Hired on April 2017, started job June, 2017, finished on 22, June The job was to install new siding, replace new entry door and trim, install new storm door (we purchased) The sub contractor crew did not replace rotten trim on house but they came back and replaced that The sub contractor damaged the $ [redacted] entry door and trim and the door was also defective They also damaged and installed incorrectly the storm door Elite replaced the entry door but it was also defective Elite said they were going to make all repairs and replace the entry door and storm door and the trim and all other damage that was done Scott, from Elite came out and verified all damage and said both doors needed to be replaced and the trim and molding needed to be repaired or replaced Elite said they would give fix the problem but it has been weeks This has been going on since June, This is September We keep getting the run around The entry door is so hot it burns

We are responding to this issue in a timely mannerWe first went out to check out the problemWe found that the customers shingles are short an need to have a drip edge installedWe also contacted a outside roofing company an they agreed that she also needs drip edge installedThis is a very affordable fix for her to pay is she would like tooThe roofing company also says it's not a window problemWe have been in constant contact with her an tried to talk to her but she insistes that it is a window problemPlease contact us for any other questionsWe can also give you the name an number of the roofing company

This issue with the two screens has went on little longer than what we expected as wellWe had left messages to send someone out to try and put in the screens in that we had and it took quite some time to get a response The last time that we needed to contact we were given the tenants direct number to be able to speed the scheduling process up The screens are made to the window size the manufacturer system hasWe have been working with the company to have this resolvedThe manufacturer had to change their formula to make these screens bigger, unfortunately their system kept sending us the same size screenThese are custom windows and screens that are painted so it takes longer to get them than the standard windowsWe are expected to receive these two screens soon As soon as we receive these, I will contact the tenant to get a time schedule that is convenient with her to install them

Purchased windows from them several years ago for the last years I have a window that howlsThey have been here at least twice a year still the same problemAbout months ago they sent a technician to check the window for about the 10th time he said he knows how to fix it and aid he checked all the windows and said he found a couple of windows that needed a part he would call me backafter about a week and a half I called elite windows the part is on orderWell to no avail the room with the howl is the coldest room in my house

I signed a contract with Elite Windows for new windows and exterior doors on September 7, Six months later, Elite has still not completed their work on my townhouse I was promised 4-weeks for the installation to be completedOn November 30, 2016, (weeks later) they began installing my windows and doorsHowever, the screens for the bedroom windows were the wrong size and there was no screen for my sliding glass door They did deliver a screen door but they left it on my deck and they have not returned to install itThey have never contacted me about the delays I have had to reach out to them to find out what is causing the delay and and then I am left on hold for long periods of time or my calls are not returned On December 2, 2016, in response to an email complaint that I sent to them, I received an email from the office manager apologizing for the delay and promising to contact me as soon as the screens were ready to be installedThat is the last I have he

we have tried an tried to explain to this lady that the water is going from the roof area and she has a short shingle problemwe have other roofing companies saying they see this a lot in richmondher shingles are not new they are about 5-years oldregardless of how old the roof is the main problem is she has a short shingle probleminstalling drip edge can help the problemthe windows are not the problemwe are in the business to help customers with there problemswe even have a dedicated service team that goes out everyday to service our products and serviceswe even service other window and siding companies that won't stand behind there warrantiesthe customers pay use because they understand the we didn't cause the problem like this issue)please call me on my cell wit any other questionsalso please look at the pic I attached an you will see what is causing the issue

Purchased all new windows with wrap and screens to be installedSigned contract in December The windows were installed but living room windows were missing screensContacted Elite multiple times and the screens were ordered and turned out to be the wrong size times in the past yearThey keep coming out to remeasure the same windows they installed and each time they are the wrong sizeI speak with Nicki who is the office manager and says there is no one else above her to complain toI've asked to speak with the owner, Andrew, on occasions and was told he'll call me back but I never hear back at allThe house is being rented and each time the tenants or property manager have to arrange time to let them in and when the screens don't fit, I have to keep calling Elite to follow upTerrible customer serviceNo one is responsible to complete this job and despite repeated requests to be updated on the status, I hear nothing backIt has now been a year and still no screen

If you want "elite" windows, please keep searching! First, I will say that our initial impressions were goodThe gentleman who came to our home on July 23rd for an estimate did a great job and was very helpfulWe had previously replaced windows with ***, and while we were impressed with the look of the product, we wanted to go with a local company for the remaining windowsElite had great reviews (and were about $cheaper per window), so we went forward with the projectFrom the first meeting we were adamant that, because of my in-home business, the project had to be done on October 23rd and 24thWe were told that was no problem and wrote the check for half of the totalFrom there, it all went downhillCommunication throughout the process was terribleMeasurements were taken on different occasions and the only time we were ever followed up with is if we initiated contactWe made sure that everything was set for Friday, October 23rd (THREE MONTHS AFTER SIGNING OUR CONTRACT) and we were assured we were all set to goThe crew showed up to our house at 9:the morning of the 23rd confused about what needed to be done, one window was the wrong size, and the wrappings were wrongThe crew left by 2:that afternoon, leaving several windows unfinished and leaving exposed wood on several windowsThat exposed wood sat for over weeks before anyone bothered to come back outApparently the crew that came that day was fired, and for good reasonThey left my yard littered with cigarette butts (which my year old found and put in his mouth)The crew that showed up to finish the windows were shocked and appalled that the wood had been left exposedProbably the most disappointing part of this entire experience has been the owner, AndrewHe has been unapologetic and downright rude to us on several occasionsHe seemed unbothered that his crews had done such an awful job and even had the audacity to tell my husband, "It's not my fault that it's raining today." He promised to be at our home the day the second crew came so he could see the state in which the windows were left; he showed up for about minutes- hours after the crew got hereHe has taken no responsibility for this train wreck of an experienceWe will never do business with this company again and will be sure to spread the word to our friends and familyWe would gladly pay the extra money to have had a better experience

We have tried to resolve this with the home owner on several occasions since the manufacturer could not, we still offer a warranty to the windows we have installed and to honor that warranty we have worked with [redacted] to resolve the howling he says his window is doing.   We have already...

scheduled a time to meet with him to install the new parts we had to order for this window. We have tried to resolve the situation but wind blowing is out of our control.

However, the fact that the contract and initial deposit was made in December 2015, partial installation and full payment was made in March 2016, and job not completed until January 2017 is problematic. My multiple attempts to speak to anyone above the person that answers the phone were repeatedly ignored and I find that troubling.

[The response is the same one we received multiple times and we still don't have the screens. How is this different than the three previous times that they ordered the screens and came out to install them? The company stated it has went on a little longer than expected and referenced the time it took to get the tenant's direct number. They've had the number for the current tenant, previous tenant, property manager and my number and have repeatedly failed to finish the job. It's been one year since the contract was signed and almost nine months since the windows and other screens were installed. I requested the name and contact info for a person that would be responsible to complete the job and keep me updated on the status. No one at the company is accountable for seeing this through and I'm unable to speak to anyone other than the woman that answers the phone.

Her screen came in the wrong size (for her window ) I had to reorder again. It is here now and ready to be installed . The installer had left the screen here the day he went to install the door our project manager stopped what he was doing to get the screen and take it to her however when we went to...

her house the same day we installed her windows and door to install the screen that went to the door, the person had already left and we were unable to get access to the inside to be able to install the door screen so we left it on the porch so we could come back and install it when we came back out to install the screen for the window. I have called and left her a voice message for her  to schedule a time to complete the screen install.

I received your letter on 7/2/2015 against Elite Window
Solutions, LLC my complaint ID [redacted].The company has not come out to rewrap or cork the living
Room Window.[redacted] came to [redacted] a week ago. He tried to say
it was the gutters now he is saying it’s the shingles, I have a new roof. Its
not a roof problem.I did not give a roofing company to come to my house and did
not give permission for someone to come to my property.[redacted] said to me on via telephone that I wanted him to pay,
well he should.If Elite knew it was a drip problem he should not have taken
the old window out. When I met him here at my residence he asked me where did
the rain come in at and its obvious the window need to be corked correct.My questions why di Elite don’t want to go over work that
was paid in full and have a life time warrant.No I am not satisfied [redacted] need to pay for it not me.
