contract for services, pending the insurance claim process The ERP agent came to my home a second time and met with the insurance adjustor The insurance company approved replacement of air vents but not the full roof The ERP agent told me in that case an appeal might be made that vent replacement would not be possible without damage to the roof I was to call the ERP agent Carl *** when the insurance company gave me a final response I tried to do so, leaving multiple voicemail messages Then I got a message that the phone was no longer in service I placed calls and left voicemails at two other ERP Minnesota numbers and emailed via their online contact form I have never received a response to any of my communications Since Elite Restoration Pro is soliciting business based on their good Revdex.com rating, I think Revdex.com should know they are unreliable

Final inspections were not completeA Mechanic's Lien was also filed on our property for failure of Elite's subcontractor (*** *** ***) to pay their subcontractor (*** *** ***) and I have not received a response from several phone calls to Elite

We had a great experience using Elite Restoration Pro for our storm damage as did many of our neighbors They were timely and professional in responding to all our concerns and questions I typically look for companies that will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with the process and Elite Restoration Pro definitely did that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody

We had a very positive experience with Elite ReatorationThe service was professional and timelyOur siding and roof was redone when it was scheduled and the crew did a great job picking up the construction debrisThe company was very clear about the process and kept open communication with us throughout the entire process

12th.   I spoke with her on Monday, August, 15th at 11:45am to resolve the issue.  Everything is moving forward in the right direction to ensure this complaint doesn't adversely affect our A+ Rating with the Revdex.com.

The homeowner, [redacted], still has a balance due to Elite Restoration Pro.  Per Residential Building Code for Lincoln, Nebraska....Ice and Water Shield is a requirement.  We installed 290 SF of Ice and Water shield on the roof of her home.  Her insurance company did NOT pay for the...

code upgrade.  Because the insurance company did NOT pay for the code upgrade, the homeowner is now responsible to pay the contractor for the Ice and Water Shield.  The amount she owes for the code upgrade is $335.91 We made numerous attempts to collect this unpaid balance.  No phone calls were returned.  We mailed her an invoice on 5/24/16 showing the unpaid balance....no response. We willing to work with her to fix her vent in the kitchen to prevent further leaking.  However, we would like to get paid $335.91. We care about our A+ rating on Revdex.com and Angie's List.   We look forward to working this out and maintaining our excellent reputation. Elite Restoration Pro

I believe that this matter has been settled.  Mr. [redacted] have come to terms.  The work Mr. [redacted] and I have agreed for Elite to do has been completed.  We have invoiced the insurance company for the depreciation to be released for the work we did.  When Mr. [redacted] received the money from the insurance company, he will be responsible to pay his final invoice for the agreed upon amount.  I don't expect this complaint to negatively affect our A+ rating with the Revdex.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They are progressing in the right direction, although I'd like to keep this complaint open until final resolution (pass inspection). I was told by the business that if this complaint is not resolved within 10 days that the Revdex.com will issue a poor mark (or something of that nature) on the company's standing. I don't usually write reviews but in this case I thought it was worth my effort. I was completely satisfied with a job well done by Elite. There were very few problems along the way with the job, no job is without it's problems....but they were all handled quickly when I brought them to the attention of Elite. In the end, I was very happy with the work done and I was especially happy with the assistance I received from Cheri at the office. She was really helpful in negotiating through the insurance process, which is difficult to begin with. Thank you so much!
