How about the wrong glass that was suppose to be in one of the windows? one of the windows that was delivered was suppose to be the glass and it was not Will never do business with your company againIt should never be difficult to get a hold of a company to complain about discrepancies Yes I was happy with the installation of the picture window, but the fact still remains that the windows that was delivered one should have had different glass [redacted] ***

When contracts are signed with Elite, the customer is bound to that contractMr [redacted] was refunded due to an exception of certain circumstancesDan is in the sales department, and is not authorized to refund customersThe deposit refund was given back to the customer after correspondence through emailElite’s bond was suspended due to an accounting error
Elite did not "realize their mistake " It had to pointed out by us when we got the over draft fee which they never refunded The deposit was agreed upon by Dan , so if he can make business decisions to accept a deposit why did the office say he was not authorized to refund the deposit ? Our money was refunded after we got the ROC & Revdex.com involvedIf you read the Yelp reviews they use the "manufacturer is slow " line to keep others peoples money past the agreed upon completion date The biggest question is what did Elite do to get the original bond suspended ?

The Job was 99% complete on 07/15/and only two screens remained to complete the jobOne screen had been received as the incorrect size for the master bedroom and started bowing due to the size matterThis was re-ordered and received on 8/25/One screen had come in damaged from the
manufacturer, so it had to be re-ordered againof pieces were installed on 9/12/When our installer had shown up for the final screen install 10/07/16, we were unable to proceed with the install due to the customer not being homeOur service tech has set up a new time for this last piece to be installedThe customer has all product ordered from Elite and the only remaining item to be done is the last screen installThe customer will also be refunded her mailing fee for the letter written to us when the install is completed. No further action should be required after this is complete

The amount refunded to you was $600 for the windows subtracted from your contract. January 5th, 2017 you signed our customer satisfaction form stating that you were happy with all work done by Elite.

The total amount of the job was $8,000. The $4,000 charge was the 50% deposit down as mentioned on the contract that Mr. [redacted] signed. The credit card authorization form stated $3,000. Once we realized the discrepancy, the customer was credited back the next day. Elite Windows & Doors is...
continuing business, and like many businesses’ do, we have changed carriers as it suits our company expansion. Our sales rep, Dan, is a part of our sales team, and is not a partner or member of the company. Elite is currently holds an active license of the Registrar of Contractors.

Luckily we did not have the same experience as some others may have had. The company just had a change of ownership which my wife was very suspect of. We ordered all new custom windows for our home and decided to go with Elite. The product itself is great quality and we have not had any issues since the install. The install process took 2 days which I was fine with because our order was so large and my wife stays home. After that, the manager, John, came to the home to check the install to see if everything was done properly. Overall, we are very happy with everything.
